• Angela (6/5): Vistas excelentes, mantenimiento mejorable - Las vistas del apartamento son, sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia. Es lo que realmente destaca. Además, está bastante bien equipado, ya que cuenta con utensilios y detalles prácticos como táperes y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda en ese sentido. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, algo que se agradece. El apartamento es el más bajo del edificio y hay que bajar escaleras para acceder, ya que durante nuestra estancia el ascensor no funcionaba, lo que puede resultar incómodo, especialmente si se viaja con equipaje. Hay varios aspectos de mantenimiento que deberían mejorarse. La ducha tiene una cortina fina que no evita que el agua se salga y, al estar prácticamente al mismo nivel que el suelo del baño, este se inunda con facilidad, por lo que hay que estar secando constantemente. Además, había bastante humedad; por las mañanas los cristales estaban completamente empañados y el ambiente se sentía muy cargado. En el baño había restos de moho, al igual que por la casa y el soporte para colgar las toallas estaba oxidado. Parte del techo en la zona de la salida, donde están colocadas las cortinas, se estaba desprendiendo. La mesa del comedor y las sillas estaban cojas, había manchas en el sofá y también había dos bombillas fundidas que no se habían cambiado. Por la noche se escuchaba el aire a través de las ventanas y no hay persianas, solo cortinas, lo que puede afectar al descanso.

• MICHEL (8/5): - Bel appartement face à la mer. Très bon accueil de Antonio. Très proche de la ville et des commerces. En période hivernale pas de soleil sur la terrasse et dans le logement. La résidence est vieillissante et nécessite quelques travaux.

• CHRISTOPHE (8/5): - Logement propre et bien équipé avec belle vue, le lit d'appoint pour la troisième personne est un peu limite très bon accueil et communication avec le gardien Vue magnifique le lit d'appoint pour la troisième personne est un peu limite les communs sont à rénover Accès à la route en contre bas à réouvrir (c'est dommage d'avoir à marcher ville haute et redescendre pour aller jusqu'au front de mer nettoyer ancienne piscine et ancien restaurant cela gache la vue magnifique

• Athenea (8/5): Vistas espectaculares - Apartamento pequeño pero nuevo y acogedor. Cama super comoda y las instalaciones nuevas. Las vistas son espectaculares!! Y el dueño muy majo y atento! Tuvimos un problema con el vater pero el dueño lo solucionó.

Additionally, all facilities were in place. Antonio was very nice and friendly. The apartment is a bit old, there are some things that should be replaced or repaired. The sofa was very dirty, it was unpleasant to use.

• Larrea Urdangarin (10/5): Volveriamos sin duda - Antonio fue super majo, muy atento y servicial. Tuvimos un problema y nos lo arreglo al momento. Las vistas son preciosas y el apartamento esta de lujo, igual que en las fotos. Tiene una carretera justo debajo de la terraza.
