Comfortable beds Pool is great to relax after days out exploring Perfect hub to roam to different villages or to the nature, great location close to everything Hostel cleaned twice a day nothing was bad, only suggestions for improvement: kitchen would profit from a Pots & pans renewal More cutlery would be great (only one spoon overall)

• Nath' (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix ! - Très sympathique hostal bien équipé au niveau de la salle de bain (shampooing et après shampooing, dans un hostal avec piscine, c'est bienvenu !). Joli espace extérieur avec piscine. L'isolationde la chambre (un trou au dessus de la porte donnant sur la réception) donc pas mal de bruit.

• Emma (9/5): - Le logement est bien situé et le personnel très arrangeant. La piscine et le rooftop sont très sympa. Cuisine à disposition (assez sale). Il manque un peu de propreté dans les douches et les chambres.

• Natali Yirlany (10/5): - Nos encantó, para ser un hostal donde la gente entra y sale en todo momento o hace ruido, lo que más me gustó de todo es que no es ruidoso, hay reglas de horario de uso de las áreas comunes y las respetan y las hacen respetar, pensando en el descanso de los turistas, he mucho hostales esto no sucede y no es posible descansar por qué en horas tarde de la noche hay gente hablando hasta tarde o desde muy temprano, aquí es tranquilo, calmado, se puede descansar, los chicos de la recepción son muy atentos, la habitación estaba limpia y bonita, y la piscina también es genial para relajarse y jugar juegos de mesa, 100% recomendado además de tener buen precio. Great value for the money and a perfect place for low budget travellers! They have a bit of an ant problem... There seemed to be a colony in the wall of our bathroom, so the sink was always covered in ants

• Macarena (8/5): Hostal acogedora. - Las chicas que estaban a cargo de la hostal eran muy simpáticas y atentas. Nos dieron recomendaciones para conocer los lugares cercanos y para comer. Lo mejor es que está super cerca del centro de sangil, eran todas las distancias caminables y el lugar se sentía seguro. Era muy bonita la decoración. Una de las piezas tenía mucho olor a humedad, creo que eso es un poco incómodo. La otra pieza tenía problemas de termitas y la última noche, estas estaban en apareamiento por lo que caían del techo a la cama y fue un poco incomodo ya que interrumpieron mi descanso. Fuera de eso nada más.

Nous avons d'ailleurs prolongé celui-ci tellement nous nous y sentions bien. • Flexibilité de l'hostel, vu que la chambre n'était pas réservée avant nous ni après nous, nous avons pu profiter de celle-ci des 8h du matin et jusque 18h le jour de notre départ. • Laura et ses collègues très sympas du début à la fin, toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. • Activités au top réservées directement à l hostel et à un bon prix • Tout est nettoyé chaque jour voir plusieurs fois par jour • Chouette espace rooftop avec piscine et terrasse • Cuisine fonctionnelle avec espace repas • Emplacement au calme à proximité de tout ! • Service de Laundry pas cher • Café et thé toute la journée • Jeux de société • ah oui j'oubliais enfin de l'eau chaude comme annoncé 🤩 Bref nous recommandons à 100% pour un séjour à San gil PS: nous étions en hors saison Rien continuez comme ça 😉

Les filles de l’hôtel ont été super sympa, elles font tourner la boutique avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. La chambre est un peu sombre et proche de l’accueil

• Abi (10/5): Exceptional - Well located next to the central square. Jair and co do an excellent job in running the hostel. They were able to help us book quite a few activities and they were very communicative - such as whatsapping me the following day's pick up time as soon as it was confirmed.

Some aspects of the property were a bit run down and in need of refurbishment such as the pool area and bathrooms. Some simple improvements could also be made such as a bed lamp in the room we stayed in as there was only one big room light.

• James (10/5): Strong Effort to Make Guests Happy - More than satisfied with my one week stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. Wifi was strong though the thick walls in the old house weakened it. I was still able to work without problem. Fantastic location as near the intersection where the best restaurants and cafes emenate from in San Gil and only a block away from the main square. Common bathrooms and showers could use a bit of updating.
• Available (8/5): Very good - The Hostel was great, Just AS you Imagine a cozy place for Backpackers. The kitchen was really Clean and Well equiped. The Common areas provided Games to enjoy time together and the Pool was refreshing, everybody Loved IT so it got a Bit busy from time to time there. Jair was a great Help to Organize pretty cheap adventures activities around town, which worked Out perfectly. We would come Back anytime.

• Mayelle (10/5): 10/10! - Everything was just amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful (they booked bustickets and activities for us). The owner Darío is also really nice and on Friday we received a salsa lesson from his wife, which was a lot of fun! The pool is great for the hot days. The shower also gets really hot (you don’t know how much you miss hot showers until you don’t have them available anymore) and everything is spotless clean. The location is amazing as well, everything is around the corner.

Room could be quite noisy as the door to the hostel was usually open so could hear the busy street, and also the conversations happening in the common area. Also, there was no bowls in the kitchen.
• Adassa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great 😊 Dario and the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating making us feel very welcome! We booked our canyoning tour through the hostel which was really easy and a great trip. The hostel itself was very clean, probably one of the cleanest kitchens we've used in our 6 month trip in South America. The room was also very clean/comfy with a fan. The location was great and very central close to supermarket, main plaza and restaurants. Nothing it was all great 😊
• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - The owner and personal are exceptionally friendly and competent. The place is safe, quiet at night and easy to reach - only 1 minute walk from the city center and park. Everything is easily within walking distance. The hostel consists actually of 2 buildings close to each other - you can visit both and use both facilities. The pillows have a protective cover and I started sweating after some time. After putting a tower over them, everything was fine.

• Kylie (10/5): Amazing stay with great hosts, felt like I was home. - Spent 6 nights at The Best Adventure. The rooms were very clean, affordable, social area by the pool was pleasant and location is one block from central plaza. The hosts were also superb with many great recommendations for local activities and help set up adventures such as rafting. Deivid and Diego were great hosts who went above and beyond by making us feel incredibly welcome, preparing an AMAZING BBQ and providing helpful tips to ensure our trip went smoothly. I would highly recommend this hostel to any travelers!
