amanda (10/5): Great would stay here again - The apartment was very clean. It had a great bathroom and toilet. I only used the kitchen to make coffee. I made sure I had slippers as it’s normal in Japan to take shoes off at the door. The location was great just a five minute walk to the train station and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Being a westerner I’d have liked a chair to sit on the lovely balcony.

Kar Wei (10/5): Love Omorimachi! - The location is very very good, near to a lot of restaurants, and groceries. You won't feel like you miss out on anything so long you are able to walk around for a bit. The check in instructions confused a few tourists when I was there. Didn't happen to us cause I have read their instruction thoroughly. So can't think of anything else, I really love it! Good for my family to stay for 2 weeks comfortably, so I can't complain!

Douglas (3/5): Nice location but risky if anything goes wrong. - The location was very nice. Close to a station. Close to a mall. (With the best Sushiro) The apartment had potential. The host was very rigid when it suits them. Don't even think of arriving early. Host won't bend. There are a lot of rules that favor them, but none that favor you. I arrived the earliest that I could. There was an alarm going off constantly from one of the outlets in the room; probably a fault. I informed the host immediately about it. The host did nothing about it. To be fair, I think that they would have done something after 2 days if I made myself available during the day, but my stay in Tokyo was too short and I wasn't going to miss out on Tokyo to fix something the host should have had fixed before I arrived. So we listened to the alarm for 4 days. Also should be known that the apartment is small.

Jenny (9/5): Enjoyed the stay - We were provided with very detailed instructions on how to enter the property. It was intimating at first but we managed. The property is located between 2 train stations but the paths were flat so rolling suitcases was ok. Easy to reach from Haneda and to go to either Tokyo or Yokohama. The building was very quiet and shops were close by. We liked having a washing machine to use and there was plenty of space in the shower room to hang your wash. We had trouble with the TV remote control and after providing video clips to describe the issue, they property management did arrange for a new one. Although the accommodations were small, the essentials were available. It would have been better to have a table to use for eating. There was a desk but not really suitable. The bed was pushed up against the patio doors that gave access to an outside space. The room did not have space to move the bed but it would have been nice to get outside for fresh air.

Temizlik sorunumu vardı ilgisizlikmiydi bilemiyorum ama havlular temiz değildi. Asıl sorunumuz aile olarak konakladığımız halde ve rezervsyonumuzda 12 ve 15 yaşında çocuklarımızın olduğu belirtildiği halde çocuklar için bir hazırlık yapılmamış olması. çocuklar için havlu yok, olanlar kirli, yastıklar ve kılıfları hazır değil. asıl bizi etkileyen sorun buydu. iletişim kurduğum halde çözüm de üretilmedi. çocuklarınızlar kalıyor olmanızı hoş karşılıyoruz ama onlar için bunları sağlamıyoruz dediler. kabul edilebilir bir yaklaşım değil.

Jana (6/5): - Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Umgebung, wo man auch mal mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die nächste Bahnstation ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch gibt es zwei Supermärkte im nahen Umfeld. Preislich kommt man gut weg. Die Zimmergröße ist in Ordnung. Zunächst hatten wir Schwierigkeiten in die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Als wir ankamen trafen wir auf ein Pärchen, denen es genauso ging. Die Instruktionen sind nicht gut dargestellt. Auch hat das System an unserer Zimmertür den PIN mehrfach nicht angenommen. Zwar reagierte der Host schnell, die Antworten kamen aber auf japanisch. Das Wifi-Passwort mussten wir erst erfragen Es war nicht im Zimmer hinterlegt. Der Check-in ist erst ab 16 Uhr möglich. Hier haben wir erwartet, dass das Zimmer danach sauber ist. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Die Handtücher sind winzig. Die Kopfkissen waren uns auch zu klein. In den vorherigen Rezensionen wurde über ähnliche Zustände berichtet. Eine Änderung gab es leider nicht. Uns hatte gewundert, wieso trotz der Anmerkungen so viele Punkte vergeben wurden. Man erhält im Nachgang eine Nachricht vom Host, dass 8/10 bereits "unsatisfied" bedeutet und es das Ranking negativ beeinflusst. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal auswählen. Für zwei Nächte zu dem Preis war es in Ordnung, aber länger auf keinen Fall. Zudem finden wir es sehr schade, dass Verbesserungsvorschläge nicht angenommen werden, aber trotzdem erwartet wird, dass man eine sehr gute Bewertung abgibt.

Danny (8/5): Great property - Location is convenient and only 30-40 mins from the airport by express train with 2 train stations walking distance from it. Very quiet and peaceful area with a convenience store literally 20 or so metres away. Quiet spacious, good storage and they provide a kitchen fully equipped with plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. Washing machine was very useful. Good view from the balcony. Needed to clean the property somewhat when I arrived. Lots of hairs from previous stay(s) on the floors and bedding, buildup of dust in the cracks and I had to clean the inside of the fridge. I spent the first 30 or so minutes using the vacuum and just cleaning up a bit. Needs a deeper clean after a stay.
Gulimzhan (9/5): - При подбирании кода иногда панель зависает. Несколько раз не смогли попасть в номер сразу. Думали только в нашем номере, но увидели что у других гостей были такие же проблемы. В остальном все было как указано в объявлении. На смс сразу отвечали. это было важно так как мы заехали в очень поздний час.
vesga Jimenez (9/5): - Location is quite good, host replies fast and they are quite friendly, apartment is cute, small but cozy and with good facilities. They could provide the wifi credentials, since the begining on the check in process. Also not their fault but someone stole our umbrella that we left in their corridor

Sharma (10/5): - We really liked the location and the hotel owner was sending prompt replies to the queries. There were lots of eateries and general stores around the location including two 7/11s. The metro station is around 300m walk away. All in all an awesome experience! Nothing much but I wish there was a saucepan in the room to cook things and an extra blanket for the third person.
Kazan (9/5): - It's close to the train station. Easy to find. The room was spacious enough,considering it's in Japan where a lot of accommodations usually have small rooms. They got a laundry machine so that's convenient.

Ekaterina (9/5): - В целом проживание понравилось. Аппартаменты небольшие. но есть все необходимое для пребывания. Расположение для нас было очень удобно - 2 станции на экспрессе до крупной узловой станции, близко от аэропорта Ханеда. Район тихий и спокойный, можно отдохнуть от туристических кварталов. Рядом есть магазины, парки и детские площадки. Не понравилась пластиковая посуда на кухне и маленькие полотенца. Нет телеканалов, только netflix и youtube.

Niff (10/5): It was a memorable experience. - The location was excellent. The train station of Omorimachi was 7mins away from my apartment. Basic amenities such as 7 eleven is just 2mins walk from the apartment. The wi-fi in our room was too slow so I recommend to other future guests buy an esim.

PARITA (7/5): It was a good stay although far from Tokyo central. Might consider only if I need relaxing holiday. - Location and access. I booked requesting balcony and paid more but after I reached it was locked and when I enquired they informed due to rules and safety regulations they can’t give access to balcony. Also, when I requested 2-3 more sachets of detergent but they denied saying some regulations.

Gizel (8/5): - The facility itself. It is near to the convenient store and station. The space is not very big but it can accommodate 3 people. Very affordable. The drawer type trash bin. And they don't have floor rugs. If you're a long stay guest and you use the sink, it's inevitable that water will spill on the floor, so it's better to have a rug.
KAZUYUKI (4/5): 設備の充実(というより復元)と清掃が徹底されなければリピートは無し - 駅からまあまあ近く（駅前にはスーパー・飲食店・ドラッグストアなど一通りある）、コンビニは極めて近く便利。住宅街なので昼夜静かだった。マンション１棟すべて民泊施設なので気兼ねなく過ごせた。部屋の広さはまずまずでそこそこ快適。清掃が全然行き届いていない（前客のつけまつげが洗面所に落ちていて気持ち悪かった）。備えつけのクッションもシミだらけで使う気にならなかった。TVがインターネット専用だったにも関わらず、無料WiFiも使えず(無料WiFi使えるのはエントランスエリアだけで、部屋の中までは届かない)施設説明に偽りあり。玄関のダウンライトが壊れていて点かなかった。
TZU-HAN (10/5): 位置上稍遠但基本需求都能夠滿足 - 附近是住宅區，很安靜，購物吃飯都算方便就是店家算少了一些基本大致需求都能滿足離品川很近很方便，但是位置上稍遠了一些是物理上沒辦法改變的

junichi (7/5): お手頃価格で安心して過ごせる宿 - 狭いけれど、新しいので清潔感もあったので良かったです最寄り駅は普通しか止まらないが、少し歩けば特急や急行も止まる駅があるし不便は無かった。三泊したので、洗濯を回したけどハンガーが一つしか無かったので買い足した。ハンドソープが欲しい。洗面所とお風呂の排水溝が詰まってる？のかすぐに溢れてしまう。お風呂やトイレなど簡単な掃除がしたかったので道具を置いてくれると嬉しいです

W&TFox (9/5): Nice studio quiet area and near train station - Nice little studio apartment. Close to train station. 711 opposite and a supermarket at the end of the road. There is also a McDonalds by the train station. Washing machine with drying facilities in the bathroom. TV with you tube Netflix etc. Very quiet area. Did not like the plastic cups and plates. Also no knives. Bath towels were tiny a 1/3 size of a normal bath towel. Would have been good to have an iron.

madd (9/5): Super séjour - Le logement est situé juste à côté d’un seven eleven, gare à 5min à pieds, tout est à proximité, facile d’accès aux grands quartiers comme Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yokohama et alentours. Propre et bien équipé, de quoi cuisiner etc. Nous avions passé un super séjour, l’hôte reste disponible pour répondre à vos questions si besoin. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement !
Donnabelle (10/5): Highly recommended property - The property is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and KL Station. There is also a 7-Eleven just a minute’s walk away. Supermarkets, Daiso, 2nd Street, and a 100-yen store are about a 6-minute walk from the property, making it very easy to find anything you need. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the property also has its own washer, which is very convenient for guests. None

Lau (10/5): Simple, convenient and fast. - The place has a clear checkin procedure for travellers, and I believe that anyone with a basic grip of english can understand the instructions and checkin at any time. It is clost to an train Station, within reaches of 2 convenience stores, a sushi vending place, Matsuya and Mcdonalds. At this price point, it is a perfect place for travellers on a budget or just want a simple accomodation near to Haneda Airport.

Jeff Christian (5/5): Rather than being eco friendly, it felt more like cost cutting through reducing the quality of service provided at the c - Close to the station and to Haneda Airport. Supermarket and convenience stores nearby. The instructions to access the property were easy to understand. Wifi was not working and we were not offered even a substitute. Unit was a bit dirty and looked like it was cleaned in a rush. We were only given one towel per person despite staying for 3-4 days. When asked management, we were told that it is to be eco friendly, but would everyone get just one towel even if they stayed one day or for weeks? 😞 Management was also pushy and reminded us every single day to leave the unit on time. I normally wouldn’t mind it but given with the bad service it was pretty annoying.😅
