• Andrea (7/5): - Posizione ottima, appartamento carino e ben arredato, tecnologicamente molto attrezzato. Letto molto comodo. Pulizia migliorabile, poco insonorizzato rispetto ai vicini. Ingresso pessimo e soprattutto odore terrificante nell'ingresso e sulle scale.

• Patrycja (10/5): - Wyjątkowy, klimatyczny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, bardzo przyjemny tarasik, nie słychać hałasu z ulicy. Personel świetny i bardzo zaangażowany. Drobne różnice zdjęć do stanu faktycznego na szczęście nie wpływające na komfort mieszkania, udogodnienia w kuchni np. brak kubków, małych talerzy czy deski do krojenia. Brak kawy, za wyjątkiem 2 saszetek rozpuszczalnego "cappuccino" 🙈

• fulvio (9/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta, in pieno centro, a due passi dal Pantheon, ma in una stradina tranquilla e non rumorosa. L'appartamento non dà sulla strada quindi non arrivano rumori da fuori. Le dimensioni sono ottimali, il bagno è pienamente funzionale, abbondanza di acqua calda, riscaldamento con termosifoni perfetto, tutto nuovo e funzionante. La cucina ha tutti gli strumenti e utensili che possono servire, capsule del caffe incluse come omaggio. L'appartamento è in pratica un grande monolocale con una stanza da letto ricavata, ma è fatto bene e si riesce a tenere una buona privacy e isolamento con la zona giorno. L'arredamento è molto gradevole, divani comodi, e anche facili da utilizzare come letto. La terrazza poi, pur essendo l'unico punto luce dell'appartamento, illumina tutto il locale e di per sè è una vera e propria chicca. Purtroppo noi abbiamo avuto pioggia sempre durante il soggiorno e non abbiamo potuto approfittarne con grande rammarico. L'uso della terrazza è esclusivo per l'appartamento, se pur ci sia l'affaccio di due finestre di un altro appartamento. Il palazzo all'interno è un pò malandato e maleodorante. Purtroppo è la condizione di tutti questi vecchi palazzi del centro di Roma. Ma l'appartamento è ben isolato e non ci sono ripercussioni all'interno. Il piano cottura è davvero molto molto piccolo. Solo due mini piastre sono un pò poche per soggiorni più lunghi di un weekend, ma è un problema su cui si può onestamente soprassedere. Si sentono tanto voci e rumori provenienti da appartamenti adiacenti, noi siamo stati fortunati ad avere vicini educati e silenziosi. Ma se non si ha la stessa fortuna può essere un problema.
• Julia (9/5): Nos encantó, volveremos seguro - La ubicación es fantástica, a 3 minutos del Panteón. Las instalaciones y equipamiento son tal como salen en las fotos y está indicado en la descripción. Todo muy completo, tienes lo esencial en la cocina, en el baño, para la limpieza, todo correcto, bonito, con muchos detalles y muy bien decorado. Un plus la terraza, lástima que no era verano para poder disfrutarla más. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. Y aunque la cocina es pequeña, cumple con su función de sobras. Nosotros estuvimos con un niño de 6 años y tuvimos que hacer varias comidas y dispone de todo lo esencial, además hay un super mercado muy completo a 3 minutos. El baño muy bien, me sorprendió porque parecía más pequeño en las fotos, pero es correcto de tamaño. En resumen, estuvimos muy cómodos y no nos faltó de nada, además para cualquier problema tienes el contacto del anfitrión que te puede ayudar durante el día, y un telefono de urgencia por las noches. Por decir alguna cosa, se escuchan a los vecinos por las noches, sobre las 21h-22h, pero fue poco rato, no nos molestó para nada ningún ruido a la hora de dormir. Y el calentador del agua caliente, supongo que al ser invierno, no se renueva tan rápido como indican (30min), nosotros nos alternábamos para ducharnos de dia y de noche, así que tampoco supuso ningún problema.

• Sophie (10/5): Fabuleux séjour et hôtesses vraiment charmantes - Cet appartement au cœur du vieux Rome, à 2 pas de Panthéon, dans une rue sympathique est vraiment très bien localisé. Nous avons fait toutes les visites à pied. Les hôtesse sont très gentilles et arrangeantes : malgré nos 3 heures de retard dues à nos bagages perdus, elles ont été là pour le check-in et nous ont même prêté des câbles et prises pour charger les téléphones. L’appartement est joliment meublé et contient des produits de 1e nécessite. La chambre à coucher est en 2nd jour (l’appartement n’a qu’une fenêtre qui est la porte fenêtre du salon) et il arrive d’entendre marcher les personnes du dessus la nuit. Mais ce sont de petits inconvénients comparés aux qualités de l’appartement et je reviendrais y séjourner sans hésiter.

The apartment is spacious and the outdoor terrace is perfect to relax. Giulia welcomed us on arrival, showed us around and provided an amazing concierge service for us. - bring your shampoo/conditioner

• Michelle (9/5): Fabulous location and very central , easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. - There were four in our group , we thought we would be a little cramped however deceptively spacious with a king sized comfortable bed and two sofa beds in the living area. Kitchen tiny but functional. Great communication and was contacted and met by a lovely girl who showed us how everything worked and recommended places to eat. Great little local shop next door that was really handy . The terrace was a wonderful addition but not private , that’s great if you got a sociable group next door like we did , this could be easily remedied , something the owner may need to look at.

• Lesley (8/5): Location was excellent, and a great base for wandering around Rome - Apartment is spacious and beds comfy. Kitchen is small but had everything you needed for a short stay. Location of the apartment is EXCELLENT, and surprisingly quiet considering the crowds/traffic in Rome. Checking-into apartments' can be stressful (standing around outside with suitcases for potentially an unknown amount of time is not fun), but this time all went well. I had already advised approx time of arrival, and they sent me a followup text (in english) earlier that day to confirm and we only waited about 5 minutes in the end! happy with that. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend. The terrace, although nice to have, was not private. We had a concierge (some times), but would have liked to have a safe in the apartment somewhere as well.

• Jennifer (10/5): Brilliant flat and fab location - Really fab location. Very safe property and great to walk back too in the evening. Extremely quiet even though such a central location. Kitchen area very small but contained what was needed. Shower and bathroom excellent and bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked brilliantly- a must in 35 degrees. Will return😊 A little washing liquid for kitchen and washing machine would be appreciated as there for too short a time to buy the tiny quantity required.
