• Tymofii (7/5): ok in October, but hot during summer time - good location, beach front, good restaurant nearby, embankment, good beach, drug store not far away, the grocery is a bit away, but we used car so it was ok. Free parking on the street. Elevator. Kitchen with washing machine, and bath with laundry. Rooms with good size. Shading devices. All beds in both rooms are very uncomfortable, same for pillows. Huge room for improvement. Moreover, I believe they are 1.9m long. Kitchen is a bit small with limited kitchenware. We got ants every day, not a big issue, but irritating to have those on 5ht floor. There is no air conditioner, just fans on ceiling. It was ok in October, but I assume its hot enough summer time. Due to restaurants in the area, the air was not fresh enough evening time due to cooking. Noisy in relation to different morning activities like garbage car arrived around 5 or 6 in the morning (I experienced this when had ear plugs on and window was partly open). TV is slow but not a big issue. No coffeemaker. Dryer on balcony is broken and should be replaced.
