- Alison (7/5): Great for a family stay - Property was in a great location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Close to Mona Farm We found sheets in the dryer. Not a lot of hanging space or storage for clothes.
- Donlan (10/5): Clean, beautiful, comfortable and charming - Nelly’s cottage was a beautiful accommodation, pristine, with all the mod cons. Highly recommend
- Amita (9/5): A cozy and comfortable cottage with a lovely homey atmosphere. - The check-in process was very easy and convenient. The house is lovely, warm, and very clean. It is well designed and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Welcome homey vibe. The heater kept the cottage warm and comfortable. It’s zero degree on our night. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the cottage. 😊 The shower curtain appears to be made of linen, which unfortunately doesn’t prevent water from splashing out of the bathtub. As a result, water can easily spill onto the bathroom floor during showers.
There was some milk left in the fridge from a previous guest. There was also an out-of-date chocolate drinking powder in the kitchen pantry that might have been left by a previous guest as well.

- Laura (9/5): A cosy cottage stay in Braidwood, only a short walk to the Main Street cafes and shops. The owners are lovely and very a - The property was cute and well-styled, and despite being near the main road it was quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and the cottage overall was very cosy. I also loved how the cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking, lots of herbs/spices, oils, sauces etc. The owners were lovely and very accommodating with our early check-in request. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I can imagine the cottage would be quite cold in winter, especially with the fire place not functioning. The bathroom is also very old and in need of maintenance/renovation.
- Sandy (10/5): Highly recommend staying here. Good communication with host. Provided all you need and more. - Easy instructions and all information needed inside in a guest book. Wonderful place to stay. Has everything and more than you need. Very clean.

- Monique (8/5): A fantastic option for a family weekend. - It was a beautifully presented home, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, complete with stylish quality linen. The access was easy and having a spare key as well was great. A bonus while we were there was the air conditioning as it was a stinking hot weekend during our stay - that alone was worth it!
- Megan (7/5): It was a pleasant stay. - Quaint little house, nicely decorated. No garage.
No dishwasher which was a nuisance.
There was one bedroom door that couldn’t be closed because the bed was too big for the room.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon and the garbage bin was full to the brim, so overflowing rubbish.
