• Alexandra (2/5): Dunkel und laut - Prinzipiell hat es geklappt, allerdings wollte man uns informieren wenn wir in das Appartment früher rein können. 16.00 Uhr check in ist sehr spät, wir haben dann einfach keine Info mehr bekommen, aber um 15.00 Uhr lag der Schlüssel im Fach. Auf Fragen kamen nur vorgefertigte KI Antworten. Auf meine Beschwerde hin bzgl. Baustelle und Lärm gab es dann nur noch KI Antworten und hinterher gar keine mehr, dann hat uns booking.com geholfen! Sehr dunkel, da das Loft an einer Hauptstraße liegt, wollte ich nicht die Jalousien öffnen. Zusätzlich sehr laut durch den Verkehr an der Hauptstr. da kann man nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, Fenster nicht gut isoliert, deshalb trotzdem laut. Es gab eine Baustelle am Haus, worüber wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden, deshalb neben Verkehr auch noch Hämmern und Klopfen ab 7.30 Uhr. Bett ist auf einer Seite durchgelegen, Loch im Stuhl, Spinnweben an der Lampe, durch Wasserschaden klammes Klima im Raum.

• Attila (4/5): Noisy, on main road! Like sleeping on the street. Managing company helpful! - The staff managing the appartment were great! After complaining that it was impossible to sleep due to the noise from the street the first 2 nights, they managed to move us to a different appartment which was in a quiet area and even bigger and nicer than this one. The appartment iself is nice and good location with easy street parking, would be amazing if the window/door were changed to really isolate the street sound, otherwise, as it is now it's terrible! Its located right on a main road with 4 lanes of traffic. Door/window to the main street is useless to block out all the noise, so it's impossible to sleep there! It really feels like trying to sleep on the sidewalk. The bed is even shaking from the noise of heavy trucks or busses passing by. Can also hear people walking by or talking. It's a shame that they invested some money to make it look nice but skipped on high quality door and windows, especially considering the locacion right on the main road.

Dreaming of an authentic “life on the streets” experience? Look no further. The door opens straight onto the pavement, and the soundtrack of your night will be people walking, shouting, and living their best nightlife just inches from your bed. Even earplugs wave the white flag here.

The sea, grocery stores, and everything is nearby, and you can easily get to any part of the city from the bus stop. I couldn't open the curtains; it was very dark. But that's a minor issue, and I think I could contact the owner and resolve the issue. I was visiting Valencia, so I returned home in the evening. It didn't bother me.

• Julissa (5/5): Muchas cosas que decir.. - La ubicación No había donde colgar las toallas al regresar de la playa en el baño, la TV no prendía en varias ocasiones, Las mantas parecían cortinas muy ásperas o muy usadas.Por las noches se sentía el sonido como jalaban la cadena de los baños en el techo muy fuerte.La cama sofa el colchón muy incómodo.Vamos que nunca recibí ningún mensaje desde que estuve ahí..No volveré a repetir
• Paula (3/5): . - El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Está 0 aislado del ruido, estás durmiendo y te asustas por los pitidos, parece que estás en la calle, se escucha TODO ya sea durmiendo, viendo la tele,… la gente habla por la calle y lo escuchas
• Carina Fiorella (4/5): Incómoda, sin descanso. Departamento muy completo. - Muy completo, sobretodo en la cocina. Presión de la ducha excelente. Diseño moderno. La cama era demasiado incomoda, dolor de espalda todos los días, el colchón se hunde mucho parece muy gastado, por lo cual nos despetabamos a la mitad de la noche con dolor, para colmo el cerramiento exterior no aísla el ruido de la calle, asi que nos costaba mucho dormir a la noche con el sonido de la calle que es muy transitada incluso de madrugada. También nos hubiera gustado que tenga cosas básicas como servilletas, azucar, te, asi no tener que salir corriendo a comprar la noche que llegamos.
• Espinoza (1/5): - Amplio El lugar estaba lleno de cucarachas , en los cubiertos , en la cocina , en la habitación principal ,hasta en la cama encontré una cucaracha andando sobre las sábanas después de dormir el día anterior........la verdad se pueden buscar un problema muy grave con sanidad y reseñas , espero alguna compensación o algún hospedaje como disculpa!!!!!
• Lavinia Catalina (1/5): - No lo recomiendo de verdad, un asco, las sábanas sin cambiar, pelos por todos los lados, en el baño, en el suelo, en los muebles, hasta en la nevera...la cocina sucia el horno lleno de grasa. Al llegar y ver todo mandaron enseguida a una chica para limpiar que solo cambió las sábanas y barrio un poco el baño por encima la reja del horno la queria dejar igual pero al insistir y comentarle que allí ni una pizza puedo hacer que no es higiénico la limpio, he salido un momento porque estábamos sin comer y esperando a que limpie y fue irme yo y ella al instante que la vi esperando el bus se fue dejando el piso sin terminar me ofrecieron hacer una tercera limpieza que finalmente no se hizo y otra cosa que ya para lo que me quedaba de estancia y no preocupar a mi hija y la poca profesión que he visto ya no comenté la puerta de la entrada no tiene seguridad ninguna puede entrar cualquier persona que miedo pase
• Frazier (4/5): On ground floor of a street with heavy traffic and lots of foot travel: NOISY 24H! - Picures of apartment for selecting it DID NOT MATCH THE ACTUAL APARTMENT AT ALL!!! There was a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom so the host used A LOT of cleaner to cover the smell, the result was heavy cleaning smell plus heavy sewage smell together. ALSO SOMEONE RANG THE DOORBELL MULTIPLE TIMES JUST AFTER 4AM ONE EVENING OF MY STAY. Disconcerting!!!
• Jose maria (3/5): Demasiado ruidoso - Alojamiento limpio y equipado Excesivamente ruidoso. Lo leí en los comentarios pero no me esperaba que fuera tanto. Si alguien pasa y se tira un pedo lo escuchas. Es horrible dormir en ese bajo a pie de calle por qué la puerta está a 2m de la carretera y se escucha mucho a los coches pasar, ya que es una carretera con bastante tráfico.

• Christian (8/5): - Estaba un poco sucio a la llegada, después de que me preguntasen 6 veces que cuando iba a llegar para adaptarse a nuestro horario del check in, me encuentro con que después de indicarles la hora de llegada, me dicen que no podemos entrar antes, ya que tienen que limpiar, entendible si encuentro el piso impecable, pero si han estado desde las 09:00 hasta las 16:00 ( me parece exagerada esa hora de entrada) el piso debería estar impoluto ya que no era grande y para mí sorpresa estaba sucio encima....
• Cosmin (7/5): - El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y limpio, perfecto para estar unos días. No está lejos de la playa y se agradece. El barrio como tal, siempre huele mal, ruido por las noches.... Y la chica de la limpieza cuando llegamos, teníamos el check in a las 16:00 y entramos a las 14:00 a ver si podíamos entrar antes para dejar las maletas, y la chica de la limpieza nos vio y nos empezó a gritar, diciéndonos que nos vayamos que no podíamos estar ahí, cosa que entendíamos, solo quisimos ver si se podía, pero nos miró muy mal y empezó a gritarnos..... En lo demás, todo bien .

Había muchas cosas que estaban mal, a destacar: - Debajo del sofá, en el rodapié, había hongos y humedad ya que el aire acondicionado goteaba, en los comentarios pasados ya se veía y no lo habían arreglado después de mucho tiempo. - Los platos y vasos estaban sucios, con restos de comida. - El baño olía a alcantarilla - Al ser un bajo y dar a la calle hay mucho ruido de los coches que pasan a diario. - No hay persianas, solo dos cortinas negras de las cuales una estaba rota por lo que entraba mucha luz por la mañana. - Las ventanas no cierran del todo y al ser un bajo el piso se queda abierto. - No pusieron toallas para todos los que íbamos al piso. Cosas buenas: - Buena ubicación cerca de la playa y de paradas de autobús que te llevan al centro. - La chica que nos ayudó a solucionar todo lo del apartamento es muy agradable y gracias a su trabajo nos solucionaron el aire acondicionado y nos quitaron el rodapié lleno de hongos. - Hablamos con Booking para solucionar todos los desperfectos y tanto la chica que nos atendió como la chica del apartamento nos lo solucionaron.
• Inna (8/5): Nice but Noisy - I liked tbe location ,it is just in 5 min walk from the beach . The apartment had everything i needed for this short 5 days vacation. When i had some issues with the electricity the owner sent me right away people for solving the problem . I was pleasantly surprised with the prompt reaction . The only thing i didnt like it was noise outside . I think people should be informed that apartment is located right next to the road with heavy traffic .. Even totally closed windows almost dont save the situation .. inside of the apartment the same noise from the traffic as outside ..no sound isolation at all 🤷‍♀️.... For me it was real nightmare ,because i can sleep only in total silence and i cannot use the ear plugs . But if u dont have problems with sleeping then it won't be an issue for you ... I was very dissapointed because i planned to sleep a lot being at vacation ...but sadly it didnt happen .
• Anastasiia (3/5): Noisy location, poor surroundings – only suitable for beach-only travelers who don’t plan to explore Valencia. - The only real advantage of this property is its proximity to the sea – just a short walk to the beach. The apartment is located on an extremely busy intersection – it was nearly impossible to sleep at night due to constant traffic noise, even with the windows closed. Opening the windows was not an option because of the unbearable noise from cars and motorbikes. The area itself felt very uncomfortable: there were strong smells of urine on the streets, likely due to poor sanitation in the neighborhood. The surroundings were not well-maintained – on the way to the beach, we had to constantly avoid dog feces that no one seemed to clean up. The location is very inconvenient for families or anyone wanting to explore Valencia. We stayed for 5 nights and only managed to see the city center on the way to the airport. This place might suit someone who wants only a beach holiday and doesn’t mind noise or isolation. But if you want to enjoy the city’s architecture, culture, or get restful sleep – this is not the place for you.

• Alina (8/5): In general, I am happy about the place and consider to book it again next time. - The place is located very close to the University and to the supermarket Mercadona. I usually do not care about the noise, but even for me it was difficult to sleep the first week. Location on the ground floor adjoined to the pedestrian area makes you feel that people crossing by are speaking to you, also I spent the whole time with the closed shutters, otherwise anyone can see you and the apartment with all details. The toster did not work, but I really counted on it.
• Alina (8/5): It is a good apartment when you love to cook. - The place is clean and well equiped. It is noisy and dark in the room without artificial light. The bed is deformed in the middle and made both persons to roll down :-D

• Despoina (7/5): We stayed for 6 days - The place was tidy and clean. It was in a good area and easy to find and it was near the public transportation. It had everything we needed for a week. I didn't like the fact that it was next to a main road and we could listen to the cars and people who were passing outside. And also the bed wasn't very comfortable to stay for a week but i guess it's fine for 2-3 days.
• Silvina (6/5): Fresh and clean but no sleep or relaxation - The interior is new and fresh, it was clean and had washing machine. Bathroom was nice and nice accessories. Noise (oh my goodness) we could hear every cough every car and rubbish truck as windows are on the path. Property seems to be a retail comercial space renovated. The double bed was tucked into a small space on a wall right next to the entrance and windows. The end of the bed has TV unit that we had to move so we didn’t knock it while sleeping with our feet. Not best redesign. No light as black blinds could not open, shuttered opened but light blocked by fixed blinds. Location was not convenient unless you just want a stroll to the beach, if you plan to relax, this is not the property.
• Sona (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean, stuffs like kitchen equipment were very useful. The key was easy to take from the box. Unfortunately there were no balcony, but its in ground flour so it is not so bad.
• Ionut (4/5): Filthy - Was close to the beach buses and markets, a zone with easy access. The place was filthy I had to clean everything from top to bottom on the first day... I felt like a maid and we still haven't got our (just 25€) for the cleaning included in the price. I'm sad that I can't attach any photo, thank god the lady we spoke to was nice enough to ask if we wanted someone to come and clean again but it was to late for that.
• Upsydaisy (1/5): Valencia was lovely Patacona flats were horrible - Valencia is beautiful Apartment is a dump !!! The noise is unbearable from the road outside there is no soundproofing. The black blinds were all broken and down all the time there was no daylight it was like staying in a cave. I got locked out for 2 hours as the door was faulty and wouldn't unlock. I contacted the host but they ignored my issues. Not worth the money
• Oscar (6/5): Pleasant - It's very clean The noise from the street is unbearable for sleeping. The owner has to replace the windows for those with sound isolation. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend staying there more than two nights.
• Svetlana (5/5): One night stay in Valencia - Very modern flat with excellent kitchen facilities. The flat was very clean. Decent location for beach and public transport. The instructions to find the key upon arrival were extremely easy to follow. The flat is at ground floor level next to a noisy busy road that made leaving windows open impossible. It is a small studio rather than a one bedroom flat with a double bed squeezed into a cramped part of the room meaning only one side of the bed was accessible as the other side was adjacent to a wall. The bathroom door was a sliding door that wouldn't close properly. There was a patio door that would not lock shut leading to concerns about security and reducing sound proofing. Outside the windows there are metal shutters that made staying in the flat feel slightly claustrophobic.

• Valeria (7/5): Couple days, no more - Rather fresh made interior with really good bathroom with shower. Washing machine and dishwasher are very convenient. Rather clean. In washing machine we’re 2 dirty towels when we arrived. Tooooooooo noisy, that apartment was bought like office and converted for rent business, situated on ground floor and at the corner it has zero isolation from the street noise. So to have better sleep, use good earplugs.

• Anne (2/5): It is with regret that we cannot receommend this apartment because of the noise. - Easy to find, plenty of free parking outside. Very well-equipped, clean and modern. Great location in terms of public transport into Valencia and walkable to beach and shops. Staff were responsive when we couldn't work out how to turn on the cooker top. It was very windy and we were unable to sleep because of the noise of the rattling metal shutters, despite the fact that we had them as tightly closed as possible, and also the shutters of the neighbouring apartment. The noise reached 96 decibels at its peak (at 4.00am). This was much more of a problem than the noisy traffic which in fact wasn't too bad at night (it starts to get noisy at 6.00am).
• Alexandra (7/5): Good - The flat is looking good as the posted pictures, the staff is very nice and kind and if you decide to visit Valencia for the summer holiday, this flat is what you really need, very close to the beach. Because the flat is at the grounds floor and has a lot of windows, it is extremely noisy… you can’t really sleep in the night, you hear everything and everyone on the streets, and unfortunately during our stay some people decided to ring the doorbell very early in the morning… not such a pleasant situation.

• Vikki (6/5): modern flat on busy main road. - it is very modern & has what you need for a short stay. the flat is on a main road and is VERY noisy. I found it expensive for what it offered for this reason.
