• Joana (10/5): Volveremos - La verdad que nos gustó todo. Está muy bien reformado, es precioso por dentro, tiene una ubicación increíble. Creía que el aparcamiento iba a ser difícil por otros comentarios, pero nada que ver, hay muchísimas plazas. La limpieza otro punto a favor, de los alojamientos más limpios en los que me he quedado. Cama cómoda, baño impecable. También habían cápsulas, agua, y enceres para cocinar. Dispone también de una lavadora. El sillón súper cómodo y la tele estupenda. Tiene una pequeña terracita súper bonita. El trato del anfitrión fantástico, en todo momento estaba pendiente. Le falta ser pet friendly, pera que sea maravilloso. Todo estupendo.

• ATIENZA (5/5): - > propreté > avoir 2 dosettes de café > la superficie > la douche ! > équipement cuisine strict minimum > literie : matelas trop dur, mauvaise qualité des oreillers. > en plein couloir aérien > pas de place de parking attribuée donc galère pour se garer tous les soirs > canapé sale > pas de linge de maison suffisant Et surtout oh surprise, nous avons mal interprété LOFT ...la chambre n est pas séparée pour des ronfleurs ça a été épuisant !!!
• fisch101 (5/5): - Das Appartement ist renoviert. und für den Preis gut. Es war sehr sauber im Zimmer. Die Lage ist übel. Riesengroßes Haus das eine Baustelle ist. Eingangsbereich war wie tot mit ner Notbeleuchtung, da wollte ich fast wieder gehen weil ich dachte wir sind falsch. Aussicht gibt es keine.

• Horst (4/5): Für uns nicht wieder !! - Die Wohnung war schön aber die ganze Anlage extrem in die Jahre gekommen .. nichts gepflegt . Alter Bodenbelag . Schimmeliger Geruch vom Keller . Geschlossene Cafeteria mit Papier abgehängt . Alte vertrocknete Pflanzen am Eingang . Teilweise Baustelle . Bevor die Anlage nicht modernisiert ist sollte man auch die Appartments nicht vermieten . Und der Zugang ohne Personal oder jemand den man ansprechen könnte . In einer riesigen Anlage . Wir sind eine halbe Stundw umhergeiirrr .

The building itself is a bit old. The lobby is neglected. Expectations are low when you enter the building, fortunately the apartment is nice.

Дуже задоволений відпочинком! Бракувало штопора для вина і паперових рушників.

Ár érték arányban nagyon jó választás! Csak ajánlani tudom mindenki számára! A legjobb választás volt! Sajnos nem tudok adni 11 pontot. Mert csak a 10 a legmagasabb, de bőven kaphatnának 11. is

• Ina (9/5): großzügig ausgestattetes schönes Appartment in günstiger Flughafennähe - Das Apartment ist sehr dicht am Flughafen gelegen und somit ideal für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Eigentlich ist es dafür aber zu schade: Es ist erstklassig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und angenehm. Die Instruktionen zur Anreise waren zweideutig (richtige Hausnummer bei der Buchungsinformation, falsche Hausnummer bei den Anweisungen) dadurch etwas schwierig. Durch die Lage direkt in der Einflugschneise ist es ab und zu laut.

• Thomas (4/5): Anlage in einem schlechten Zustand, Fluglärm - Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Wohnanlage, kein Parkplatz mehr frei. Anlage in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Wohnung hatte eine klemmende Haustür und die Badtür schließt nicht richtig. Die Balkontür ist ebenfalls nicht besonders leichtgängig. Die Kühlschranktür war defekt. Das Apartment liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Die Fenster sind nicht sonderlich schalldicht.

Location - very close to the airport and easy to get around. A bit creaking bed, but not a big deal. Airplane noise might be issue to someone, but it was quite during night.

• Mariyan (5/5): A clean and well-kept place, though the noise and traffic made the stay less relaxing. - The apartment was very clean, the host was friendly and polite, and the Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our stay. Although parking is mentioned as available, this can be misleading. If you return after 9–10 PM, the parking gate might be closed and there may be no available spots. You may have to search for parking on the street, which is also not guaranteed. The location is very close to the airport, so you can hear planes landing every 20 minutes – it can get very noisy. Also, the double bed felt rather small and uncomfortable for two people. Another downside was the location in general – it’s quite far from most beaches and the central areas of the island. Getting to places like Los Cristianos Beach took us around 20–30 minutes by car. Since the apartment is near the airport, there was heavy traffic most of the time. In one case, we were stuck in a traffic jam for 40 minutes, which really affected our plans.

All the comforts and conveniences we needed in a very convenient, pretty, and secure location. We stayed there to be close to the airport, but it would be a good location as a base to enjoy the area, as well.

Clean, minimalistic apartment, very nice. There was nothing to cover ourselves with. The bed didn’t have a duvet or a big cover. The pillows were pretty uncomfortable. (Easy fixes to make it a 10/10)
