Pablo (5/5): La vista , el clima y el ambiente de montaña y campestre vale la pena. La atencion del personal mal - La vista del sitio hacia Cali y sus montañas es espectacular, de hecho fue el motivo por el que regresé esta vez con toda mi familia, ya había pasado un aniversario de bodas allí el año pasado, y fue de lo mejor , el servicio insuperable. Sin embargo en este ultima visita no puedo decir de lo mismo del servicio y atencion del personal. El servicio del personal muy regular, cero empatía o amabilidad, se limitó a decir lo básico, sin mayores comentarios, como si fuese un guion. No nos gustó para nada la manera en que fuimos recibidos, y mucho menos como fuimos despedidos , el checkout es a las 11:00 AM, a las 10:45 AM estaban llamando para entrar, la persona de aseo pasó sin pedir permiso entró al cuarto cuando mi hija se encontraba en el baño. No me pareció la forma de atender clientes, casi empujándonos a salir del sitio.
