• Sebola (1/5): Terrible, owner was never honest, promised to refil the gas tank and she didnt, had to request code. - The complex doesnt allow air bnb. Getting access to the complex was a mission. Had to wait long at security gate. Its cold, owner promised to refill the gas heater and she didnt. Owner promised to fix wifi issue but didnt. There was no kettle and microwave. I got stuck in a shower due to broken door, had to call security. Didnt have electricity on the first day.
• Angelique (1/5): Bad - N/a The fact that the host never communicated my refund as the property was not available sue to wifi and blocked toiler issue and I still haven't received a refund. SHE ALSO DIDNT REMOVE THE LISTING, SO PAYMENT GOES THROUGH ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ITS UNAVAILABLE
• Stofile (2/5): Huge room for improvement. Strong lack of essentials and replenishment of key items. - Wifi availability and vicinity of the place. Replenishment and availability of amenties. Can’t stress enough that replenishment was needed and extensive stocking of essentials. There was no microwave. No sugar. No kettle. No towels. No black bags for the bin. No dishwasher liquid. The bedding was just a sheet, no duvet inner. No gas in the heater. Entry and exit of the residential area was tedious as the owner has to generate codes and should they be unavailable, the securities can’t allow entry or exit.

• Mlungisi (7/5): Very comfortable stay - Everything We could not go to the pool without the owner being there, so it was an inconvenience to both parties.
