• Karen (7/5): We enjoyed our stay - The apartment was well equipped for 5 people, 3 good sized bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 showers. The cleanliness of the bedrooms, they obviously hadn't been hoovered before our arrival, or behind the bedside tables, this was the only thing that let the place down. A deep clean of the apartment would be worthwhile. In the advert it said "private" pool, but it was a shared pool for all the apartments not private! Misleading

• Robin Lowe (8/5): - Easy access to the apartment and parking. Good view. Felt secure. The single bed are very uncomfortable. The shared bathroom shower leaks under the door and wets the whole bathroom floor.

Great that beach towels are supplied. Lots of games and puzzles for the kids. Some aspects of the property need a refresh. The drainage in the showers was impaired resulting in wet bathroom floors.

• Dorit (3/5): Poor - Location, friendly staff in Rise apartments who helped us eventhough this was a AirBNB Limited wifi, unhelpful host who didn't give adequate instructions prior to check in and was highly defensive about the convoluted instructions which felt designed to hide her property as an AirBNB. Very dirty apartment, full of dust and floor dirty on arrival. Apartment in need to serious update.
