• Małgorzata (6/5): Krótka wycieczka do słonecznej Walencji - Hotel położony tuż przy promenadzie i plaży, lokalizacja i widok z balkonu to najmocniejsze strony obiektu. Okolica bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna, tuż za rogiem przystanek autobusowy linii 31 którym dojeżdżamy bezpośrednio do centrum. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, reagowali na każdy problem i rozwiązywali go na bieżąco. Ogólnie nie ma się do czego przyczepić: apartamenty są bardzo duże ale zdecydowanie wymagają remontu lub odświeżenia (szczególnie łazienki), nie mam zbyt wygórowanych oczekiwać ale brak ciepłej wody lub jakiejkolwiek półki w łazience obniża zdecydowanie komfort pobytu. To są takie drobiazgi które jednak wpływają na ogólne wrażenie a można je bardzo łatwo poprawić. Ogólnie na plus szczególnie ze względu na lokalizację i widok z balkonu i przemiłą obsługę:) Apartamenty zdecydowanie wymagają remontu, szczególnie łazienki, jedna łazienka ma tak mały prysznic że ciężko się umyć osobie która ma 160 cm wzrostu :) brak jakiejkolwiek półki w łazience, wszystkie kosmetyki muszą stać na podłodze, to są takie drobiazgi ale denerwujące na co dzień...Apartamenty nie mają ogrzewania, pierwszej nocy było trochę zimno ale potem grzaliśmy klimatyzacją i było ok

Enseguida intentó solucionar lo he estaba en su mano (limpieza y cambio de silla). Limpieza, mobiliario, sofá del salón, camas. Tenía lo mínimo.

• Carina (6/5): - La ubicación, piscina en la entrada de la salida del piso aunque lo la hemos usado para nada que hemos ido a la playa los dias de la estancia. Me esperaba que en el segundo dormitorio haya 2 camas individuales y no se podrían juntar porque fuimos con otra pareja, era una cama nido . Luego nos hemos esperado tal como vimos las fotos que sea platas mas arriba y terasa abierta para ver la playa. Igual fue nuestro error no lo sé.

• Esther (7/5): - Estupendo apartamento si tienes planeado disfrutar de la playa. Tanto las vistas de todo el litoral como la cercanía del mar son perfectos. Los amaneceres son increibles. Hay varios establecimientos para desayunar, comer, cenar, beber, supermercados, ....muy cerca. El personal de la empresa muy comprensibles y atentos. Camas cómodas aunque sencillas. El mobiliario es un tanto antiguo, una pequeña mejora haría de este apartamento un lugar ideal.

• TISSIER (4/5): Bon emplacement face à la mer mais logement décevant - L’emplacement Appartement très moyen. Climatisation très limitée notamment dans les chambres. La cuisine était un véritable four, impossible d’y rester plus de 5 minutes, le moteur de la climatisation étant sur le balcon de la cuisine et dégageant une chaleur intenable. La douche était minuscule dans la deuxième salle de bain et dans la salle de bain principale, impossible d’avoir de l’eau froide !
• Miguel (7/5): Great Location and Amenities, but Comfort Could Be Better” - Amazing location right in front of the beach. Having a supermarket in the building was very useful.. Lack of kitchen appliances, the air conditioning was installed in a way that caused the heat to enter the apartment through the kitchen. Fortunately the agency gave us a fan to pus h the hot air out, but it is a shame that a poor air conditioner installation can ruin the experience.
• Stoyan (6/5): Great location and staff BUT needs renovation! - Location and communication with the staff are great! Also the possibility to use the underground parking space is convenient and keeps the car cool. Unfortunately the apartment is in need of renovation. There is mold in the bathroom, the toilet tank sometimes doesn't stop dispensing water, the blinds in the bedroom don't work, the window frames are wobly, one of the stove tops doesn't work, the other one is with a faulty knob (and again unusable). The dishwasher doesn't really wash well. Last but not least - the outdoor AC unit is positioned in a closed balcony, adjacent to the kitchen - meaning that the AC is extremely inefficient (not taking fresh air amd hence not cooling properly) and the kitchen is extremely hot.
• Diana (4/5): No repetiría. - La ubicación muy buena. Las vistas muy bonitas. La persona que nos entregó las llaves amable y respondió eficientemente a nuestra queja. Aire acondicionado insuficiente. Se nos entregó sucio aunque fueron a limpiarlo luego. Nos asignaron un apartamento con todo deteriorado. Los muebles, las camas, los baños incómodos y las cortinas antiguas. Utensilios para cocinar insuficientes. La unidad del aire acondicionado está en el patio de ropas lo que hace que el calor de la cocina es como vivir a dos calles del infierno. Las fotos son confusas porque son de varios apartamentos y no logro ver que coincidan con el que se me asignó a excepción de una habitación.
• Maarten (8/5): Valencia stay amazing location - The location and the view are amazing and it is the 3rd year we come to this location. We missed kitchen supplies it was minimal what was available in the department for cooking. Many things in the apartment were broken and we had to have them fixed. When we called it got fixed immediately so that was good. For the rest we always enjoy our stay there would not want to go anywhere else.

• Maryna (10/5): I would repeat! - Close to beach, beautiful view, bus stop is near not problem to get all places of interest, shop on the ground floor. Clean white bed sheets and towels, kitchen with all necessary, washing machine, iron. Spacious, sunny apartment. We spent nice holidays, thanks! Tired plumbing and the drain didn't work well

• Tori (6/5): Great views, but let down by lack of cleanliness in internal apartment - Beach view was lovely & it was a quiet area, good parking It needed a better clean, mould over shower walls and showers weren’t set up properly so they leaked everywhere, we had to fix the hot water as it stopped working. Location is far away and all restaurants/bars close quite early. In general it didn’t look like anyone actually cared about it.
