• Tammy (8/5): Love the house - Location, cleanliness. Needs maintenance. Again no tea towels, facecloths. Garage door was broken.
• James (10/5): Fantastic house. I highly recommend it! - Excellent amount of living area space. Air conditioning was excellent. Dog friendly house. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. A well set out house, great for a family get-away. Bed in the 4th room tips couple to the centre.
• David (8/5): A spacious property with room to move and not be in each other's pockets. - A spacious property with easy access to Budgewoi Lake. A well-appointed kitchen, large dining area, and outdoor undercover patio. The lawns were well kept, which was great for our dog. Having access to the garage to park the car would have been a great bonus. But there is plenty of space on the driveway to park off the street.
• Thai (6/5): - The neighbours across the road are very nosey felt like I was getting watched and scrutinised whenever I left or visitors arrived made us feel very uncomfortable

• Samantha Willis (10/5): - spacious house with room for the whole family. the master suite is amazing. The features of the house make you want to stay at the house and enjoy it.
• Stephen (10/5): long term stay - Close to everything we needed in our stay. The house suited out needs with all the extra luxeries that we enjoyed. Being pet friendly is a huge bonus for our family needs. As we used the pool table everyday over our stay we would like to point out that we replaced the cue tips as they were a little "unloved" and there is a ball missing from the set (number 11)
• Joanne (6/5): It was passable. - It had 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and toilets. It was on a quiet street. It was pet friendly. It was near a park and the water. The house could do with some maintenance. The double garage door was broken so not able to be used. The broken chair outside. The oven was filthy, and the fridge had a broken drawer. There were not enough towels or tea towels. There were no instructions on setting up the TV - this was very frustrating. The cleaners left bleach in the showers, and I didn't realise so I was breathing in all the fumes all night and then in the morning I trod in there and then on my own bathmat which was ruined. It also needed door mats to stop the mess coming inside especially when it rains.

• James (10/5): Had a fantastic weekend. Was a great place to stay. Thoughtful hosts & well set up house. - Loved that it was pet friendly, so my niece could bring her dog. The house was clean & well presented. Loved the double/queen beds in each room. Loved that there was a kettle & BBQ. The tea supplies were a lovely touch. We appreciated the air conditioning & that it was turned on for our arrival (especially on such a hot day). It was nice that there was a fan & power board in the cupboard. Note (these things were small matters): * We could not figure out how to turn off the warm toned outside light (we could turn off the bright white one), so the 2nd room had extra light at night. * The door handle on Room 2 required lifting up to open from the inside rather than down like other doors. * The back sliding door did not slide easily. * It would have been nice if there had been glad wrap in the cupboard. * There were plenty of wine/champagne glasses, but only 3 standard glasses.
