• Fiona (7/5): It was a lovely stay no issues just monitor about the damp and paint falling of the walls and bugs - It was close to local amenities, it was well stocked with towels , etc. there is a Lidl close by Nice walk to the strip There was some damp in the bedroom with paint coming off the wall. And we did experience a few nights of ants and other creatures in the apartment despite regular cleaning . Most days we did have to spray insect repellent prior to going out . It was fine the first few days but then after it rained it was quite bad .
• Thomas (8/5): Urlaub über Silvester - Einfacher Kontakt. Kleine Fragen und Probleme direkt über WhatsApp gelöst. Tolle Lage und kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sowie Restaurants und Bars. Terrasse früh in der Sonne. Sehr schön ruhig, auch alle Nachbarn angenehm. Pool für die Jahreszeit (Dezember, Januar) leider viel zu kalt, daher kaum nutzbar. Am Abend und in der Nacht kann es schon vorkommen das kleinere Kakerlaken anwesend sind. Kann man sich jetzt daran stören ist aber für diese Länder auch bekannt
• Elspeth (4/5): Even though it was a bargain week, more care should be given to the furniture and fittings. - The location was good. Communication from host was great. Good fridge freezer and washing machine. Shower was good. Whilst there is a pool, there are no sunbeds and you cannot lie around it. I asked the host to be told that you could only sit in the patio area for your apartment which was tiny with two very cheap plastic chairs. We had to walk to the beach every day to sunbathe. The beach is stunning but sometimes you just want to chill out around the pool. This wasn't made clear by the details on Booking.com. The apartment was clean, however very tired and needs reinvestment. The bed was comfortable but the room was tiny so you could only access the bed from one side. The towels were so thin. The glasses were all mismatched with only one wine glass, the mugs were mismatched, only 3 and all mismatched. The settee was so uncomfortable, the table and chairs were cheap, plastic and in need of replacement. I understand that this was a bargain apartment but it really does need reinvesting into the fittings.

• Valente (7/5): mi aspettavo di più - La posizione era perfetta, 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia principale e centrale in Lanzarote, anche vicino l'aeroporto. Mi aspettavo maggiore attenzione per la pulizia... abbiamo trovato una bellissima ragnatela sul muro sopra il letto e delle blatte sparse tra cucina e bagno. Il divanetto era sfondato al centro, inoltre abbiamo trovato una luce del soggiorno e una in bagno fulminate. Anche la piscina non era il top della pulizia, nonostante abbiamo visto un signora pulirla...
• Louise (8/5): October 25 stay - We enjoyed our recent stay, the apartment is in a great location, just a 5 min walk to the main strip. Nice small private complex. The apartment is  well equipped, very clean and well kept. Pool is a nice size and the complex wasn't busy. The only downside for us was no sun loungers, whilst we go out and about a lot, you can't sunbathe properly, you only have the use of garden style chairs. Loungers would be a great addition to the apartment facilities

• Laura (8/5): Sencilla y cómoda - La ubicación era espectacular ya que estaba a 5 minutos del centro. Por la calor del verano y al ser un bajo había unas pequeñas cucarachas que salían de detrás de la cocina y el lavabo. El ahua de la piscina estaba turbia.

• Ignacio (6/5): Bien pero cosas a mejorar - La ubicación Cuando llegamos no estaba hecha la habitación después de haber confirmado la hora 3 veces. Es verdad que llamamos y vinieron a hacer la habitación muy rápido pero ya tuvimos que ausentarnos 1h para que dejaran la habitación preparada. Eso si, la piscina increíble y todo muy silencioso. Como recomendación estaría bien ampliar el horario de la piscina y dejar a los huéspedes bañarse mas allá de las 6 de la tarde. La cama muy cómoda pero desagradablemente encontramos cucarachas por todo el apartamento (nos avisaron que es algo habitual en las islas)

• Keith (8/5): Couple - Excellent location, clean, and ground floor next to the pool. Lidl is a 5 minute walk, which was really handy. Had a lovely relaxing week. We had a late flight home, and the host Vanessa kindly let us stay all day as the next guests weren't due to arrive until the next day. Nice place to stay for couples. Would definitely stay there again. Maybe outdoor seating could be better

• Aisling (10/5): Perfect Apartment for a Couple - The location and facilities were everything that we needed. Complex is quiet but a short walk to both the old town and the strip/beach. Apartment was well equipped for the weeks stay. The couch was quite uncomfortable, but minor issue when everything else was so good.

Looks exactly like the photos, pool was really nice and never busy so we could use the facilities whenever. Valentina was an incredible host, she made it super easy to check in, answered any questions straight away, she was super helpful, and even helped us with late check out as our flight was in the evening! Couldn’t have asked for a better host, and the property is such good value for money! Nothing! For the price its amazing

• C (8/5): Great location - - The area was clean and tidy. Pool was clean. No sun beds around the pool area. The ceiling in the bedroom and shower room needs attention as water damage.
• Carla (8/5): 100% would stay again! - The host was lovely pool was very nice, only a 5-10 minute walk from the strip which was ideal. Working washing machine, hob and fridge in the kitchen was very handy to have. Bed was very comfy Nothing against the actual property or the property hosts but the guests which were above us were very loud late at night around 12/1 am.

• Iulian (1/5): Void this apartment - Early check-in, good comunication about check-in, perfect shower Everything in the room is old and used too much, the apartment needs to be refreshed. The TV is not a smart TV, the sofa is broken, the umbrela outside on the terrace is broken, the sofa cover is old and dirty, the frige is old, the swimming pool cannot be used the water was cold. The owner of the apartment accused me of breaking the washing machine. He asked me for 100 euros. I used the washing machine according to the rules,in normal standard I didn't force the door. I notified him when the washing machine door was stuck. The maintenance boy opened the washing machine door with the knife. The washing machine was old and had signs of being forced before. The new washing machine was brought after 3 days during this time I have to buy new clothes.
• Amy (9/5): Brilliant! We had a great time and would love to come back in the future - Great location, easy to walk into town, plenty of parking outside. The town had plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy in the evening. Helpful hosts, all very clean, provided shower gel. Great kitchen facilities - fridge and freezer, cooker, microwave, sink. Handy clothes airer to dry things and even a washing machine with some washing tablets provided! Everything was great! Was great to have a pool, lovely for a dip to cool off. It is quite high in chlorine though! the lock box was a bit hard to open (but the host was available to help immediately, so it was very quick to resolve). I would be very happy to come back and really enjoyed my stay, these were very minor things!
• Susan (3/5): Poor - Pool and location The bed Pillow had such a vile odour, i slept without them. The toilet made noise throughout the night. So I left the apartment after one night, I paid for 4.

Super close to the beach and restaurants - - Location is amazing - Has a pool - Has a SPAR round the corner which is great for amenities and food - No daily cleaning or new towels which was annoying - No breakfast options or restaurant on site - No option for 2 single beds

• Mirjam (9/5): Superb - Lovely little apartment in a quiet street within walking distance of the boulevard and the nightlife. Not a big apartment, but everything you need is there plus a pool The bed is a bit small for two 6 footers and a few sun loungers by the pool would be nice
