• matsukawa (6/5): - 駅からも10分程で住宅街で立地は良かった。女子二人旅で落ち着ける場所だったので。生活空間では清潔感において特に気になる点はなかった。 染み付いた部屋のタバコ臭や（洋服に匂いがうつるほど）、カーテンレールのホコリなど気になる箇所はあったが値段を考えたら妥当かなと。

• Driton (6/5): Pleasant - We enjoyed our stay in general, was a nice neughbourhood and quiet. The toilet is quite small and very paper-like toilet roll. The place had a bit of a smell and slightly felt needs more air circulation and possibly some mold-treatment. The fridge was a little disturbing and the sliding door struggled to close properly.
• Tama (6/5): Do it for the dirt cheap price, have no expectations - 15mins walk from train station, cheap for the holiday season. Owner responded within the day when needed more body soap. Old, rundown. Facilities and equipment old and not very clean. Slow replies from the owner occasionally. Had an incident from before check in that had me worried I wouldnt have a place to stay.

• Adam (3/5): 超汚い！やめたほうがいい。Old place, dirty walls, bugs, better to find somewhere else. - It's cheap but there is a reason. Necessary items as listed Water stayed hot The owner had timely contact before check in Lots of bugs - large dead cockroach found between futon The apartment looked like it had not been properly cleaned in months/years. Dirty walls, air conditioning unit and cooking area Rusty toilet bowl, droplets on seat, possibly urine. Very dirty lamp - I noticed because I'm tall. Scrubbing did not do much. The sheets were old so you couldn't tell whether they had been washed. We bought new sheets from Nitori and took them home afterwards. Next door is a guest house. There were people drinking and shouting nonstop for hours until we finally called the police. Honestly staying there felt almost like a health risk. I didn't want to use any of the dishes/glasses even after cleaning. If you still feel like staying there then at the very least bring sheets and earplugs.
• Chen (7/5): I wish they can replace the mattresses. two single beds are better. - portable wifi is available. there is a washer and detergent. room is big but the two beds occupied most of the space. great location. bathroom is big enough. the bed mattress is of low quality. this is kind of frustrating. window pane is not cleaned.

• Kevin (8/5): Great value option for those that just need a place to rest and sleep! - Located in a residential neighborhood of Okubo that helps convey a sense of living in Tokyo that you can't get staying at a hotel. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the station with lots of great food options close by as well as proximity to Shinjuku that makes traveling to almost anywhere in Tokyo convenient. There was a lingering smoke smell the entire time during our stay that had to be mitigated with the air conditioner. Facilities and furniture could use an update as you could feel the springs on the bed and the toilet was quite outdated compared to ones in the stations.

• Mauricio (1/5): very unpleasent, no value for money - nothing the photos are not even close to reality, the bathroom was awful, the toilet broken, the bath totally rusty, the smell of the room awful, the kitchen dirty, the beds uncomfortable, the sofa covered and broken. the location not good, always 20min walk to yamanote line.

It wasnt clean at all. - Location was nice but it is not a place to come by train if you have heavy baggage(which we did) take 15 mins from station and slopes makes it harder to carry your baggage It wasnt clean. There were hairs on my sheet. Bathroom and kitchen utilities weren't clean enough. I couldn't feel comfortable during my stay.
