• Pavel (10/5): Хороший номер в самом красивом городе Албании - Очень приятная хозяйка. Встретила на улице, проводила сначала до стоянки, потом к номеру. Апартаменты в 3 минутах от старого города и все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Все было удобно и комфортно.

• Pourchet (10/5): Perfekte Lage. Herzlicher Empfang. Parkplatz. - Die Lage ist zentral, wir hatten einen Parkplatz erhalten, das war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben extra eine Zweizimmerwohnung gesucht, da wir mit unseren großen Kindern gereist sind. Unsere Kinder haben auf den Schlafsofas übernachtet, die Matratzen weniger gut wie die im Schlafzimmer.

• Eva (8/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage, Wohnung ist angemessen ausgestattet (für 2 Personen war nur 1 Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad nutzbar, wurde aber im Vorfeld kommuniziert), Parkplatz vorhanden (nicht direkt neben der Wohnung), Check-in und -out war zu unseren gewünschten Zeit spontan möglich

• Arne (9/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Unterkunft ist auch super. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht und haben nichts auszusetzen. Kommunikation läuft auch top, da schnell geantwortet wird. Bzgl. Check-in und Check-out ist es flexibel gestaltbar. Zum Abschied wurden uns noch Bananen für die Weiterfahrt geschenkt, was sehr nett war. Ich würde wiederkommen, wenn ich nochmal in Berat bin! Die Kopfkissen waren für meinen Geschmack etwas hart
• Johannes (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Direkt in einer Straße mit vielen Geschäften und Cafés am Fuße der Altstadt. Die Wohnung hatte auch alles, das wir für einen Aufenthalt in Berat benötigten und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Falls man ein Auto hat, kann man es vor dem Restaurant von Edas Bruder abstellen, das nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt ist.

• Said (8/5): Emplacement idéal ! - L'appartement était très bien placé, à 2 pas du centre. L'hôte, très sympathique, est disponible via WhatsApp pour récupérer les clés. L'appartement est propre. Possibilité de se garer dans une ruelle un peu éloignée du logement (devant le restaurant de la propriétaire) mais très pratique car plus besoin de bouger la voiture! Départ à 10h...un peu trop tôt

• Gabriella (7/5): - Közel a látnivalók. Egy férfi, egy nő (nem pár) utazunk, ezért 2 hálószobás szállásokat foglaltunk mindenhol. Érkezéskor az egyik hálószobát zárva találtuk és a szállásadó közölte, hogy 2 főre csak 1 szoba jár és ha nem tetszik, elmehetünk! Hosszas vitatkozás és fenyegetés hatására kinyitotta végül a 2. szobát, ahol kettő legalább 50 éves ágyazatlan kanapé volt. Olyan kemény, mintha a földön aludtam volna. Csak albánul beszélnek.

• eR Gie (10/5): Polecam serdecznie 😁👍 - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, duże i przestronne mieszkanie. Na duży plus zasługuje miejsce parkingowe, które mieliśmy do dyspozycji. Jedyny problem, to wskazanie lokalizacji na podstawie Booking - radzę od razu skontaktować się z właścicielem celem pozyskania właściwego adresu, my tego nie zrobiliśmy (sugerowaliśmy się pierwszym zdjęciem) i to był błąd.

• Christine (8/5): - Appartement conforme aux photos. Frigo et machine à laver neufs. Emplacement idéal magasin alimentaire cosmo à deux pas, Route pour monter à la citadelle au bout de la rue. L'appartement se trouve à côté de la poste. Au niveau du bruit, la chambre est derrière donc très bien. La logeuse est gentille mais avec la barrière de la langue, nous sommes nul en anglais, pas facile de se comprendre. Il faut indiquer sur place si on a besoin du frigo (il n'était pas branché à notre arrivée) et pareil pour la machine à laver. Rapport qualité-prix super. Stationnement difficile, ruelle en face de la poste entre un boucher et un kiosque tabac avec souvent une place de disponible, autrement petit parking payant plus haut.L'accès à l'appartement se fait derrière un porche pas très accueillant. Mais l'appartement est très bien.

• Bartek (8/5): - Podobała mi się lokalizacja- w samym centrum Berat, blisko do historycznego centrum miasta. W pobliżu wszystkie dostępne usługi i sklepy oraz biura wycieczkowe. Podobało mi zaangażowanie gospodarza w nasze zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, oraz szybkie rozwiązanie braku wifi. Podobało mi się wyposażenie łazienki. Ogólne wrażenie jest takie, że za tę cenę jest ok. Łazienka mogła by być lepiej wysprząta- na płytkach i umywalce były widoczne ślady codziennego użytkowania. Udostępniony apartament nie miał deklarowanej w opisie powierzchni 60m2. Za użycie pralki trzeba zapłacić dodatkowe 5€- nie skorzystałem bo i tak nie było suszarki. Szafki w kuchni mają pourywane niektóre uchwyty drzwiczek. Brakowało mi kilku podstawowych rzeczy: duży kubek, sól, cukier, kawa i herbata.

Además solo tiene una habitación y al ser dos personas uno tuvo que dormir en el sofá de la cocina que no es ni sofa-cama. Cuando se lo decimos nos dice que no estaba disponible sin más explicación. Comunicación imposible con el anfitrión para llegar al apartamento.

• Judit (8/5): Ben situat i relació qualitat-preu bona - Ben situat, al costat de la zona amb bars i restaurants. L’amfitriona tot i no parlar el mateix idioma ha sigut molt atenta. L’edifici on està situat era molt vell, tot i ser modern l’apartament i amb totes les prestacions.

The bathroom looked very clean, it looked as it was renovated a week ago:) The kitchen had a beautiful view on the main street of Berat. Also the kitchen was well equipped, it had literally everything what you need. The bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful for us. (not only with apartment things, but also with moving around in Berat ) Overall the apartment was perfect! Couldn't imagine better option for sighseeing Berat:)
• Mücahit Bilal (10/5): Enjoyed my stay here. I'd definitely stay here if i come to Berat in the future. - Perfect location. At the heart of the old city. For the price, it's a no brainer. I didn't like the entrance but hey, you are in the city center. It all comes with a price. Also, there was no small pot to cook something in the kitchen, but that wasn't big of a deal for me.

It is good value for money and the host is very sweet :) I recommend the property There was no blankets for the bed, so it got a little cold with the AC on, but also too hot to not have it on. Also the clothes washing machine cost €5 to use 1 time. We did not use it

Ens va indicar on deixar el cotxe i, malgrat no parla anglès, ho posa fàcil perquè la comunicació flueixi. L'apartament està molt ben situat! L'habitació i el bany estan molt bé. Una adreça recomanable per una estada a Berat! L'apartament té un únic aparell d'aire condicionat a l'habitació. Això fa que en dies de calor, estar-se a la cuina és complicat. Manca alguns estris a la cuina (cassola petita/mitjana) però res crític!
• Núria (10/5): Estancia estupenda - Ada es una mujer encantadora y nos ha tratado genial. El apartamento es espacioso y limpio, nos ha gustado mucho la estancia allí. Súper recomendable. Nada, todo muy bien.
• Irene (9/5): - Aunque la anfitriona no hablaba inglés nos pudimos comunicar sin problema. Cuando llegamos allí estaba esperándonos y nos indicó el lugar para aparcar. No es parking, es un hueco que tiene reservado en la calle pero es perfecto ya que en Berat no es fácil aparcar. El exterior del edificio es muy viejo y la entrada, por la parte trasera y las escaleras no están actualizadas. Si bien todo cambia cuando entras en el apartamento y está todo renovado. En todos los apartamentos que he estado por la zona es igual. Quizá hubiera estado bien saber que el parking era en la calle a 2 minutos andando del apartamento. Aunque, realmente, esto tampoco supone mucho problema.

The apartment is in an old building, the entrance and the stairs, are old but the apartment has been completely renewed and it is extremely clean. They offer a place to park close to the flat that is very convenient due to the problems to park in Berat. It was a bit difficult to find the flat, the address in the confirmation is not the exact place, same street but not the number, they should give a reference place to meet.

Be aware, communication is via google translate only, otherwise in albanian. Also be aware, parking will be arranged for you abt 100m from the apartment. Its not a good place to park. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. May sound hilarious to you. Upon entry, we've been presented slippers to wear in the house. This was awkward a bit. It did not feel like a courtesy towards guests , rather protecting the home from us. Later on we have been requested to pay the washing machine fee based on the assumption that we have washed our clothes. Our swimming suits were hanging on the terrace (as we were arriving from the beach) and the owner saw this from her other apartment (wtf). An unpleasant conversation followed for 5-6 messages. If the owner doesnt trusts guest, she should either include this fee in her prices or simply get rid of the stupid washing machine. Certainly managed to put a sour taste into our stay in Berat.

Washing machine appreciated. Host is very kind and welcoming even bringing us breakfast. Google translate helpful to communicate.
