• Maria (8/5): - Das Die Staymywey App, wenn das Internet immer erreichbar ist kann das gut sein. Das Appartement ist zwischen Bergen und da wird das Internet ständig unterbrochen, somit konnten wir uns nicht registrieren wir haben mindestens 10x probiert ohne Erfolg wir konnten nicht rein erst nachdem ich telefoniert habe dann haben wir den Code bekommen. Es wäre gut wenn man den Code vorab per Mail bekommen könnte ohne dass man sich erst registrieren muss. Ansonsten hat der Ort und Appartement uns gut gefallen.

Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Kostenlose Garage für Mopeds. Nachhaltiges Frühstück ( keine Plastikverpackungen). Nahe der Innenstadt direkt am Kanal. Nichts zu meckern

• Silke (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstücksbüffet und sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöne Lage. Betten waren bequem. Badezimmer sehr veraltet bzw nicht sehr sauber.

• Pia (3/5): I would not return I felt out of sorts in this hotel I just wanted to get away - Tv was good you could connect to internet and use YouTube to watch films bed was comfortable The overall feel of the room was grubby and in need of updating the towels were old and not usable

• Anna (7/5): Ok maar ik zal niet terugkomen - Ligging en het ontbijt zijn super De bedden zijn niet fijn. De matrassen zijn oud en er zat een kuil in.
• Michaela (8/5): - Nettes Stadthotel in Innenstadtlage. Kleiner Balkon. Hoher Preis ( Hauptsaison) für das Zimmer, wie oft bei Ibis. Nachts lange Lärmbelästigung durch feiernde (?) Menschen auf Platz vor dem Zimmer. ( Der Platz hat keine Bars o.ä.)

• Palle (9/5): Godt hotel tæt på by og sø - Godt lille hotel som ligger perfekt midt i byen Der er et offentlig parkeringshus lige under hotellet som koster ca. 15-25 euro pr. døgn lidt af hændig hvor længe du parkere. Der er en hyggelig bar på hotellet som vi brugte efter en lang gåtur rundt i byen. Jeg vil anbefale at booke cykler og cykle en tur rundt om søen.

• Felicia (6/5): Ottima colazione, pulizia da rivedere - La posizione centrale e la vista dalla finestra sul fiume. La colazione ottima. La scarsa pulizia e la mancanza di qualsiasi bene primario, pochi asciugamani, no acqua in camera solo distributore all’ingresso, no frigo, no cassaforte, camera spoglia e poco accogliente.

• Sylvie (8/5): Bon séjour de découverte dans cette ville encore très animée à cette période. - L'emplacement est vraiment bien. C'est central. Pas de nuisance sonore malgré tout en soirée et nuit. Chambre propre et pratique pour ranger les vêtements. Petit-déjeuner bien. Coût du parking raisonnable (14,30 euros pour un peu plus de 24h). Personnel sympathique. La chambre est petite. Les places dans le parking sont étroites.

• Helen (10/5): Excellent location and superb staff. - Excellent location for old town Annecy. Amazing, helpful staff who really go the extra mile to help and support. We needed help negotiating the machine in the carpark. The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful. We went to the carpark together and sorted it out. They also recommended local places to eat and even showed us the way to one. The hotel doesn't have its own carpark. We used the decrepit one next to the hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed.

• Valeria (1/5): Muy mal por parte de los dueños - Nada Que no disponían de papel higiénico, el trato, su poca disposición a mediar para quedar bien con el personal que alquila el apartamento. Tenían obras en el exterior y en ningún momento mediaron, para que nosotros como huéspedes, estuviésemos más cómodos. Empezaban las obras a las 08.00h de la mañana y finalizarán a las 18.00h. Durante 3 días que estuvimos. Tengo pruebas de que ni podremos descansar, ni abrir las ventanas para ventilar. Así también añadir que no nos dejaron ropa de cama de abrigo (nórdicos) para las noches (eran frescas) y nos acusaron de no mirar bien por la instalación, para encontrarlas. No volvería a este apartamento por el personal que lo regenta.
