I was contacted prior to registering and when we arrived we were given a map of local attractions, places to eat and shop. The room was clean and comfortable. Sam arranged a taxi to the airport when we left and all in all, a excellent stay.

• Helen (10/5): Santa Teresa luxury rooms review - We had outstanding communication even prior to arrival to ensure we were reassured about how to get to the property and how to access it. On arrival we met with Emilia and Lana who helped with English translation. They have been so helpful and accommodating. The room itself was fantastic. So clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay, especially the bed and bathroom. Thank you for being amazing 👏 There is nothing negative to say for us 😍

The interior is beautifully designed and modern, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The location is excellent — right in the center and in a very safe area, which made it easy to get around and explore. Everything was spotless, the room was kept extremely clean, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again. • Antonella (10/5): Come a casa - L'accoglienza di Manuela al nostro arrivo, fin da subito, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Manuela ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha omaggiato anche con un piccolo dono. Durante la durata del soggiorno si è resa sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta ed è stata sempre molto premurosa. Le camere, situate al primo piano, sono pulitissime e sono dotate di ottimi infissi che ti consentono di dormire serenamente. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma ogni stanza è dotata di frigobar, macchina del caffè con cialde, bollitore con thè, camomilla e tisane varie. Il B&B è situato in un palazzo storico, molto vicino al Museo archeologico nazionale, con la presenza di un custode, anche lui disponibile a darci tante informazioni. Consigliatissimo.

• Kimberly (6/5): Would not recommend the city itself, accommodations were okay - Cleaning lady left our room unlocked for a few hours. Also host told us checkout was at 10:30 and the cleaning staff burst in at 10:29 with her own key while we were still packing up.
• Sofia (8/5): Boa estadia e boa localização - As instalações do quarto eram muito boas, bem decoradas e charmosas mas lamentavelmente o prédio é muito antigo e à primeira vista assusta um bocado é numa zona mais suja, escura e o elevador muito antigo, mas os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos, especialmente a Emília, sempre disponível até para fazer o check-in on line, e os quartos muito limpos, Tem recepção e são prestáveis, qualquer necessidade prontamente resolvida, pese embora o prédio assuste, quando se entra depois fica-se mais descansado, Indicia-se um hotel e na verdade é um alojamento particular, pese embora o prédio assuste e depois somos surpreendidos pela positiva, mas tirando o pequeno almoço, os serviços admissíveis eram parcos para o pagamento efectuado.

Samuel, de host doet er alles aan om je verblijf tot een feestje te maken, hij bezorgd je alle info en links via whatsapp en handige tips als je graag wat wil eten in de buurt. Best veel lawaai buiten wegens vrij drukke buurt, maar met een stel oordopjes prima te verhelpen 😉

• Theresa (10/5): Safe, comfortable long weekend with a lovely gratis gift for our anniversary - Brilliant location in the hustle and bustle of Napoli! Room and amenities were brilliant and spotlessly clean. Fantastic communication via WhatsApp from the owners Son Sam who made check in very smooth, gave us excellent local tips where to eat and visit and checked in on us during the stay via WhatsApp. We will definitely be returning! Not applicable other than sadly we had to leave at the end of our stay!

• Mandy (10/5): Highly recommended - Sam, our host, was excellent at communicating with us. He arranged our airport pickup at a prearranged cost of €30. Well worth it as any apartment in the heart of Naples isn't going to be easy to find, even on a main street like this one. It's also good to avoid Piazza Garibaldi if you've got suitcases and are unsure of where you're going as it's a haven for pickpockets. Our room was refurbished to a high standard, simple, modern and retaining the beautiful features of the original building, e.g. vaulted ceiling and exposed stonework. We appreciated the coffee machine, kettle, fridge with bottled water and chocolates on arrival. There was a café next door from where there was an option to have breakfast delivered or a €6 voucher to take breakfast there. We didn't avail ourselves of the breakfast options but thought it a very good way of offering breakfast to guests who wanted it. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a slight whiff coming from the bathroom sink (hard to believe that some drain cleaner couldn't have remedied it), however the bathroom had a full length window which could safely be left open so it wasn't a problem. I would happily stay here again.

• Anne-caroline (6/5): No hotel breakfast, just pastry - The staff was careful and nice. The room was very clean. The breakfast is not in the B&B but in a coffee shop across the street where you can only have a black coffee, an orange juice or another drink, and a pastry. There are no fruits nor eggs. If you are looking for a hotel breakfast you won’t find it here. The water pressure of the shower is very strong and hard to regulate. It varied from hot to cold surprisingly. There was no internet for the first 24 hours due to a storm that happened a few days before.

Samuel was so helpful from the minute we booked and sorted out our transfers from the airport and an Amalfi Coast tour which was fabulous our driver Dino was so lovely. The breakfast was fab coffee, juice and croissant at the cafe directly opposite. Exceeded expectation and highly recommend. The property was exceptional, very quiet in The room for a Main Street, great location for all attractions and very comfy bed.

The accommodation was very nice and walking distance from the MANN and two subway stations. The host and staff were super helpful, everything was well organized with seamless check-in.
