• Mark (7/5): It’s a lovely apartment in a great location but a little more attention and a bit of tlc would have really improved the - It was well placed for all of the local facilities and the beach so really handy. Also the property is really roomy with lots of space. The host was very good with communication and helpful when I had any queries or requests. I suspect we were the first visitors of the summer and had to spend the first day giving the place a really good clean. Also a few more small additions would have really improved the experience - had to buy new pillows and kitchen equipment on arrival. Also it’s a four bedded apartment but only has one small two seater sofa so if you’re a family of four not enough seating - we were just a couple so okay for us.

• Perez Berbel (6/5): Estancia correcta, lugar céntrico. Mejorable con pequeños arreglos. - Desayuno no habia. Sofá más cómodo. Productos lavabo muy justo. Persianas x reparar tanto en habitac. Como en puerta exterior comedor. Entra aire, cortinas muy transparentes y pequeñas. Quizás con mas calor es ideal, en diciembre no. Falta zona para cocinar. Faltó papel higienico, dejaron 3 rollos muy pequeños para 6 dias x 3 pax.

• Anne (9/5): Lovely apartment in an excellent location. - Very comfortable apartment, well equipped with everything you need for a weeks stay, lovely comfortable beds, bonus of a washing machine but no oven although that didn’t bother us as only ate breakfast in the apartment. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to supermarket and bars and restaurants in Playa Bastian and only 10-15 minutes walk into Costa Teguise. Nothing all good, we did have to wait for the water to heat up for a shower as there were 3 of us but not a problem.
• Richard (6/5): Dispute the problems with the accommodations we had a great holiday. - The location was great . Close to the beach and bars . The kitchen was very poor with few glasses and cups and very little work surface to prepare food. The bath room had a bath with a shower over which kept falling off the wall. The hot water heater was only 15 litres which made for very short showers for 2 people and often not enough to have a hot water shave after a shower. As the apartment is for 4 people ( 2 bedrooms) it would be impossible for 4 to have even a warm shower. The lounge only had 1 settee which would be very cosy for 4. The apartment block is a mix of residential and holiday accommodation. In the apartment above is a yapping dog that woke us up most mornings. There is no terrace but you could sit at the back of the property if so lounge cars were provided.
• Marta (6/5): Buen alojamiento pero puede mejorar. - Ubicación y tamaño. Utensilios básicos de cocina correcto pero se podría mejorar, vasos por ejemplo hay de café pero para bebida solo dos. Bayeta y estropajo cocina, no eran de un solo uso, estaban usados. La limpieza en algunas zonas no era óptima. Cojines de sillas, sofá y cortinas con muchas manchas. Tendero roto.

• Makiela (8/5): - Bardzo czysto. W łazience kosmetyki, ręczniki czyste. Mieszkanie nie duże ale ładnie urządzone, dużo miejsca na ubrania. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem sprawny odbiór kluczyków ze skrytki. Niestety mieszkanie nie ma tarasu, jest tylko wyjście na wspólne podwórko dające mało prywatności Brak tarasu! Brak klimatyzacji

• Ruth (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean and well equipped . The fan in the bedroom was very useful There was no outside seating or place to sit outside and relax which was a shame. Also no cleaning or change of bedding and towels for 10 nights
• Roymyboy (7/5): Good - Lovely location very handy for the bus and shops restaurants etc Washing machine was handy. The setee was very uncomfortable has mentioned on previous reviews. The tv was only Spanish. There was no patio space really to sunbath on. Lack of oven.
• Michael (6/5): It was OK, but could have been better - The double bed mattress was too soft. Neighbours dogs constantly barked. No outdoor seats to use on a very nice balcony area. General seating in lounge area were uncomfortable. No cleaner in a month long stay.

• Pamela (8/5): Home like experience. - There is a lovely tarasse Kitchen is Fully equipped and the sofa in front of tv is comfortable (that's where i napped). There is a washing machine with Washing. liquid available which is so generous and the drying rack to hang the laundry. There is a beach 8 min walk from the flat. Neighbors are friendly There is no Air con. The bed in the master bedroom is very soft and not comfortable to sleep on. Combined with how warm it is in the bedroom, it's not a good sleep. Bring your own coffee capsules

• Tijs (8/5): Well located and very clean and tidy apartment! - Very clean, well equipped place. Very friendly host, checked in multiple times to see whether everything was ok. Super fast gbit internet. I quite like the location; A 5-10 minute away from the big hotels, but still a nice beach and some restaurants very close, for a more of a residential neighborhood vibe. When traveling with kids, it might be better to get an apartment with a view and access to a swimming pool.
