I love everything in the room, comfy and practical and homey 🏡🙏❤️❤️🍀🎁🌿🌱 The room welcomed us with a cozy homey Japanese vibe of home and I love the bathroom so much, the lighting was very comfy and you could choose many tones of light with the remote. I love the light in the bath and the shower's water pressure. The sink in the room was very comfortable and practical to use. The relaxing chairs and table were cozy and cute with pillows again 😊❤️. The bed was comfy and warm 😊❤️🙏❤️ They were very kind to provide me a free extra pillow for comfort as I asked for because I always sleep hugging a pillow. Three slippers were provided and we were very impressed to not having to use our own, it was like everything was provided there to comfort our stay🙏😊❤️❤️🏡🎁🍀🌱 And checking in and out were easy, even I got a bit confused at first but I love how the system worked, especially for the check in day that we arrived very late. Thank you very much, Remon House Tokyo 🙏😊❤️❤️🏡🎁🌱🍀 We had a great comfy stay and great time there. We will definitely come back again 🙏😊❤️❤️🏡🍀 Before we arrived, there was a while that the staffs didn't respond to my message and it made me feel a bit concerned, especially with the self registration on the website. But everything worked just fine and then the responses came and answered me actively 😊🙏❤️❤️ The main thing was the steep stairs. We needed our stuff in the suitcases and could not just let them in the storage on the ground floor, so we had to drag the suitcases up to our room. Even though they were 10+ kg. each, it was quite dangerous and challenging. We were a bit worried a bit because the storage on the ground floor was right next to the main entrance door and it was not locked. I would suggest putting a key lock like our room door on the main door to ensure too. And about the luggage issue, we would suggest the house buy one or two "stair climbing cart, aluminum trolley" (can be found in amazon.com or else where). This will help guests take suitcases and stuff up the stair more easily and safely. And I love the lively atmosphere of the area 😊❤️ but for people who prefer quieter mornings, there would be sounds of shops and people wandering around since late morning. It was not noisy and for me I love the liveliness of it 😊❤️

• CHIH YU (7/5): 客服回覆不會等很久！蠻不錯的！ 也有借放行李的服務，減輕少了負擔～謝謝！下次還會想再來淺草玩～ - 地點離淺草寺很近，去車站蠻方便！ 樓梯蠻陡峭，不適合大行李箱搬上搬下，適合力氣很大有在健身～ 大門建議可以鎖密碼，雖然不會人人進出，還是多一份保障比較安全！
• Alina (10/5): - Комната была очень красивая, в традиционном стиле. Немного тесная для двух человек, но кровать с двумя футонами была невероятно мягкой и уютной. Одеяло было толстым и тяжелым, благодаря чему я крепко спала и не мерзла. Локация отличная. Единственное, нам сначала выслали неверный код, но позже мы написали хозяину на почту, и он быстро отправил нам верный.

For a better experience could offer breakfast amenities. - Remon House has a lovely Japanese style, was very clean and the bedroom kitchenette is spacious. Luggage storage is available after check out. There’s a window for fresh air. No elevator. Remon House could improve by providing basic cooking amenities as cutlery, plates and bowls for breakfast. Only cups were provided. Consider supplying soft and medium pillow options. Location is at a busy area and noisy during the night. Bathroom sink is extremely small and uncomfortable to use.
• Berg (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Asakusa. Sehr zu empfehlen - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Lager war toll und mitten in Asakusa gelegen. Der Aufgang in den 3 Stock mit Koffern war etwas beschwerlich, dafür hatten wir ein tolles Zimmer im japanischen Stil, inkl. einer kleinen Küche. Abends war es extrem ruhig, da alle Geschäfte um spätestens 20 Uhr und die Restaurants spätestens um 22 Uhr schließen Die Betten waren in der ersten Nacht gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ab der zweiten Nacht fanden wir es toll.

• Chelsea (9/5): Great base to take in Tokyo. - Amazing location in Asakusa. Loved how chill the vibes were compared to the hustle bustle of other parts of Tokyo. Very cute neighbourhood. Highly recommend. Entering is tough getting up steep stairs but not a show stopper for us at all.

• Chong Yen Adrian (6/5): Great location but be prepared for narrow stairs and small rooms. - Its location is exceptional - only a few steps from the famous Nakamise Street, meaning it was within walking distance to the famous Senso-ji Temple. There is luggage storage on the ground floor (in Japan it’s called 1st floor). The luggage can be secured with bicycle locks (provided) before checkin and after checkout. The stairs leading up to the 3rd floor (or 2nd floor if, like me, you come from countries that call the road level floor as ground - Japan calls it the 1st floor) were super narrow so if you travel with family with large to medium luggage, it will be very challenging.

• Anna (8/5): Terrific location and a cosy comfortable room. - Absolutely sensational location and street. Remarkably very quiet at night too to sleep and very reasonably priced. Excellent bed. the stairs leading up to the room were so steep and very hard to navigate with a medium sized suitcase even. taking the suitcases down these stairs was even harder. as we were on the second floor, in my opinion, you would have to be very fit and strong to carry the cases.

La posizione è comodissima per visitare Asakusa e muoversi a Tokyo, ma al tempo stesso la zona è tranquilla e piacevole. Bellissimo soggiorno, ci tornerei senza dubbio!

• Neus Garín Sànchez (7/5): Muy bien situado, sin ascensor. - Muy bien situado en el barrio de Asakusa, muy cerca de dos líneas de metro distintas y paralelo a la calle comercial de la zona. Muy cerca también del tempo, varias tiendas de conveniencia, un don Quijote, una lavandería... Las camas eran cómodas y el baño cumplía con su función. El tamaño es el esperado en japón. También tenía un pequeño espacio en la entrada donde dejar las maletas atadas, puede ir bien para el check-in o el check-out. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son bastante empinadas. Fue algo incómodo porque soy una persona que suele caerse, así que tenía que subir y bajar muy lentamente. También hay que tener cuidado a la hora de subir y bajar las maletas, aunque en el check-in nos ayudaron a subirlas.
• NIKITAS (9/5): Ικανοποιητικό - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία από άποψη αγορών, μεταφοράς και αξιοθέατων. Υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα για τη διαμονή μας. Πλεονέκτημα η ταράτσα. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο είναι σχετικά μικρά, κυρίως αν 2 άτομα έχουν από μια μεγάλη βαλίτσα ο χωρος κλείνει αρκετά.
• Margherita (7/5): Insomma.. ok per poco tempo, un po' inquietante. - Stare nel quartiere di Asakusa, molto sicuro. Per cose molto brevi va bene. Si entra da una porticina scorrevole, che chiunque può aprire. Ci sono 2 rampe di scale molto ripide e polverose, su cui è scomodo portare le valigie. Quando siamo arrivati c'erano lenzuola sporche appallottolate in cima alle scale, sembrava un magazzino (poi abbiamo capito che c'era la signora che puliva, ma la prima impressione è stata veramente brutta). La stanza in sé è molto piccola, ma questo si capiva già dalla descrizione di booking. La notte si sentono tutti i rumori per strada. In bagno il bidet non funzionava (li ho avvertiti e hanno risposto che lo avrebbero aggiustato quanto prima, ma io stavo una sola notte, quindi non so se abbiano sistemato). Il deposito bagagli consiste nel lasciare le valigie incustodite dentro uno stanzino raggiungibile da chiunque aprendo semplicemente la porticina scorrevole, puoi legarle con un lucchetto a una barra, ma la certezza che nessuno vada ad aprirle anche se non può portarle via non la hai. In realtà non ha nulla che non vada se ci si accontenta di poco.

• Wallace (5/5): Passable - Only good thing I can say about this room was it has a fantastic location right next to Nakamise Street and Senso-ji Temple.The area is packed with people during the day but is very quiet in the evening so good for photos. Room not as described (No fridge, no dining table no wifi.) Owner not much help, did not reply to any of my messages.
• Katie (6/5): Good location. - Great location, very close to walk anywhere you need. Cheap rates and the rooftop was a nice place to sit of an evening and enjoy the sounds. Communication from host very good. The stairs up to the rooms are very steep and narrow, difficult to lug suitcases or large bags up and down. The room was incredibly small, with no chair or anything so if you want to sit you have to sit on a mattress - which is traditional style on the floor. None of this is a major problem as it was advertised this way and for the low cost it’s fine, but if you can’t do stairs or need a place to sit I would avoid. Perfect for budget travellers or solo stays.

• Abc (4/5): Good location, quite, but bad shower water and air circulation, very limited and small space - The location is very good. It's very near Sensoji and Asakusa metro station. It's very convenient to go to both airports, ginza, ueno. There are also buses to disney. It's not facing the main road and not noisy. It provides self-service check-in and luggage storeage (both using password locks). The water pressure and temperature are very very unstable and disappointing. As all residents share the same water source, if anyone is using water at the same time, your water will also be affected. Sometimes the water suddenly stopped, sometimes the hot water suddenly became very cold, and you have to wait for minutes before it came back or became hot again. This is really very inconvenient and unacceptable. Although the staff member kept comminicating and adjusting the facility, it still wasn't solved completely. Besides, the room is definitely not as large as 18 square metres. There are not enough places to hang our towels or clothes. The air circulation is poor, and our wet clothes or towels were very hard to dry. Sometimes the entrance is blocked by other stuff and is very hard to get through. No elevators, so if you have very large luggages, the narrow stairways could be a little bit difficult to carry them through. No common washroom or common space to rest or sit.

• Annette (9/5): Flexibile check-in, cute side-street and private - Great location on a quiet, cute side street near everything (restaurants, convenience stores, desserts, restaurants, shrines, and train station). We enjoyed the privacy of self check-in at any time and the private room and bathroom. We didn't see anyone else during our stay, but the staff were responsive to messages with questions. The wi-fi went down, but the staff made every effort to fix it asap and get us connected.

• Blandine (9/5): Wonderful stay in Tokyo - Very well located in Asakusa near points of interest and subway station. Enough space in the accommodation for luggage and all amenities are provided. The hosts are really kind and available to answer our questions. Finally, the rooftop has a great view on the Tokyo Sky Tree.
