• Waldemar (7/5): Madryt tak, mieszkanie nie. - Lokalizacja Bardzo ciemne mieszkanie. Większość czasu światło sztuczne. Nie wpuszczono mnie do obiektu zanim nie podałem danych i zrobiłem skanu dowodów osobistych wszystkich mieszkańców. Wykonałem to wszystko długo przed przyjazdem na booking. Potem, dalej będąc na zewnątrz, musiałem podać dane karty kredytowej aby zablokować 300 € na depozyt. Moje dane do kontaktu były cały czas dostępne na booking. W przeddzień przyjazdu obiekt pytał mnie nawet o godzinę przyjazdu. Obiekt nie poinformował mnie wcześniej o braku jakichkolwiek formalności. Do kamienicy nie da się wejść bez pilota otwierającego drzwi. Bardzo dobre rozwiązanie na codzień ale nie kiedy klient musi skanować dokumenty czy podawać dane karty. Sprzęt kuchenny sprawny ale radzę zaopatrzyć się w kapsułki , tabletki, płyny na przykład do naczyń, prania, kawy. Brak wszystkich. Są dwie łazienki. W jednej aby wejść pod prysznic trzeba przejść intensywną kurację odchudzającą. Ale to może moja wina. Przestrzegam puszystych. Łóżka podwójne ale wąskie i wyjątkowo niewygodne. Jest to jednak domena całej Hiszpanii. Wpływa to jednak na niską ocenę relacji jakości do ceny. Pomimo tego wyjazd udany. Polecam Madryt choć dla mnie i mojej rodziny w innym mieszkaniu.
• Annamaria (6/5): Attenzione: ⚠️ a noi hanno aggiunto 90 euro per “supplemento di pulizia” di cui non abbiamo mai usufruito: nessun cambio - La posizione e i due bagni Premetto che siamo stati tutti e 4 i giorni in giro e ci siamo tornati praticamente solo per dormire ma già al nostro arrivo la struttura non era pulita : il bagno aveva incrostazioni. Poi solo 2 asciugamani medi a testa. Gli asciugamani e lenzuola erano ingiallite, i cuscini dei divani (di cui due messi sul letto) impolverati. Bagni ciechi e senza aeratori. In bagno neanche luce sullo specchio. Appartamento molto buio in generale. Dalla strada un cattivo odore di frittura che ha impregnato i vestiti tutto il soggiorno. Nel bagno due saponette e un po’di gel doccia. Nessuna cialda per caffè o acqua in frigo.

• Cristina (8/5): Comodidad y buena ubicación - La ubicación bien. Desayuno no hay. La cocina estaba bien equipada de electrodomésticos. Era cómodo y buena calefacción. Ventanas a patios interiores con poca luz cuando en el anuncio se veía balcón a la calle. Echamos en falta algunos condimentos básicos en la cocina como sal, azúcar y aceite. Servilletas o rollo de cocina. En el baño del dormitorio la tapa del wáter está un poco suelta y el dispensador de jabón de la ducha no funcionaba bien. El primer día había una cucaracha en el baño.

The place is lovely, fully furnished with everything you might need. Comfortable beds, hot water and heating too. The only temperamental thing was the front door electronic lock, that gave us a fright a few times when we couldn't get in...

• Chakir Fethi (8/5): Je recommande vivement cet appartement. - L'emplacement est parfait . Toutes les commodités etaient réunis. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Inconvénient : A ce jour, 11 jours après notre retour de voyage , je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma caution ( on devait me la restituer 7 jours après notre depart le 14/12/2025).

Very central for all parts of Madrid and great nightlife on your do - Lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment on an old Madrid building , compact but very comfortable, all mod cons and next door to the lively Latina area with all excellent local bars and restaurants- Recommended . Could not find anything to dislike about the apartment!

• Megan (8/5): Everything that you need for a city break - The apartment was nice and clean, well-equipped and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. Everything that you need for a short city break. There was a musty smell coming from the fridge. There was work being done in the apartment block, which we were not informed about prior to our arrival, this meant there was lots of workers and plastering happening. The kitchen could have been better equipped e.g. there is a coffee machine but no pods for it.

• ALYA (9/5): - Location was central. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and communication with host was smooth. This might be a standard across apartment rentals but is a personal preference: when you are staying over for one night, minor additions such as tea or coffee are most appreciated.

• Derya (7/5): Top locatie, kleine woonkamer. - De centrale locatie is top. Leuke winkeltjes in de straat en veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Fijn dat het appartement 2 badkamers heeft. De woonkamer was kleiner dan op de foto, daarom ook lastig om met z'n vieren aan tafel te zitten.

• Peter (7/5): A Decent Apartment in a really good location. - The apartment is in a prime central location in Madrid City. Easy access to most visitor attractions and restaurants/ bars. The apartment is smaller than what we would have liked. Bedrooms were a little tight to maneuver around and the beds were quite small. Living area and kitchen wasn’t exactly cramped for space but not far off.

• Michael (9/5): We truly loved staying here, and would stay again if we return to Madrid. Loved the staff, and as long as you make an ef - We traveled with our two adult daughters. We loved the location, our apartment was quiet, it had air conditioning in most of the apartment, it had two bathrooms, and almost anything we needed (iron/ironing board, stocked kitchen, washer, etc). Also, it was accessible to many restaurants, and sightseeing places. We were able to walk to many attractions. The front room did not have a/c, so we made the living room pretty cold, and kept that bedroom door open at night. Wish there had been more toilet paper, as there were four of us staying for a week, and the rolls were very small. Nevertheless, we were able to buy some right across the street.

There is an elevator. 25 EUR extra charge just for a person to give us the keys "outside working hours", which is already at 9PM. Our apartment was not clean - after our intervention, the cleaning staff arrived and again wiped the floor. And finally, can somebody please speak English, please?

• Cristina (7/5): Good location to visit Madrid - Very good location, in the center of Madrid. Walking distance to most attractions. Coffee shops and grocery stores are nearby. The building is safe and the apartment quiet, though on a busy street. Rooms were smaller than expected. The entire apartment is facing the interior of the building (which keeps it quiet), so very little light and one bedroom has no natural light at all (felt almost like sleeping in a closet).
• Miklóssy (7/5): Good - Clean, renovated apartment in a good location. The apartment is well equipped with cutlery and bathroom accessories. The beds are 140 cm wide, not comfortable for two people! The water heater didn't work on the first day, it must not have broken down then. It was not checked before we arrived so there was no hot water the first day. Despite the late check-in and the fact that I indicated which plane we were arriving on and that the plane would be late, the host texted me where I was every 5 minutes. Time to get from the airport. Despite this, I haven't been able to reach her for two weeks to let her know that everything is fine with this apartment and whether he will refund the deposit. The lady does not respond to my messages.
• Helen (8/5): Quiet street in convenient location, comfortable property - The property was clean and with pleasant decor. It has modern bathroom and an ensuite to one of the two bedrooms. The property only has two double beds and this might not be suitable for families. There is a full kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The property has a lift and is within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and shopping centre and is close to restaurants and Metro station. Although it is close and convenient it is also quiet and it is in a lovely narrow street with some cute little shops. When we were given the keys the alarm system it wasn't explained to us that the fob attached to one of the key rings was to cancel the alarm. We accidentally set off the alarm and had to try and phone someone to turn it off. Some instructions on the alarm would have been useful. The property is on one of the narrow streets and the day we left there were markets at the end of the street and our car to the airport couldn't get near the property. We had to drag out suitcases several blocks to get to the car. I am not sure how often the markets are on but this may not normally be a problem. If they are on you just need to allow a little bit more time.

Newly remodeled and well done without hearing the noise from other apartments. Two queen bedrooms/two bathrooms and just what we needed. Near many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and stores—around the corner from a main street. Very walkable. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a two bedroom for 3-4 people. The staff was responsive and Isabel met us at the apartment, spoke very good English, and was absolutely wonderful. We were given keys and electronic keys for the doors. No problems whatsoever with the property.
• Nways (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a lively district - Clean and comfortable apartment at a great location. All highlights are at walking distance. The subway station is only a few minutes walking from the apartment. Latina is a lively neighborhood and offers a variety of good restaurants. It would be a 10 if all the basic kitchen and shower products were supplied.
