- Emmeline (1/5): - Property owner did not attend to rental people there is no supplies I eat toilet paper cleaning supplies or anything there garbage outside of the facilities garbage underneath the beds we sat in cold for 3 days Think about your stay we didn't make anything about this day there but we had to be there everything was terrible the owners manners were rude unprofessional ignorant accepted cash and you transfer never attended any complaints broke rules

- Julian (1/5): We did not stay as we did not feel safe and the place smell dirty - This place is horrible. It had a smell like a dumpster, the paint was peeling and the sofa felt like hardwood. A bug was in the bedroom and the linen needs replacing as they were obviously worn. There was no way we were going to sleep in a bed that had a foul smell. We reached out to the host to make it right and he never answered my text so we left and booked a hotel. Still have not received a reply or refund . The ad is also misleading as it says free parking when in actuality it is street parking on a busy road . Please beware and save yourself the hassle. Nothing

Over all control of taking care of situations that needed to be handeled. Timly response to needs of customers
INFESTATION of some beetles or gross long bug
That kept re occuring and land lord couldnt of cared less when i brought it up to us ....
Randoml " inspections " with next to no warning. I hope he enjoyed seeing my bare ass. D
Over all david is not fit to be taking care of multiple units. Has his poor kids doing all the grunt work. Why arent they in school. Oh and would lie telling us units were booked so we would leave and after we booked a new unit he refused us entry and wouldnt give us it back claiming damages , his idea of damages are dirty towels ...... Oh ya no cleaning supplies so you have to use towels if you drop anything . And if you break his 10 year old coffee stained mugs he will chaarge you $10 ..... Oh ya bring your own toilet paper. Took 3 days to get a second roll. Also is so condescending making you feel like youre not worthy to stay at his inn, its very disapointing as the price and location are great
