• Amanda (8/5): - It was very comfortable, good air conditioning and great aesthetics. Kitchen area and washing room area are great. Good wifi! Bad communication from owner. We were outside the apartment at 11pm and had no word on how to get in on our first night for over an hour. We had to chase up the owner for instructions on how to get in, we were almost going to book a last minute hotel in fear we wouldn’t receive a reply due to this poor check-in experience.

• Daniel (1/5): Challenging - Plus: early check-in was possible on request. If you like to click yourself through endless questionnaries, upload pictures of yourselves holding your ID (yes, sounds that's heavily disrecommended by experts of identity theft) to an anonymous internet link, and then still you can't open the door... you'll enjoy the place. You will also love the place if you like it if neighbours can watch you through a transparent curtain while being in the bathroom. See above and take all the comments by other customers very serious. Plus very minimal service, after 2 nights the place really gets dirty, and there is no waste bag to change, no cleaning material to self-clean, etc. Owner/agency did neither respond to text messages nor to e-mails sent over the booking app, and only after repeated attempts to phone calls. It took around 10 reminders to get a written invoice.

• Elke (9/5): Florence visit May 2023 - The owner is very responsive and help with info for the visit. The floor heating in the bathroom is great. The decoration is nice with thoughtful touches. Location is convenient with transport to city for sightseeing. Kitchen is very new and cleaned. The sofa is very old and the seats sunk. Suggest to provide a chopping board and a proper knife for some simple cooking. The remote operation of the door lock didn't work well.
• Alexandra (8/5): Great place for a long stay in Florence, with lots of space and all your basic needs, you can enjoy stepping away from t - The apartment is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Very nice shower and bathroom, which was perfect for refreshing after lots of travel. Also was nice to be out of the city a little, away from the tourism, and still have cafe, gelato, and such just down the street. The host was fantastic at helping us out, but you really do need good data/phone service to be able to use the no key app system for unlocking the apartment gate. (After being given a backup key it was much better) Did not like worrying if we would be able to get back inside.
