• Jarrod (8/5): Will stay again provided the owner stays sensible on price have looked for May 2026 already but it is over £700 for a t - Location location location Was clean but some parts were questionable. Plug by the bed was not good at all. The beds were fine but we slept separately rather than together as the doubles are not enormous and the mattresses are not super super comfortable. Overall it was positive though. Communication with the owner was excellent
• Matthew (7/5): Great flat for overnight stay in London and much cheaper than two rooms in a hotel. I'd stay again. - Good location, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Close to Liverpool St and Moorgate stations. A bit tricky to find - it's a door to flats next door to Street Greek, kind of opposite The Breakfast Club. You need to collect and return keys from Liverpool Street station - Lost Property next to platform 10. Couple of minutes walk away. Take your own shower gel.

• Trackl (10/5): Was a nice weekend - I missed one thing , i asked manny time how can i ger the key , but never answered fully ., Just the last minutes . So this is was very bad uncomfortable feelings,, and i lost manny hours from my holiday ! But after that everyting was good ! So, maybe you can improve from that notes ! Thank you !

• Philippa (10/5): Very good. - Location was amazing and the two bedrooms and living space made it great value for money. You have to pick up the keys from Liverpool Street station, but it was actually really easy.
• Steve (2/5): The wi-fi didn't work, properly - damaged TV screen - squeaky bed and fake flooring squeaked too - location. The wi-fi didn't work, properly 3Three network very unstable upon arrival, tried several time to contact the owner and received nothing,, however the txt before was clear and useful, just that the Bed was poor quality mattress thin and bed squeakily, need adjustments, flooring noisy when walking on , which would upset the down stairs tenants, clean and tidy rooms, though could watch TV or do any work with the WIFI on my laptop and had to use my phone hot spot for a n additional fee, which I might as well been in a tent .. not a great stay. and would have left a positive response if they responded in time,
• Stephan (8/5): Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen. - Die Lage in der Nähe der Liverpool Street Station ist sehr gut. Im Prinzip liegt die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße. Sollte man also mit dem Zug unterwegs sein und z.B. vom Flughafen Stansted kommen, ist die Lage fast ideal. Zudem befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt an einer Gepäckausgabe / Gepäckaufbewahrung in der Liverpool Street Station. Der Zugang / Weg dorthin ist direkt neben Gleis 10. Sehr positiv: ich konnte nach Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber den Schlüssel ca. 1 Stunde vor der offiziellen Übergabezeit abholen! Das Zeitfenster um den Schlüssel abzuholen finde ich recht kurz.

• Chiara (10/5): Posizione comodissima - Il grandissimo pregio dell'appartamento è la posizione strategica, di fronte alla stazione di Liverpool St. e vicino a qualunque servizio, con bar, locali e supermercato sotto casa. Il fatto di avere 2 bagni è un grosso punto a favore per una famiglia di 4 persone. Per un prossimo viaggio a Londra tornerei molto volentieri. I letti alla francese sono scomodi per chi è abituato a dormire in un letto più grande.

• Alfie (6/5): Nothing special just a decent flat with enough room and a good location. - Location. Thin windows so lots of noise but you can expect in this location I suppose but temperature was far to hot so meant windows had to be open all night as there was no fans or air conditioning.

• Ellen (5/5): Unpleasant stay with an extremely rude host. Loudness from the street and uncomfortable beds. - The location was good. We chose this apartment for its convenient location near Liverpool Street Station. However, our experience was disappointing. We confirmed an early check-in with the host, but upon requesting directions on the check-in day, we were met with unacceptable rudeness for simply asking about the arrangements. The host's attitude was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable, to the point of reconsidering our stay. We were refused a refund and ended up staying there, but the apartment was very basic. The beds were uncomfortable, with sheets that had a strong odor and hair on them. One window facing the street couldn't be closed properly, resulting in loud street noise that disturbed our sleep. Overall, poor communication and an unfriendly host made for an unpleasant stay. I do not recommend this property.

• Mark (7/5): frustrating - good location, convenient. comms with property shocking. as traveling for work, I requested an invoice. requested in advance when I paid, and was told it would be issued after I stayed... requested after I stayed and was told 'no problem'... requested again... and again... and now no response for a couple of weeks, so here we are airing their dirty laundry in public... I need an invoice to reclaim expenses, so now raising via booking.com. don't stay here if you need to reclaim expenses for work...

• Paolo (6/5): Great host and location, but very bad sleep - Great location, host very nice. Beds are VERY uncomfortable. The metal springs are very hard and on the surface of the mattress. TV remote did not work. The apartment is missing basic essentials.

• Nic (6/5): Reasonably priced basic accommodation in a great location for where I needed to be. - Good location and, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, it can offer flexibility for a short stay. Picking up the key was a frustrating experience, with contact point difficult to locate within Liverpool Street Station and telephone helpline contact less than helpful - not a great customer experience. Within apartment, reasonable overall presentation and cleanliness, but some maintenance issues - 1. wardrobe in front bedroom unusable as doors clearly damaged, with cracked mirrored door off their runners. 2. Shower door in en-suite needs attention - needs the top door fitting re tightening as it too is in danger of coming off its hinge unless handled with care. 3. A bathroom hand towel rather than 3 bathmats and kitchen towel would have been useful - then the plates etc would look cleaner, rather than washed but smeared, as not able to dry them. 4. Would suggest microwave needs replacing 5. Never did manage to work out TV so reverted to Sky Go and iPlayer on my iPad The common entrance area and stairs looked unkept and would benefit from refreshing the paint and hoovering the carpets - poor first impression compounded the frustrations of actually getting hold of the keys.

• Alex (7/5): Overall disappointing - The location is very central Honestly, I don’t like leaving bad reviews reviews, but the accommodation is just really average and people need to know what to expect. Yes it has 2 bedrooms and the location is central, but it is horribly expensive for such an absolute basic appartement. No soap at all in the bathroom, hairs on the pillow, you can feel every single mattress spring (as I was alone, I used the duvet from the second bed as a mattress topper to make it a little less uncomfortable). The smell was just horrible in the flat (not quite sure what it smelt but it worth opening the windows sometimes I guess) and the temperature of the flat was 15 degrees when I checked in (when I call to try and understand how I could switch on the temperature, the person told me this was reset by the previous guests, which sounds very unlikely on a 3rd of December in London… I received prompt help which is appreciated of course). Also mentioning that instructions for the check have been shared on the same day at 12pm ish (I asked for it the day before as I was travelling for work and needed to start planning my schedule accordingly, would have been appreciated to have a little more visibility given than you need to pick up the keys from Liverpool Street station (investing in a key locker would be a plus - there are already a few at the entrance of the building). So overall not horrible but definitely not a 8+ rating worth, I have stayed in other appart hotel in the neighbourhood in similar price ranges that were by very far more comfortable and pleasant. Also, please not that the picture on the booking page have not been taking in this flat (I understand from the conversation I had with the person in charge that they have a few different Appartments in different areas). I know London is extremely expansive but this is insane to charge such amount for this level of service.
• Jo (9/5): Overall we were very happy with the apartment and its location - it was perfect for our stay. - Location to Spitalfields market and brick lane was amazing! Noise at night - outside noise from other people was heard into the early hours and very creaky floorboards from upstairs during the night. Next time I’ll take ear plugs

Mattresses need replacing as you can feel the springs and are extremely uncomfortable - Reasonable price good location The mattresses were worse than sleeping on the ground. I had to layer towels and blankets on top so the springs wouldn't cut into my ribcage . Not ideal if you spent 30+ hours on an airplane . I dare the owner to spend a night on them .

• Andrei (10/5): Amazing stay at this beautiful location! - I definitely recommend the apartment. The area is incredible, in the heart of London, just moments walking from Liverpool Street Station, with amazing transport links, surrounded by many restaurants, pubs, shops, big brands and just everything you need! I was impressed how clean and modern the apartment is, very discreet and it had everything we needed! The host, Adam, is a very kind and polite person. The check in was very smooth and he made sure we arrived safe and got in the apartment. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in London!
