The reception was very welcoming, check-in was smooth, staff were all very kind. The breakfast was simple and nice. The guest relations manger visited us during breakfast to make sure we were happy and enjoying and she gave us guidance on touristic places in Marsa Matruh. We had no one to guide us around the place and the guest relations manager offered to show us the beautiful places around and it was an amazing tour to Cleopatra beach and Sea Eye! We loved the whole stay and we would definitely go back again! N/a

I didn’t like they put us next to an interconnecting room and they told us there would be no one in there and then they put some one in there so it was noisy.

- Prasad (10/5): Amazing Luxurious stay in Marsa Matruh - A welcome drink has been provided as we were checking into the hotel. The room allocated was up to the mark and desired sea facing. The staff was courteous and polite to handle all our queries. The relationship manager talked with us in a friendly manner and suggested a few beaches to visit in marsa matruh. The chef was so humble to cook vegetarian dishes and never let us go hungry. The breakfast buffet was delicious, ambience is sea facing, relaxing dine in restaurant. Overall 10/10 There is nothing which I haven't liked.

- Claire (8/5): It’s a great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet to relax & the staff are amazing. - The buffet breakfast on the first morning was brilliant. The second & third mornings we had table service which was a bit disappointing but I think as there were very few guests in the hotel it wasn’t viable for them to put on the buffet…. The area outside of the hotel is not great, which is a bit of a shame as the hotel itself is of a high standard.

- Gardner (10/5): This is a place to definitely return to! - The staff is amazing! The view from the room was astounding. They were accommodating with everything from early check-in, reservation extension, late check out, and carrying luggage to the manager personally greeting me (and other guests) whenever she saw us. The food was great and their segment of the beach unbeatable. I really don’t have anything to complain about.

The staff serving in the restaurant were lovely and the breakfast was as well. if you dont have a room with a view and/or are staying for a long period, the price is high for the few amenities available. The reception/ management were reluctant to accommodate on a few things which was unusual, given my experience at other hotels and the fact that it was quite slow/empty.

I thought it was a little over priced and I didn’t realise until after that the maid didn’t come in at all during my stay. Lo staff molto disponibile e attento. Strand war sehr laut (von benachbarten Hotels) und voll. Der Verkehr auf dem Wasser in der Bucht war fürchterlich. Wenn man Entspannung sucht ist der Ort Marsa Matruh nicht geeignet.
