• Georg (9/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Shkodra. - Mitten in der City, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Shkodra lohnt sich absolut für einen mehrtägigen Besuch. Ein großer geschützter Garten 🪴 dient zur Erholung. Hühner und Gänse sorgen für ein ländliches feeling. Der Vermieter Mateo ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und gibt Tips für Aktivitäten. Nichts

• Shira (10/5): - מטאו מקסים ובית בתוך פינה ירוקה בלב העיר. היה קרוב לסופר ומרחק כמה דקות הליכה בודדות מהמרכז. היינו 4 זוגות ולכל חדר היה שירותים ומקלחת בחדר, מלבד לחדר אחד עם שירותים ומקלחת ליד הסלון. מטבח מאובזר ואפילו קיבלנו עוגיות וחלב.

• Elena (10/5): - The house is a gem in the city indeed with its huge and lovely yard, filled with all sorts of fruiting trees, outside barbeque and rest area, and parking. Rooms are super clean and nice, there is everything you need, including milk for your morning coffee! We were greeted by Mateo, who was to say the least a perfect host. Fantastic place to stay in Skodër!
• avi (9/5): - ארבעה חדרי שינה לכל אחד יש אמבטיה ושירותים. נמצא בגינה גדולה עם מתקני שעשועים לילדים, עצי פרי. הדירה מצויידת בכל הדברים שניתן לבשל איתם, גם מלח תבלינים, שמן, עוגיות וקפה ואפילו קיבלנו חלב ומים. לנו שהגענו לשני לילות מאוד עזר. באמבטיה אחת היה ריח פחות טוב. ובתחילה הרחוב נראה פחות מרכזי ולא ברור.

• Jeroen (9/5): Highly recommend. Consider it the best place to stay in Shkoder. - Location couldn’t be better. Very close to the city centre but still comfortable at a one way street. Huge garden was very nice and felt very safe. The host is very friendly and makes you feel it home. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are large and 3 of 4 bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom and there is one ‘general’ bathroom. Garden is nice and has some nice places to sit and to play for the kids. The kitchen could be better. It is quite small to cook for a medium to large size group (basically more than 4 people is difficult) and it wasn’t organised. A few simple boxes and some planks would make it much more organised.

• Rowena (8/5): Safe & Secure Family Home - Mateo is a fantastic responsive super host. He was on site to welcome us and walk us thru the property. The house sits on 1 acre of land with some geese and poultry in one corner of the land. Great for children as this keeps them occupied with feeding the animals. Many fruit trees planted by Mateo’s grandfather. There are oranges, lemons, figs, grapes, just too many to name. The house suits a family or group of friends. It comes complete with everything a home should have.

Excellent accommodation . 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, clean and new. Comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen appliances, washing machine and utilities. Host provided watrer, milk and other cooking items and laundry needs. There’s even orange, grape and persimmons trees around the house & we got to pick and eat the fruits as much as we want 😁😍. • Ahmed (10/5): A getaway in the heart of the town! - This villa deserves Five stars, and Mateo is a superhost, the best host you can ever have! The villa as displayed in pictures and even better, is a cozy home of 4 bedrooms (3 with in suit bathrooms & 1 bathroom in the living room) with a spacious living/dining room and an open kitchen. All in one floor! It has got everything you need, and the smell of bed sheets and towels is very refreshing! It is well maintained and very comfy. The garden is more of a little farm! Full of plants and fruits as well as a fenced area with chicken, ducks and topi, the little puppy! You will have full privacy and a space to park your vehicle and more, with an automatic gate! The location of the house is excellent, it’s in the heart of Shkoder. Everything you need is within a walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants and the boulevard! Mateo had made our stay very relaxing. He was always available and very helpful. Finally, this house is definitely the best place you will find in Shkoder, you can spend a long vacation with peace and comfort. Thank you Mateo for everything 🙏🏼 NOTHING.

The huge garden was lovely and the property felt very safe and secure. Spacious and secure parking too. • Ljuljeta (10/5): Exceptional - Mateo was a gracious host. My family enjoyed speaking with him. He allayed all of my concerns regarding my family traveling to Albania and he graciously offered to assist my family with any concerns that they had outside of the booking reservation. We have no complaints whatsoever. Mateo was a gracious host. I would highly recommend this Villa.
• Alphonse (10/5): Amazing location in the heart of Shköder - Amazing location in the heart of Shköder. You arrive in a secluded place with all the privacy, peace and quiet in the world. Just a short walk away from everything the city has to offer without having to hear the noise. The accommodation itself is super clean and has all the facilities you require. You have more than enough space to park multiple cars on the secured private parking space. The host is also incredibly friendly and really goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it could possibly be. I normally don’t write reviews, but this place has just blown me away. If you are with a larger group and you are looking for an amazing place to stay, don’t doubt and just book it!

It's a wonderful oasis in a lovely city. So much to love...parking the car inside the gate, the big green yard, the chickens, the 4 bathrooms, the cleanliness, the quiet. It's a bit of a splurge compared to other options in Shkoder and well worth it. Thanks for a memorable stay! All 100% perfect

The property is a private oasis in the middle of the city, with a beautiful garden and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Mateo, the host, was friendly and attentive to our needs, making us feel at home during our stay. We especially enjoyed spending time in the garden, which was a peaceful and relaxing space.
• Ludovik (10/5): A real hidden gem - Unbelievable how so close to the historical center of the city you can find a house with a huge garden and free and accessible parking with a wide entrance on a straight and wide road. The house was so cute and comfortable, Mateo had lots of great local recommendations and he had a ton of snacks, treats and personal touches for us upon arrival. He really is a SUPER HOST!!! The bed and linens were really comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for what we needed. The place is tranquil and is amazing to spend maybe for a week or more and ideal for a family or group of friends. In a fenced part of the yard, there are some ducks and chickens and you can even feed and they enjoyed food scraps. You can also do other activities; play the giant outdoor games; use the bikes to ride around the city; barbeque at the firepit; look for eggs in the poultry yard and collect some fresh fruits. Take care of the garden and vegetables planted it was allowed. We regretted not having stayed here for longer. The dinner in the open garden is an amazing experience. A perfect place to star gaze. I definitely will be visiting this house again.
