Paola (4/5): Esperienza complessivamente negativa - L’alloggio è situato in un vicolo particolarmente sporco e scarsamente illuminato. Le condizioni generali dell’appartamento risultano fatiscenti, sia per quanto riguarda lo stato dell’immobile sia per l’arredamento. Nel bagno erano presenti evidenti perdite d’acqua sul pavimento, il doccino risultava danneggiato con fuoriuscite multiple e la tavoletta del WC era instabile. La macchina del caffè indicata nella descrizione dell’alloggio non era disponibile e le stoviglie fornite erano insufficienti per due ospiti. Le criticità riscontrate sono state tempestivamente segnalate al proprietario, senza tuttavia ricevere adeguato riscontro né interventi risolutivi.
