Особо хочется отметить завтраки разнообразно, вкусно, есть блюда национальной и европейской кухни. Настоятельно рекомендую! Добавьте в номер наконец ложку для обуви!)

• Chong (4/5): disappointed. never expected a "boutique" hotel could be this and such a high grading point! - The only thing we feel satisfied with the hotel is its location, which provides easy access and transportation to all the major points of interests of Baku, especially for city-walkers. Of course, the reception is generally friendly but it is very difficult to communicate with them in English. The breakfast time is unexpectedly too late (9 am), which made us miss 3 of the 5 breakfasts (as if it was so set on purpose as most of the day-tours start at around 8:30 or 9). And the food is below expectation, with no coffee and limited quantity. There has never been room service for the 5 days of our stay there. And: the facilities of the room are also a bit below standard, with shaky water basins and air-conditioner stopping every hour or so.

• Tomas (8/5): Very good - - A great location in 5-7 minutes walk to the Sahil metro station and 10 minutes walk to Central Railroad Station. - A comfortable shower cabin without water leaks. - A basic breakfast option is included. - A little lattice covering the shower cabin's sewer drain was sharp. It would be great to replace it. - There were 2 big windows in my room, and only one blackout curtain covered only one window. In that regard, I woke up at 5 am each day. Just wondering if guys will add one more curtain.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect. Walking distance to old and new baku. Actually the place is good for short stay. Our room is huge enough. We are satisfied. On our first night the shower was block and it was night time. No maintenance around but the staff was very helpful. He was trying to fix the problem but unfortunately he cannot. So I end up taking shower at the next empty room but thankfully it is fix the next day.

The room smoked like cigarettes, the door handleof room was broken but functional, the water tap was broken, there was very little water pressure on the tap, the shower cabin didn't have closing door so water splashed everywhere. And when there were too much wind, the balcony door opened on its own two times during our visit.

• Adil (8/5): Value for money with an excellent location. - Comfortable rooms with a very kind and friendly team of staff members. The biggest highlight of this property is the location. Right in the middle of the beautiful heritage buildings, and a 5 minute walk from Nizami street. Good proximity to all other attractions as well. The rooms and washrooms are clean and tidy. For the location and price point, it's worth it with the only improvements would be, better signage and accessibility in the entrance and better quality of bedding.

• Adrian (10/5): Thanks to the Staff - all - Amazing location - 3 minutes walking distyance Park Bulvar (the beautiful seaside walkway park with piers and views of the city coastline, and the shopping mall). A short and pleasant walk in good weather to the city's Old Town and newer areas too, where there are restaurants, cafés, museums and stunning streets, shopping and parks. The Hotel itself was a pleasure to stay at. The room was compact, well-furnished and comfortable. The service was good and helpful. I did not have a meal there so I cannot comment on the food. But overall, I had a nice stay there. Good value for money too. Thank you.
