Staff was helpful and professional.. We found a lot of dust and fluff under the bed and the living furniture.
The drawer where the toaster is kept wasn't very clean. There were things in it that should not be there as per example the fire blanket.
For 4 nights we should have had extra towels as there was no space to hang them adequately to dry. Or perhaps add some proper towel rails.
I like the inside of the kettle very clean away from the rust that accumulates. A simple trick such as boiling water with lemon juice will have the kettle y clean.
I did that with yours...
The key to be used in case of failure of the other way to get in the apartment, didn't work.
The pillows had a very faint musty smell and were getting a bit yellowish in colour.

The owner came personally himself to resolve the heating issue we had. Such a great guy. The Manager Vicky was also good with checking on us and responding to us. Whatever hiccups we faced it was all fixed with efficient support. Loved this place. We had some challenges with the payment method, it was resolved but it kept us waiting for more than hour in the cold with our luggages before we could enter even though our booking was already confirmed. Booking.com probably needs to look into this.
