• Matt (10/5): Would recommend, will stay again, great spot. - It was perfect for our needs, a meet up place for 9 long standing mates, heading to brixton academy. The flat is large, light and airy, beds comfy and the garden space was so lovely on a very hot morning after! Coffee and Tea provided was a just the job. Everything was clean, fresh, and plenty of room for 9. Too easy!

• Michelle (8/5): Spacious flat with lovely garden. - Lovely decor and garden. Giid communication with the owner. You xould hear the upstairs neighbours walking up the stairs and blaring their music out when we were in the feont bedroom. The basement bedroom is also very dark with extremely steep steps and quite noisy as the bed is under an air vent with a dehumidifier also going.

• Frances (10/5): Great apartment for weekend in London - Comfortable and well equipped home from home in a quiet location between Brixton and Camberwell. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. Everything was as described and we had a lovely weekend.

• Hannah (10/5): - The host Michelle was brilliant! Very communicative and accommodating. The property is less than 10 mins walk to Kings Hospital which is perfect for families with loved ones staying at kings hospital. The apartment was warm, cosy and very big!

• Monika (10/5): Super miejsce dla dużej grupy! Polecam 🙂 - Dużo miejsca, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, ogródek. Niska temperatura (w salonie ogrzewanie klimatyzacją, w pozostałych pokojach brak działającego ogrzewania).

• sonia (8/5): Casa cómoda para pasar unos días en Londres - El vecindario es tranquilo, está en autobús a unos 45 minutos de Trafalgar square, tiene un comedor grande, cocina muy bien equipada, dos habitaciones grandes para cuatro personas , después un sofá cama regular de cómodo y una habitación en el sótano que huele un poco a humedad., después de poner los ambientadores que habiia en la casa, hemos dormido genial.Tambien tiene un patio muy bonito donde salíamos a tomarnos un vinillo Que solo tiene un baño y éramos 8
• ITZIAR (5/5): - La ubicación tenia sus cosas buenas y malas. No estaba muy centrico pero en autobus estaba bien comunicado. El jardin (aunque no pudimos difrutarlo por el tiempo que nos hizo), podría estar mejor cuidado también es verdad. Los colchones son aceptables, no los mjores del mundo pero estan bien La casa no es para 8 es para 6. La "habitación" del sotano no debería ofrecerse como tal. Es un "trastero" subterraneo, sin ventana, con mucha humedad. La comunicacíón con la anfitriona no ha sido tan fluida como nos hubiera gustado. Le hicimos una pregunta y tras una seman sin respuesta contactamos con atención al cliente y siguió sin contestar hasta que volvimos a contactar con atención al cliente. Alli no tuvimos problemas, menos mal. Había cables bastante mal colocados, un frigo ocupando la mitad de la cocina que era bastante pequeña (esto supongo que era un apaño porqeu el frigorifico estaba estropeado y para salir del paso). En general el apartamento es bastante bonito, pero necesita un poco de mantenimiento (la manilla de nuestro cuarto de 4 tornillos solo estaba sujeta por uno)

Adequate number of fans in the property Flat came with a garden The kitchen and fridge were really tiny for a group of 9 One bathroom was difficult for a group of nine Garden could have been better kept The room downstairs smelt musty and was not very inviting..

• Christoph (6/5): Pleasant - Plenty of space (also with the garden) and well equipped. Could have been cleaner. The flat has not been cleaned from the previous visitors when we arrived. We had to contact the host to schedule the cleaning for late in the evening.

• Fraser (9/5): Superb - Spacious. Clean, and bright. Comfortable beds. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Being able to get outside in the rear garden. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this property. No major issues, just a few little things. It was very difficult to undo the lock on the door to the garden. The outside light over the front door wasn't working, which was a bit of a pain when returning at night in the dark. Couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink.

The door to go outside to the garden did jam sometimes and you had to use a bit of force but it felt like it was going to break if any force was used on it

• Ecaterina (8/5): Very good - The house had a nice living room where you can host 2 families, cozy and perfectly clean. Garden is well maintained and gives a nice view from the living room. Host was responsive and nice, gave all information we requested. We stayed comfortably being 8 people. The basement room had a permament noise of what sounded like a dehumidifier, which makes you feel like in a plane. There is no windows so less ventilation comes to that basement room.

• Farley (10/5): Perfect property for - Lovely ground floor flat-apartment with every amenity you need. Very clean and good location for our trip. We would stay here again no problem. My only fault was I had to reach out to the host to get information on how to gain entry. I thought that may have been sent out on the day we were due to arrive.

This place was good value for money and I will be staying again when I book with my family in the future. Nothing to dislike everything was spot on

• Hilary (8/5): Practical family accommodation - The street was quiet and the living area was very nice. Two bedrooms were well appointed. Havjng a garden was a bonus on a nice day. Everything was clean and generous basic grocery supplies The cellar bedroom is rather ' cut off' from main area and smells damp. It was fine as an 'extra' but the approach through a storage area is also interesting! The kitchen was great really but we would have liked a cafetiere rather than a coffee machine! How fussy is that!!

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Don't be fooled by the title of Flat. This is a huge spacious home with plenty of room. We loved ot. The location is perfect as well. A 15 min scooter ride and your in city centre. The facilities are perfect. You can cook or go out. The added bonus of a garden is amazing. We had children with us and it was great for them to play in Basement room could do with a dehumidifier. Other than that ita really good.
