• Gergana (5/5): - Локацията е супер. Домакинът позволи ранно настаняване. Хигиената в апартамента е лоша. При настаняването спалното бельо изглеждаше така все едно вече някой беше спал в него. Матракът е издънен, съответно супер неудобен за спане. В банята имаше косми по пода и по шкафа над мивката. Вековен прах във всеки ъгъл на апартамента. Кафе машина липсваше, вместо това имаше една кубунка. Сифонът в банята - запушен и т.н. Фактурата, която получих накрая, беше някаква бележка, написана на Word, без данни на продавача и напълно безполезна, за да мине за разход на фирмата.

• Giacomo (9/5): Ottimo alloggio in zona centrale - Ottima posizione, forse nella zona migliore della città. Appartamento accogliente, c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Self check-in e check-out comodi e facili. Una tenda più lunga della doccia aiuterebbe a evitare all' acqua di uscire dal piatto doccia. Materasso non comodissimo.
• Vizzari (8/5): - La posizione era ottima, facile da raggiungere in taxi dall’ aeroporto, vicina a varie zone turistiche e alle fermate dei trasporti pubblici, le informazioni per accedere alla stanza sono state chiare e puntuali. L’ unico problema con la stanza è stata la pulizia davvero molto scadente, lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti e profumati ma c’era davvero molta polvere per terra e sui mobili, inoltre mancava la carta igienica.

• Natalia (8/5): Comfy stay and great location - The location was great and it was very comfortable for a couple of stays in the city. Despite the area it is located in, it wasn't at all noisy or dangerous at night. The kitchen supplies could have been a bit cleaner. It wasnt too inviting to cook or eat at the apartment. The shower courtain is also a bit too short, which makes the bathroom floor quite wet.

• GEORGIOS (10/5): Οικονομική διαμονή στο Κέντρο - Πολύ κεντρικό, κοντά σε στάση τραμ και στο Εθνικό θέατρο, πολλά μαγαζιά τριγύρω, ημιόροφος, καλά εξοπλισμένο, καθαρό και άνετο, με παράθυρα στο δρόμο αλλά ήσυχο, καλή εξυπηρέτηση από ιδιοκτήτη Όλα καλά. ίσως τα μαξιλάρια να είναι πιο άνετα

• Giovanni (1/5): SO DIRTY THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE - Only the center position is good TO AVOID–SERIOUS HEALTH AND HYGIENE HAZARD Our experience was extremely serious and completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the apartment was in such poor hygienic conditions that it posed a real health risk, forcing us to leave the property before the end of our stay. Cleaning was completely nonexistent: the toilet brush was stained with feces, there were hairs in the bathroom drain, heavy dust and hair on shelves and radiators (including areas where towels are stored), a dirty toothbrush holder, a microwave with food residue inside, a dirty oven, a sink with food leftovers, dishes that were dirty and dusty, and a refrigerator with visible food stains. This situation is disgraceful for a property offered to paying guests. In addition to this, the apartment showed serious maintenance issues: the shower curtain door was broken and removed, the entrance light bulb was not working, the bedroom light was flickering, and the curtains were malfunctioning. The apartment was booked for two people, yet only two single blankets were provided. The sheets and blankets had a bad odor, and the sofa was also dusty, further confirming the complete lack of proper cleaning. We immediately reported these issues to the owner and provided documentation, but despite the evident conditions and our early departure due to health concerns, the owner refused to provide any refund, showing a total lack of care for guests’ health and well-being. We attach detailed photos that speak for themselves. Extremely negative experience. Strongly not recommended.

• Ivet (9/5): - Central location and the place feels really cosy. We had a great stay! Nothing but just to note that it can be pretty loud since it is on the ground floor and also the walls are thin so keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

• Böhm (10/5): - War ein sauberes Zimmer mit Küche und Badezimmer. Hat alles wie beschrieben geklappt. In der Beschreibung steht dass das Zimmer im ersten Stock gleich links ist. Ich bin jedoch davon ausgegangen dass nach der ersten kleinen Treppe erst erst einmal das Erdgeschoss kommt :D hab es dann trotzdem schnell gefunden. Es ist wirklich die aller erste Tür links gleich hinter dem Haupteingang ;) vielen Dank für die Unterkunft!

• Olga (6/5): Great location, and poor condition of apartment - The apartment is in a great location, right in the center of Sofia, but unfortunately, it is in very poor condition. Overall, the apartment felt dirty and neglected. I would not stay here again. It was extremely cold - I understand that central heating had not yet been turned on, but it shouldn’t be so difficult to provide a heater in the apartment. The shower head was broken, the toilet seat was broken, and the light switch in the hallway didn’t work. Fixing these things is not a big task. The kitchen dishes were dirty. The walls in the shower were dirty as well, and the shower curtain was too short, so water spilled all over the floor. I don’t even want to describe the condition of the mop. Overall, the apartment felt dirty and neglected. I would not stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

• Marek (7/5): Cena adekwatna do jakości - co niekoniecznie stanowi pochwałę. - Znakomita lokalizacja. Blisko zarówno do centrum miasta jak i do restauracji i sklepów w pobliżu. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, bezproblemowe przekazanie kluczy. Niezbyt czysto: wszystko mocno zakurzone, pajęczyny na oknach w łazience i na suficie w pokoju. Do tego kiepsko utrzymany piekarnik. Pościel i ręczniki sprawiały wrażenie albo niedopranych albo nieco zatęchłych. Zniszczona toaleta, uszkodzony kontakt ścienny w sposób grożący porażeniem prądem. Brak na wyposażeniu choćby powitalnej porcji kawy/herbaty - był natomiast zawilgocony cukier i dwa gatunki octu. Dosyć głośno - zarówno z ulicy jak i z mieszkań sąsiednich.

• Kate (5/5): Great location but needs some care and attention - The location was good and it's on the ground floor. A good size once inside the apartment. The photos make it look good but so many details were not right. Toilet cover broken in half. Tiny clean but very old bathroom towels provided. The mattress was not comfortable. There was an awful smell from the kitchen sink/ drain that was worse at night and because the flat is open plan woke me up. You have to mop up the bathroom floor every time you have a shower. The kitchen was not well equipped. No bottle opener. No kitchen dishcloth. No pans to cook with. Could be a great apartment but needs some care and attention - and with some simple touches, could make it very good.

На кухне был сильный неприятный запах. Душевая кабина была грязной. И стиральная машина не работала, хотя была указана в описании.

The toilet was broken, the shower was broken, the walls were dirty, and the light in the hall was constantly going on and off, no air-conditioning and it's also on the first floor which means you either can't sleep because of the heat or if you open the windows then you can't sleep because of the noise. For this price this apartment is extremely UNACCEPTABLE.

• Златка (10/5): Exceptional - The interior was exceptional. Very cosy and a brilliant collaboration of authentic vintage and modern furniture. I highly recommend it. Well, to be honest, the towels had a slightly bad smell, I have spotted a few hairs on the bathroom floor and the mattress was slightly uncomfortable, but this is subjective.

• Josiah (9/5): Very nice, unique apartment! - The apartment had a very unique vibe that I liked and the location was only a walk away from everything I wanted to see. It was clean and had everything I needed and looked exactly as advertised. The area can be a bit noisy especially in the evening since it's next to the entrance of a theatre where people gather and since there's no AC I kept the windows open to get air and the smell of smoke from people smoking next to the building would fill the room. Not the fault of the owner just something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to those things.

The apartment has everything you need for a stay. We felt right at home. On our next trip to Sofia, we will definitely stay here. The host is very welcoming.
