• Wilson (10/5): Estancia breve muy tranquila - La atención de Alessandro, muy atento, estuvo pendiente ayudándonos con el check in a pesar de la hora y los retrasos por los trenes desde Florencia, muy cómodo y accesible el alojamiento, todo muy pulcro y además fue muy oportuno estar tan cerca del aeropuerto

• Sara (10/5): Ottima permanenza - Tutto! Comodo, pulito, vicino alla stazione; spiegazioni chiare e grande pazienza anche se siamo arrivate in ritardo rispetto a quanto pianificato. Super gentili!

• Victoria (10/5): - We had to do the self check-in. There was a detailed video on how to do it sent to us. And even late at night, and under the rain we managed to do it. There are two suggestions though: it's necessary to add that on leaving one should take the key for the outer gate, unlock it and keep open, return the key to the box and then exit the gated community through the gate (just slam is shut behind you). Another suggestion is not to call it B&B (as it was called in the video). There's no breakfast (there is a croissant and coffee, but not the real one) while Expedia states "Free breakfast from 4 to 10 am".

• Baltazar (7/5): - 공항에서 가까워서 빨리 도착할 수 있다. 침구들이 깨끗해요. 온수도 잘 나오고요. 조용한 동네입니다.어두운 밤에 도착해서 숙소 찾기가 어려웠지만 마리아가 화상 통화로 친절하게 도와줬어요. 아침에 정원에서 맛있는 커피를 먹을 수 있어요. 이 숙소를 추천합니다. 공항에 19:15 도착한후 짐을 20:55에 찾았어요. 많이 늦어졌죠. 그건 공항 사정이지 제 잘못은 아니에요. 너그럽게 이해 부탁드려요. 게다가 공항에서 FL1 타는 곳이 그리 가깝지 않아요. 21:10에 간신히 기차를 탔어요. ponte역에 15분 후 도착했고 역에서 200m이지만, 어두운 밤에 숙소를 찾기가, 그리고 아파트단지 들어가기가 쉽지 않았어요. 부킹닷컴 주소로는 숙소를 찾을 수 없었어요. 벨을 눌려야하는 걸 몰라서 숙소에 도착했을 때는 22:30이었어요. 1일 전에 미리 어느집 벨을 눌러야 하는 것을 알려주시면 더욱 좋을 것 같아요. 어두운 길가에서 막막했습니다.

Na verdade não foi na acomodação mas sim na localização pois o transporte de Roma é bem complicado, falta sinalização, as pessoas não sabem informar e ainda é preciso validar os bilhetes 😅😅😅. Então é um caso a se pensar se pretende usar o transporte público
• Giusy (8/5): - Grande disponibilità e gentilezza nell'accoglienza. In camera mi è stato fatto trovare occorrente per la colazione del mattino e una bottiglia d'acqua. Camera delle giuste dimensioni. Se posso dare un suggerimento, aggiungerei una tendina alla finestrina presente in bagno per garantire una maggiore privacy.

• Corina (7/5): - Man hat einen kleinen Snack und einen Espresso bekommen. Die Vermieterin war sehr umsichtig. 2 getrennte Zimmer. Seife und Duschbad waren vorhanden. Leider entsprachen die Räume nicht den Abbildungen im Internet. Die Kinder haben auf Klappliegen geschlafen. In allen Räumen waren die Fenster vergittert. Man hatte das Gefühl in Gefangenschaft zu leben. Parkplatz kostet 5€ pro Tag und Kurtaxe pro Person, pro Tag 7€.

• Guest (10/5): Enjoyed the hostess & proximity to airport. Recommend - Great facility & wonderful hostess. Close location to the airport & gated townhome community with families. Marker & grocery store very close by. The train line to our stay had multiple issues & we had to take the bus, which was a headache. Caused us to have to uber (38€) to the airport :/ Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but everything was very clean. It was loud inside with the other guests coming up & down stairs, but the neighborhood felt safe & was quiet.

• Roxanne (8/5): - Hillary was so nice! This adorable place was perfect for my daughter and I to finally put our feet up after a day of walking 10 miles around Rome. The train stop from the airport is so quick, maybe 10 minutes, and easy to get to down town Rome. It was even better that there alwas air condition to have on that super hot day. Just be warned it may be a little too comfortabke and you may over sleep and miss your flight (even with setting alarms...oops!) If youre even considering this as a place to stay do it now and stop thinking about it! Just know kids are not allowed.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The highlight of our stay was the lovely owner—she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even arranged an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay near the Fiumicino airport.

• Jessica (10/5): - The host was very gracious when we arrived late, she came out to meet us at the gate and even allowed us to bring our car inside to unload and load our luggage. There are a few parking spots right next to the property, but if those are taken, parking just outside the gate is easy, with plenty of available spaces nearby. The location is also convenient, within walking distance of a nice, delicious restaurant, and it is especially ideal if you are catching a flight out of Fiumicino Airport (FCO), which is just a short drive away. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

• Silvio (4/5): - Mi meraviglio come Hotels.com possa offrire un servizio del genere ai suoi clienti senza menzionare nulla. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con due letti singoli e ci siamo ritrovati in un sottotetto con due materassi poggiati su due rialzi di cemento rivestiti di moquette. Il locale era chiuso da una porta a vetri scorrevole, che naturalmente lasciava passare tutti i rumori provenienti dalle scale, posizionata a circa 7/8 scalini prima di arrivare alla "stanza". Un lucernaio senza oscuranti (qui devo dire che la ragazza che ci ha ricevuto è stata gentilissima e si è adoperata per trovare un rimedio). Bagno senza bidet ma con una doccetta vicino al water stile arabo. Mancava un asciugamano da viso ed alla richiesta mi si dice che ne è uno a coppia, ma come? Sono due letti singoli anche dovessimo essere due carissimi amici non credo debba condividere un asciugamano, la risposta è stata che sono affittacamere e non dovrebbero nemmeno offrire le lenzuola (ma chi ci andrebbe!? poi me lo hanno fornito lo stesso). Il prezzo vantaggioso non giustifica le varie inefficienze.

• LAETITIA (10/5): Très bien - Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Cet établissement est parfaitement situé lorsque vous avez un avion à prendre. La propreté était au rendez-vous. Le seul petit problème que nous avons rencontré a été un problème d’eau chaude. Mais cela a sûrement dû être réglé.
