Gabriella (8/5): - La struttura è situata in un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito dai mezzi di trasporto, la metro è vicinissima. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. Buono qualità prezzo. L'unico punto a sfavore è al 4 piano senza ascensore.

Elxpana (7/5): Mucho por mejorar. - Cercanía metro. No hay ascensor. Cama matrimonio vieja igual que el colchón, fatal. Falta papel higiénico, sillas para sentarse, mesa para comer.... La nevera No enfría. Se puede pasar un par de noches, barrio tranquilo. Aun, por todo lo anterior está bien.

HERRERA (10/5): comfortable and clean - This place is amazing to be with the family! Communication, perfect cleanliness, perfect place It doesn't have an elevator and there are 5 floors! But when you arrive, you'll feel very comfortable.

Doğa (10/5): Definitely recommended for short stays in Madrid! - The house was beyond our expectations! It was really big, modern and comfy! The house had all the materials you need in the kitchen and the wifi was working perfectly! There was a guy who met with us when we arrived and he was super sweet and helpful! The neighborhood was a bit strange during the nights but we didn’t have any problems. Also, it was a bit hard to open the street door with the keys. The building doesn’t have stairs and the apartment stays on the last floor, so it is hard to carry the luggages upside!

Nuno (10/5): Exceptional - The house had space and was warming. Everything was clean and working. The host received us when we arrived and allowed us to check out later. The location is good. I think it takes about 30 minutes to get to Sol by metro (central area) You have a nearby supermarket, bakerie... Everything went well and we enjoyed the stay a lot. The floor is stone, so it's a bit cold sometimes. It's on the 4th floor without an elevator.
