- Eléa (7/5): - Le logement est à proximité d’une ligne de métro et à 30 min de tous les centres d’intérêts ce qui est pratique pour découvrir la ville. Il y a beaucoup d’espace dans la pièce et nous avons pu faire un early check-in ce qui était très agréable ! L’hôte répond très rapidement si vous avez des questions pendant le séjour. Le ménage laisse à désirer (on a retrouvé un bouchon pour oreilles et une boîte vide sous le canapé) et il manque quelques ustensile essentiels (couteaux, ciseaux, verres, ainsi qu’un miroir pour se voir en entier) La rue est très bruyante et même en étage élevé on entendait beaucoup les sirènes et voitures, ce n’est pas un logement « calme »
- Fabiana Zannetti (1/5): Non lo consiglio - Struttura nuova, wifi molto potente e prese nel letto molto comode, letti singoli comodi. Non ho trovato altro di positivo. Struttura assolutamente asettica, con luci bianche senza luci piccole meno fastidiose, non ci sono le tende in camera quindi sveglia prestissimo la mattina. Bagno vecchio, non giapponese. Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al momento del checkout. La proprietaria manda prima del check-in una mail lunghissima con una serie di "Penali" in caso non si rispettino determinate regole, tutto molto rigido e senza flessibilità. La zona è risultata molto esterna, per niente turistica e molto scomoda. Non era nemmeno molto sicura.

- Judit (9/5): Excel·lent - Habitació molt àmplia, llit i coixí còmode. Ubicació perfecte. Té aire acondicionat/bomba de calor, nevera. televisió secador, tovalloles. raspall de dents, sabatilles, petita cuina equipada amb bàsics, sabó i xampú. Excel·lent pel preu que té. Et fan baixar la basura.
- Erik (9/5): - Kirin Umeda stay was really good the apartment was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location is great. As soon as you arrive at Osaka Station, there’s a direct bus to the apartment, which makes things super easy. I’d recommend it to anyone who values comfort. There’s also an underground line that goes directly to Dotonbori, and it’s about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. I would say the apartment lacks proper kitchen equipment. There isn’t even a basic knife for cutting only scissors —and there are also not enough plates or pans.

It took us 2.5 hours to check in as there's no staff and the explanation is very poor on how to open the front door. I booked another hotel thinking that I was scammed but one of guests finally came down in the lift on their way to 7 Eleven showed us how to put in the correct sequence to open the front door. Then I quickly messaged customer service and cancelled the other hotel. Luckily I received a full refund as that booking was only an hour old....

Una buena conexión de buses que destaca en la misma calle una cafetería de especialidad ! Volveremos 100 % ! Sinceramente, no hay nada que nos haya disgustado fuertemente !

Also, it's just a few minutes to yodogawa river. A good small trip to see a nice view! * Lots of facilities nearby - coin locker just in front of the building. Shopping street next to the subway station. A lot of kombini options, and obento stores a well. * Room is very clean. The staff genuinely care about it! The air conditioning was not so strong. It worked, but sometimes I felt the room colder than I wanted to. At least in the room I was allocated into.

Ottimo il self check-in Entra molta luce dalle finestre accanto al letto. Si sentono i rumori dalla strada. Non è presente wc giapponese.

First room was okay from the heating point of view, but still, the AC wasn't powerful enough to properly heat the room The second room had a broken AC, it was simply not heating. In the winter... Somebody came and fixed it, but it was still not properly heating. Plus left a towel dirty after fixing it lol.

Self-check in works great and the apartment has everything you might need👍 The apartment is a little loud, so if you do not like to sleep with earplugs, this might not be for you. Also the bathroom had no ventilation, which was not a huge problem with the windows in the apartment.

Não gostei da terceira cama que era um sofá que abriram e colocaram um lençol, muito incomodo porque eram 2 modulos que podiam se deslocar e tinha uns ferros que eram super incomodos, mas o resto foi super legal, só essa caminha que deveria ser cama de solteiro msm.

L'interlocutrice répond rapidement et est accommodante. Le bruit de la route est infernal, on a l'impression d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes. Le canapé-lit est inadapté à un adulte, et il faut prévenir si jamais on veut s'en servir sinon il n'y a pas de linge de lit pour. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle disponible non plus.

Очень холодно. Первые дни было спать жутко некомфортно, пока комната не нагрелась от кондиционера. Думаю, проблема была в окне, потому что оно неплотно закрывалось.

- JeongBae (7/5): 우메다 부근에서 놀려는 사람에게 추천 - 1. 가자면 어디든 갈 수 있는 위치, 걸어갈만한 지하철역 2. 일반 호텔에서는 얻을 수 없는 자유도(간단히 음식도 해먹을 수 있고 실내에 전자렌지도 있음) 3. 에지간한 건 다 갖춰진, 풀옵션 원룸에 준하는 시설 4. 뜨거운물 잘 나오는 편리한 욕탕이 갖춰진 화장실 1. 거울이 있는 곳엔 드라이 전원 꼽을 곳이 없고, 전원이 있는 곳엔 거울이 없네요. 머리 드라이하는데 꽤나 애먹었습니다. 2. 우메다 가긴 편하지만 난바쪽으로 가기엔 마냥 편하진 않음
