• Annette (1/5): Awful! Dirty and shabby - Nothing it was awful Dirty. Inch of dust on skirting, toilet and shower were filthy. Crack in window and worktop which was apparently going to be repaired the next day. We had rented the apartment from 17/12 but didn’t arrive (as informed to company) until 18/12. What wasn’t this repaired whilst vacant?? Patio furniture had an inch of black dust over it. Informed owner of this and he just said ‘that’s because it has been raining and you will probably need to clean it every day’ My husband went out and on return the code didn’t work on the door to the apartment. Just as well we hadn’t both gone out. The apartment was nothing like photos on Booking.com. E.g the sofas had throws over them because the furniture was obviously old. Not worth half of what was charged. It was so bad we left the same day. Don’t touch this place unless you have very low standards

• Frank (8/5): Fijn appartement op een fijne plek met vriendelijke host - Locatie, meerdere slaapkamers. Ruim appartement Een airconditioning maakte wat veel geluid, maar dit heb ik niet gemeld als storend. Maar kan voor toekomst opgepakt worden om te verbeteren. Eén van de twee kamers ligt aan een drukke weg en is wat gehorig.
• jerome (10/5): Un super endroit dans un des meilleurs coin de Rio. - Nous sommes parti un peu précimpitament d'un hotel horrible que nous avions reservé sur copacabana ( le Real Palace hotal de copacabana pour ne pas le citer ) et nous avons choisi cette appartement qui semblait bien situé et agréable , et en effet , très bonne surprise , l appartement est au 1er étage d 'un petit immeuble cozy , et sécurisé. Il est superbement situé dans un quartier très sympa d ipanema , proche de toutes les commodités et proche de la plage . De plus l'appartement est spacieux , propre , décoré avec gout . Il possède 2 salles de bain , et est pafait pour 4 personnes. Gustavo , notre hote , c'est montré très arrangeant sur le early check-in et le late check-out ( avec un supplément cependant, normal ) Merci à lui .Très bonne expérience donc , et je recommande sans reserve, un super plan si vous passer à Rio. Rien de rédhibitoire , mais la literie est un peu petite quand on est habitué à un KingSize , elle est cependant confortable.
