• Pedro (8/5): - Bien ubicado cerca del centro sin estar en él. Un plus tener aparcamiento, me parece imprescindible en Cádiz. Las ventanas no ajustaban bien debido a gomas de cierre en mal estado, entraba mucho ruido exterior. Griferia en mal estado, muy dificil ajustar la temperatura en la ducha. Limpieza, tuvimos que limpiar todo el menaje, restos de suciedad de anterior usuario.

• Gaspar Victorio (9/5): Buen alojamiento a buen precio. - Lugar céntrico, muy cómodo y con aparcamiento para coche. El precio muy económico. Totalmente recomendable.
• Ivan (6/5): - Plaza de garaje cómoda, zona con muchos servicios, personal muy amable y distancia razonable al centro (20 minutos a pie) Estuvimos unos días lluviosos y en el salón de la casa hacia bastante frío, solo un radiador totalmente insuficiente para caldear la estancia. Por el contrario, las habitaciones con bomba de calor se calentaban muy rápido
• Juan (8/5): - Muy bien,la ubicacion,al menos para mi,perfecta,fuera del casco historico pero a 15 minutos paseando,el parking en el mismo edificio y buen acceso es un valor añadido.El apartamento muy amplio y comodo,es cierto que le faltaria una pequeña reforma y electrodomesticos nuevos,pero los que hay cumplen su mision.Buena limpieza y muy buena comunicacion con los anfitriones,entrega de llaves en mano,cosa de agradecer.Buena relacion calidad precio, volveriamos. Lo antes mencionado,electrodomesticos antiguos y algun deterioro puntual subsanable.

• JOSE FELIX (5/5): Cádiz bien vale la pena a pesar de todo - La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de Puerta Tierra andando. Las ventanas/persianas NO tienen insonorización, con lo que se oye todo e incluso entraba el aire por la caja de la persiana. Solventado el tema de la entrada de aire con cinta de empaquetar y acostumbrados al ruido de la principal avenida gaditana, nos dejamos llevar (¿qué hacer cuando ya has pagado por adelantado y sin reembolso?). Los vecinos, buena gente y el anfitrión nos dejó entrar a mediodía. No entiendo cómo un apartamento que necesita mucha reforma tiene un 9. Un 5, y soy benevolente.

• Dimcho (6/5): - Der Gastgeber und seinem Freund, der uns empfängt hat ,war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Wohnungslage ist sehr gut , 17 min zur Fuß zum Stadtzentrum und 5 min zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Für 2-3 Nächste ist ok, aber für längere Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen. Es fehlt halt , die Gemütlichkeit und Komfort in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat viel Potential !! nur man muss etwas Geld für die Einrichtung investieren.

Falta mantenimiento en general, y disponer de material de aseo en los baños, más papel higiénico, gel. Las toallas están muy desgastadas y con mal aspecto, deberían sustituirlas por nuevas..

• Andre (10/5): Great choice - 2 blocks from the beach. Markets and restaurants nearby. Nice host. Very clean flat. Washing machine, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, great AC in the rooms. Almost perfect, except for the noisy bed.
• JAIRO (8/5): Un buen lugar para desconectar y pasear. - Muy cerca de la playa de Santa Maria y a un paseo del centro y muy cerca de los supermercados. Gracias a los aire acondicionado de las habitaciones y la zona que es tranquila se duerme muy bien. Los colchones son cómodos pero la base necesita un cambio, sobretodo la del dormitorio principal que a poco que te muevas chirría y despiertas a quien tengas al lado. La cuerda de la persiana del dormitorio principal necesita un cambio. Tampoco vendría mal un ventilador en el salón. He echado de menos en la cocina una batidora

• Tibor (9/5): Remek elhelyezkedés - Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, közel a strand, és az óváros is gyalog sétával megközelíthető, boltok is közel voltak. Nagyon jó volt, hogy saját parkoló tartozott hozzá. Az apartman rendkívül tágas és kényelmes. Összességében csodás napokat töltöttünk Cadizban. A felszerelés csak a legszükségesebb eszközöket tartalmazta, pl. nem volt konyharuha. A konyhában hangyák voltak.

Además de tener garaje privado que es un punto a favor. En general muy bien todo. Repetiremos. Creo que tiene poco menaje de cocina y quizá se echa algo de menos una terracita donde poder desayunar por las mañanas o cenar al aire libre.
• Llívia23 (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the accommodation, its location, its size, the parking garage. It was very comfortable for 4 people. The bed frame under the thick mattress of the French bed is weak, it creaks loudly with every movement, so we didn't sleep well the first night. Then in the morning we took the frame out from under it and slept with the mattress on the floor, so it was comfortable. We recommend the owner to purchase a more solid bed frame.

• Richard (9/5): We enjoyed our stay here and the apartment is quite large. In fact there are two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a - Location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to historic center. The property is located off a street and it was quite noisy until about midnight. This of course is not the owners fault but something that future travelers need to be aware of.

• Christine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious and in a good location for exploring the city. The communication was good and the staff very helpful. There was free parking. The garage was underground and we had a large hire car. We found it difficult to manouver.

The whole apartment needs a deep clean. There was mold in the shower and no ventilation. There was a lot of dust build up in the main bedroom. The decor needs to be updated.
