• bealia (10/5): - Buena ubicación, está a 20 minutos caminando del coliseo y a 6 minutos de la estación de Termini. Está muy limpio y la cama es muy cómoda. La habitación parece nueva y moderna, al igual que el baño que es bastante amplio y cómodo. También tiene una pequeña nevera y nos obsequiaron con unas botellas de agua. Tiene una tv bastante grande con netflix, aunque esto casi no lo usamos después de caminar todo el día jeje El sistema de entrar al alojamiento con un enlace en tu móvil, no te da del todo seguridad que pueda fallar el Internet o quedarte sin batería si no eres previsor. Aunque nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema. La nevera nos dimos cuenta la primera noche que hacía mucho ruido y a mi por lo menos me molestaba para dormir, pero la desenchufabamos por las noches y bien, pudimos dormir perfectamente.

• Raine (8/5): Excellent value for money with great facilities. - Room was very spacious and facilities provided good. Excellent value for money. Had nice large TV, Kettle, linen and toiletries. Location too was excellent and very convenient. Security at the property was also good and easy to use. Would definitely recommend for any short or long term traveler. Just the steps to the first floor - would have been great if there was a lift. Front entrance gave a bit of concern at the start. But must say the property was extremely clean. Another small improvement would have been to provide a microwave to warm food.

• Anabela (8/5): Esta bien - La propiedad esta bien para pasar unos dias. El anfitrion fue muy atento por mensaje. La ubicación no esta mal pero la zona da un poco de miedo de noche. La abertura de las puertas es toda digital, si no tienes bateria en el movil no puedes entrar. No hay nadie que te reciba, es todo online, pero la atención no fue mala.

Ideal para pasar unos días en Roma sin tener que depender del transporte público, ya que andando se llega fácilmente al centro Quizás se podría mejorar un poco el trato personal con el gerente del alojamiento, que aunque fue correcto en todo momento, estuvo ausente en cuanto a proximidad. También estaría bien que desde la empresa del alojamiento se facilitara la guarda del equipaje, ya que tanto el check on, como el check out, son un poco desfavorables para el cliente.

• Siranush (9/5): - Everything was excellent! The room was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s small, but perfect for those who plan to explore Rome and just need a place to sleep and shower. The location is amazing: you can easily walk to the main attractions — it takes about 20–30 minutes to reach the Trevi Fountain or the Colosseum (great for those who love walking, like me). The host was very responsive and made the check-in process super easy. The only suggestion would be to add a small fridge, especially for summer, to keep water cool as it gets very hot in Rome.

• Patrik (8/5): Good experience overall - I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the hot days. The location is excellent – close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly, always ready to help. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back! There were a few downsides during my stay. It was quite noisy at night and in the early morning hours, probably due to nearby renovation work. The bathroom was small and often felt stuffy, with little ventilation. One of the main issues for me was the lack of space to dry wet clothes – there was only a small line in the bathroom. A simple drying rack or something to hang out the window would be very helpful. That said, considering the price David offers for this accommodation, it’s still a great place to stay. Every place has its imperfections, and overall, We were happy.
• Silvina (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable room, good bed, good shower. Conveniently located close to the terminal train station, the street was a little dark and lonely at night though. Now, beware that there is not a permanent desk, so that it's not so easy to arrange to drop your bags or leave them outside the check-in/check-out times. In any case, there are plenty of luggage storage places in Rome that you can use, several near the train station. The street was a little dark and lonely at night.
• Nune (10/5): Exceptional - The room and bathroom were super clean, which is very important for me while selecting a hotel. Usually I never use bathroom towels, I have my own. However, I used the towels of the hotel, as they were super clean. The location is great and so close to Temini metro station. Those who imagine it to be a hostel with a receptionist, you will be surprised, as it is more like a big apartment, and its door and the room door was opened with the help of the online pin code, which was super cool. The host was always available via what's app in case of any questions. I would prefer to have a small fridge in the room, especially during such hot summers in Rome to keep cold water at least. There was tea, sugar and kattle in the room, but no coffee. It's a little bit noisy as the window looks out the street with the tram passing every 10-15 mins, but that was fine for me as I was so tired after long walks in Rome, that I was not bothered by it at all.

The host is very nice, provides very clear instructions. The AC is so loud that you cannot leave it turned on while you sleep, and then it’s too hot if it’s turned off. It’s noisy as it’s looking at the Main Street but I guess that’s understandable given the location.

It's fine during the day because of easy access to train station, but neighbourhood is a bit strange by night. Especially if female group go alone, it's not safe. • Krisztina (9/5): I strongly recommend it - The accommodation is 5minutes walk from the Termini and 20-30minutes from the Colosseum/Trevi Fountain. I think the room is enough for 2 person, and it was clean. I liked the self check-in. It was super easy, and comfortable for me. The host comunicates clear about everything. Maybe it is the fault of bookin.com, but please update the tourist tax prices :D And a small lamp would be great next to the beds
