• Mihajlovics (1/5): - We didn't like anything Instead of 55 square metre which we originally booked the apartment was 36 square metres squared(we measured). We stayed there for two weeks and we did not want to stay in such a small space where the bedroom didn't even have a window. Because of this it was a very dark, uncomfortable space which felt like we were in a dungeon. There was a wardrobe in the bedroom which stored the towels. These towels were full of stains, more than likely because they were very old. When we got there we had to start our holiday off by washing everything because we didn't feel the place was clean. The couch in the sitting room was so uncomfortable you couldn't even watch TV. The apartment was based beside the motorway, and because we were on the 7th floor you could hear traffic all day everyday. Therefore you could not stay on the balcony nore could you actually use the sitting room due to the noise from the motorway. When we were on the balcony there was an extreme smell of sewage, and also a constant smell of weed from those staying around us. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, the shower itself was unclean, there were drops of coffee (or something brown) on the floors, which was also sticky. Every time we turned on the air conditioning there was a very bad smell of mould everywhere. When we first booked this apartment, there were completely different images displayed on booking.com, a few days later the pictures of the apartment were changed on booking.com....none of the images matcher the apartment. When we arrived we immediately rang the owner Stefano and complained regarding the size of the apartment and our other concerns, he completely disregarded us and all he said was to contact booking.com. We then straight away rang booking.com and explained this wasn't the apartment we originally booked, neither the size or the amenities match the booking.

• Natalie (7/5): Pleasant stay wouldn't stay again - Great location. Spacious apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Great view of the pool, The traffic noise is very loud. No one came to meet us with the key. We were given instructions to ring the intercom and someone will leave us in. We phoned twice but no one answered. We had to wait for a resident to leave so they could leave us in. We waited for 35 minutes on the road. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. Check out is at 10am but the cleaner was sat outside at 9.45 waiting for us to leave which felt very pressured. She didn't even give us chance to close the door.

• Laurie (8/5): Première expérience en appartement très concluante - La situation de l'appartement est très bien. Vue sur la mer, proche de toutes commodités et des animations. Mes enfants ont apprécier les piscines. Le personnel du bar de la piscine est très sympa. L'autoroute à côté n'est as dérangeante. Les essuies et le linge de lit sont en suffisance, de plus, une machine à lessiver est à disposition ainsi qu'une laverie disponible dans le complexe. Les infos pour l'arrivée sont précises pour une arrivée sans check-in. Le lit de la chambre est confortable. Le complexe est très connu des locaux, facile pour les taxis. Je reviendrai sans hésitation 😀 Le premier jour, quand on ne connaît pas encore le complexe, l'accès au bloc est un peu compliqué avec des valises. Une fois qu'on a pris ses repères, il existe plusieures entrées/sorties, ce qui m'a permis pour le retour de demander au taxi de venir me chercher sur le parking arrière (donnant sur l'autoroute) donc beaucoup plus facile. Nous avons fait le choix de laisser le divan lit déplié tout notre séjour, c'était un peu juste pour circuler à 4, mais ça reste notre choix personnel, rien n'empêche de le replier chaque jour 😉 Une télé dans la chambre serait un plus... Ainsi qu'un aspirateur, plus facile qu'un balai pour faire un petit entretient durant le séjour.

• SORAYA (10/5): - Me encanta este apartamento...por todo....por sus instalaciones, ubicación,cerca de la playa,de lugares de ocio,y el apartamento con aire acondicionado para no sufrir con estos calores .Espero volver muchas muchas veces.

• María (8/5): Muy buen apartamento, bien ubicado. - Muy buenas instalaciones. 3 piscinas a tu disposición (2 para adultos y una para niños pequeños). Hay un bar en la zona de la piscina que sirve tanto comida como bebidas. El apartamento estaba muy bien, teníamos todo lo necesario (Aire acondicionado incluido). Se nos hizo un poco corto el lavavajillas y el gel de ducha proporcionado, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar. A destacar que es un 7° piso (con ascensor) pero queda a unos minutos andando a través del complejo y de la zona de la piscina hasta llegar al ascensor.

• Masood (5/5): Disappointed - In Tenerife not too far from town No ,sofa on the balcony , no sun at all on the terrace , the photo of the accommodation is mis leading as it looks bigger on the photo , the information doesn't say it's on the 7th floor . No communication with agent , rang several times now answer no coffee facilities, no welcome pack , no pillow protectors , chipped cups , soap dispenser empty .
• Fussner (9/5): Great beachside location! - We loved the location of this property! Free parking in the lot or on the street, simple walk down to the main Adeje beach area, lovely pool, and the space had great views. Great value for our money. The main freeway is right by the property so at night, you could hear people driving by which sometimes bothered us. The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world, but it worked. Having beach/pool towels in addition to the bath towels would have been a great addition, too.
• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very cozy apartment on the 7th floor accessible via elevator. It's a 7 minute walk to fañabe beach. There are 2 pools in the property and loungers. There's also a small bar/restaurant within the property. There are grocery stores and multiple restaurants all close by. It was a wonderful affordable stay in Costa de Adeje for us. The location provided was a bit hard to figure out. Look for the Orlando 85 complex.
