• Brian (7/5): Brilliant location but very basic and expensive. - It’s incredible convenience. There fact that there is natural ventilation. Clear instructions of how to get in. Eaywatetingly expensive. I have mobility restriction (MA) and lack of handrails for stairs made movement slow for me. Although i appreciate material ventilation it was pretty hot in this not weather overnight.

• Jonathan (6/5): Good location and fair price for London - Good location and kept clean, staff helped when I contacted them as I couldn't find the entrance (my mistake) and bed was comfortable shower was warm and good pressure. Instructions on access were good Looked a little careworn but OK in general, shower head holder a bit loose and things like that, nothing major. I used the eye-mask I brough as there was light around the sides of the blinds, but just the usual sort
• James (8/5): Perfect location - Fantastic location near local shopping and food spots. Access is easy and uncomplicated. Room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Bathroom is shared but can be locked and was clean. N/A
• Chris (8/5): Perfectly located for my needs. - I needed something affordable for one night after a gig at The Dublin Castle. This room came up in a search and is literally in the same street and a few doors away. Check in was simple, with codes for the front door and room provided in advance. The room was very comfortable and had a fridge and tea/coffee making equipment. Others have commented about noise from the street, but it didn't bother me and I slept well and it was great to be able to leave at 7am without any formalities There is nothing to fault as far as I am concerned. At this price point, I felt I got more than I expected. Sure, people want TVs, en-suite etc., but then you have to pay more for a room as far as I'm concerned.

• Joanne (5/5): Disappointing - Clean room. Towels provided. No sink in the room. Bathroom/toilet down a corridor shared with 4 other people. Hard to get into in the morning due to 10.00am check out and long showers from others. Floor boards and wooden stairs make for very noisy movement from others at all hours of the morning. Cannot shut the door to go to the toilet unless you have your code with you to get back in. Bed so uncomfortable (sprung mattress- hard and lumpy) Middle of the night toilet risky as steps steep. When you can stay in a travelodge for the same price this isn’t good value for money. Shame as the location was great.
• Jazmine (10/5): great area, definitely would recommend - good value for money, big room and in a great area. Will book again the shower didn’t stay on the hook tidy but it was still usable and it was also clean, also wish we could of had a later checkout but i understand that they have certain times for cleaners etc
• Watkin (10/5): - The room was private and clean. One of the most quietest rooms we have stayed in. The area around had plenty of places you could go to for shopping or to eat. Although the bathroom was shared it was still private and easy to use. At first getting in was a tad confusing, Google maps shows it as the pizza restaurant when in reality it's a door beside it, however once you found it it was easy to come and go.

• Peter (5/5): I would visit again but not in the summer - The accommodation is well situated in the heart of Camden the location is superb. No frills room - but is very clean We visited when temperatures were 30 degrees and the room is unbearable in the heat

• Catherine (8/5): Fantastic location and budget friendly - The location is fantastic, close to the tube and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Close to Camden Market. The room was very clean, bedding very creased but fresh and clean. Beds were comfy and shower works well. A basic mini fridge and nice tea and coffee facilities, especially liked that the tea bags and instant coffee weren't sachets, but better, like we use at home. Self check-in via door codes suited us. Only 2 rooms altogether so peaceful, in spite of being in a busy spot, room was quiet and relaxing. Bathroom needs some attention and deeper cleaning but still acceptable. Having no hand towel by the sink was tricky, forgetting to take a bath towel after handwash, especially as the rocker light switch shouldn't be used with wet hands, not great, but i used my elbow, a traditional bathroom pull switch would be safer. The stairs were steep and hard work for us but still worth it. Turning the radiator down (too warm) awkward to get to, but space is limited, I'd be tempted to swap out the table with the fridge to make it more accessible.

• Christine (1/5): Booked 4 nights, checked out after 1 night as not suitable for two women travelling together. We rebooked a hotel elsewh - Not suitable for us, clean bed and tidy room. The multiple sets of old stairs and shared bathroom. We found the bathroom hard to access and often busy at night, unflushed, and unavailable in the morning. Toilet in with shower room so a lot of waiting . Above a pizza shop and looks into grotty area of behind pizza shop. Paid four nights, checked out after 1 night, not even an apology or empathy offered let alone any form of reimbursement.

• David (7/5): Good - The weather was very hot and the room likewise A bigger fan or air-conditioning would have great, but really this is the fault of the room it was just circumstances Otherwise would give this a firm 9 or 10. The location is brilliant! A bottle of water would have been great
• Charlotte (9/5): Enjoyable stay, would stay again! - Location is perfect , liked that you are able to just let your self in and everything is sent in email before hand , so no waiting for check in etc. room was clean , aesthetically pleasing and modern and spacious considering what the room accommodates. Bed was comfortable ! Unfortunately we stayed during a really hot day the room was absolutely boiling day and night the fan in the room didn’t help much , understand hot weather is not very common for us tho lol so to even have a fan already in the room was more prepared than most! Also even tho I found the no check in to staff convenient it has a down fall as I had to make sure my phone had charge to be able to look at the 2 different codes to get in to front door and room door , a note with them written down on for each stay left in room for arrival could be an option as a note I could carry with me instead of relying on my phone. Wooden stairs are noisy I felt like I was potentially disturbing other people’s stays walking up and down them.
• Ian (8/5): Very good - Of all the places I've stayed in in Camden, this is definitely the pick of the bunch. Less street noise than others, easy to find, and well kept. Without suggesting any fault on the part of the staff, the only thing I could have done without is inconsiderate neighbouring guests repeatedly slamming doors in the early hours.

• Plunkett (8/5): Very good - It was so local to the Camden Town shops, pubs and restaurants. There was no bathroom in the room. But it was still ok regardless of this fact as I was only staying one night.
• Jackie (5/5): Room was nice and close to everything, just needs a few more bits on room - how close it was to everything, how easy it was to fine, and get into room. The room was clean and tidy that is had a shared bathroom and no TV. We were unable to turn the heating down so ended up opening the windows but then it was too loud with people and cars. Plus the lamp didnt work.

He then said my email was wrong on bookings .com. Yet it’s correct just found owner rude & short

• Karolina (7/5): Good - great location, the price is budget friendly, clean The street underneath the room is very noisy even during the night and the room doesn't have an AC. So it can get really hot but if you open the window, it gets really loud.
• Stuart (10/5): Brilliant place to stay, very clean and comfortable - Location for work was perfect Parking not available, however, as it’s London not a problem, just parked where we were working
• Donna (3/5): Not great - Close to Camden market. Fan in room I thought the location was really noisy. It was on a busy road. They were lorry’s & bins being emptied until early hours of the morning. There was also road works right outside the room being carried out very loud drill early in the morning. It was a very hot day the room was stuffy but there was a fan so that was nice. The bathroom isn’t in the room it’s shared across the landing with another room.
• Darragh (8/5): A great place in a great location - A lovely place to stay, great location & all worked very smooth. It was great to have a small fridge in the room with a desk & a kettle full of water with tea & coffee available. I would recommend this place highly & go back again
