- Sohaiba (2/5): Very poor - Apparently toilet paper is only offered once. the customer service was too bad, took days to answer one message. Also the front door is dirty and no one cleans it, when I first arrived the smell was horrible.

- Monear (10/5): Excellent value for money. - It’s self-contained en-suite studios with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave in the rooms and there’s also access to a communal kitchen including a washing machine and ironing facilities. Perfect as a home away from home as opposed to a hotel. The location isn’t great but that’s fine because there’s easy access to transport. Nothing. For the price it’s excellent value for money.

- Ivana (6/5): Terrible customer service - The place was clean and all facilities were good. Check in 3pm. Customer service is terrible. You can't reach them on the phone, only through messaging service where they write extremely long sheets of text. Unnecessary. And it just makes it difficult to get the basic information you actually need. Noisy drumming in the neighbourhood.
- Dobrila (9/5): Lovely & peaceful place to stay. A very relaxing & healing experience - I loved the garden, it had thorn bushes & wild cherries growing outside the window, a huge beautiful tree full of living nature, lots of birds singing,. The kitchen was lovely & clean just like the bedroom. The heating worked very well. The single bed was a bit small & the quilt was quite thin with two very firm pillows but I had my own bedding.

- Ellie (1/5): Awful - Everything. The property was not as the photos shown. The address takes you to a house which is up for let which looks like no one has lived there for ages. We knocked on the door but no answer. It was filthy outside. Therefore we could not stay and are still waiting for a refund. We then had to try and book somewhere else on the day which cost us £500!! We called the number given and was not answered. I have made a bad review through booking.com and waiting to hear back
- Wai (9/5): It's comfortable and a good place to stay for the short term. - It is accessible, and the room is clean. It's good value for money. The bus stop is nearby. Grocery shops and eateries are a few bus stops away (or within walking distance). The host allowed the use of the washing machine in the apartment.
