• Svetlana (7/5): - Расположение, в самом центре старого города Фото не соответствует - балкона нет. Вода течет еле-еле. В душевой не уходит вода, от этого постоянный запах. Полтора дня не работал интернет. Непонятно почему нельзя было решить эти проблемы до нашего приезда. Сказали, что это обычное дело, бывает и такое, ничего страшного потерпите. За отсутствие интернета обещали компенсацию, но её не последовало

All amenities are in good condition. The matress on one of the beds is quite old and needs to be replaced. Housekeeping was done prior to our arrival. However, some door knobs were sticky. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this option for families.

The communication with staff was very simple and straight forward. They were very helpful. They provided us with a pickup taxi from the airport as well. The apartment was clean and included clean bedsheets and towels. Overall positive experience. Everything was great.

• Mukul_meena (7/5): Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location - location and cleanliness were definite positives I was quite disappointed with the overall condition of the property, especially considering the price of nearly 2000 Azerbaijan Mannat. The WC jet spray was not functioning properly, and several taps were either broken or not working as they should. The beds were noisy, and the doors made squeaking sounds every time they were opened or closed. Additionally, the furniture was outdated, with the dining table and chairs being broken and loosely fitted, causing them to make noises. One of the most frustrating aspects was the WiFi. The signal was only strong when close to the router, and it didn’t work in the rooms or even the hall, which was quite inconvenient. I hope the management takes these issues into consideration for future guests.

• Mehana (1/5): very bad host, tried to manipulate us and refused to give us the property in the last moment. he put us in lot of trou - the host is very bad and tried to manipulate us by not giving the property and asked us to stay in a different place. when contacted booking.com they informed us that it is vacant. but the host refused. the host is very manipulative. he refused to give us the property which is confirmed and asked us take one which is a property outside booking.com.
