• Wei (10/5): A Florentine Dream - We had an unforgettable stay at the property. The apartment must have been the reception hall of the 15th century palazzo, as it features sumptuous 6-metre ceiling throughout, the highest ceiling in the building. Not only does it exude the sense of grandeur of a bygone era with wonderful frescos/ coffered ceilings, patinated terracotta floors and exceptionally large windows, the floor plan is also well thought-out and practical. To make the experience even better, Stefano and team were so kind, accommodating and responsive. We would highly recommend the property, it was a Florentine dream.
• Thibault (5/5): No luxury at all - Good location and authentic building Someone always answer you when you have a question on WhatsApp which is appreciated It’s not a luxury place at all Value for money is terrible, host is not accommodating, light/power not reliable No late checking, not able to keep the luggage after 10am and rushed to go out of the place

• Beverley (6/5): Lounge pretty with ceilings artwork. Plenty of cutlery for 6 people if required. Electric cables on bedroom floor need s - Historic building , pretty festures Very very noisy all night due to peple walking past eatly hours pf morning and shouting. Windows not double glazed due to historic building. For the price couldd have stsyed in a 4 stsr hotel. Electrics went off one night in the midfle of having a shower. Was asked to find switch box in entrance and sort ourselves initially. Not a good somution for a customer to do this. We sorted it but dis not appreciate being told to do it.
