• Amaya (9/5): relax con ama - la amplitud, camas cómodas ,incluso el sofá cama, buena presión de la ducha, buena ubicación ,aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo y sobre todo la accesibilidad a las piscinas ,viajaba con mi madre de 86 años, la cocina un poco pequeña ,con poco sitio de almacenaje de las compras, pero con una nevera bien grande

• Antoaneta (10/5): Thank you to Valentin and Mariella for the warm welcome and for the wonderful stay! - We had booked x2 Apartments and both were absolutely amazing , clean and equipped with all you need , location is a just perfect - right next to the swimming pool and on the sea front . property and community area are clean , staff is friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained with plenty of sun beds . No allocated parking space but lots of spaces on the street
• Vladimir (10/5): Ako ste mastali o idealnom aprtmanu na idealnom mestu, to je upravo ovaj, znam verujte mi. - Vise nego odlicno apsolutno sve, lokacija apartmana je jedna od boljih u Parque Santiago IV. Preljubazni vlasnik Valentino koji je bio sa nama u kontaktu i bio nam je na usluzi, covek i zena koji su zaduzeni za prijem gostiju su veoma ljubazni i sve je bilo veoma jednostavno. Ono sto bih posebno naglasio za ovaj apartman i sto je na mene ostavilo utisak, basta sa stolom i stolicama kao i lezaljkama, ovde smo provodili najlepse vreme popodne dok gledamo zalazak sunca iz dvorista posle bazena i odlicnog rstorana u sklopu. Ovo je apartman gde cemo se definitivno vratiti sa zadovoljstvom. Bila su 2 kreveta za po jednu osobu, a nas je bilo troje, supruga, dete 2 godine i ja, ali moja greska jer nisam prijavio dete, svakako nam je vlasnik ponudio krevetac ili nismo zeleli da opterecujemo, svakako je bila i sofa na rasklapanje u dnevnoj sobi. Apartman mozda moze da bude malo renoviran i preuredjen, ali svaka sve je veoma cisto.
• Shelly (9/5): Awesome would defo go back. - Everything was excellent. Location is amazing. Very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment was spacious. Had everything we needed. The garden with tables/ chairs and sun beds was awesome. Parc Santiago IV resort is fab. The pool was amazing. If you like a form hard bed then you’re all set. For me it was extremely hard like lying on a board. The sofa bed was much more comfortable.

• Kymme (10/5): Excellent stay in self-contained apartment in central location with peaceful and beautiful setting - We have visited Tenerife many times over the years and can honestly say this was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. The location is perfect and the complex is quiet and secluded, even though it is so close to bars, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The actual apartment is better than the photos suggest. It is quite spacious and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The shower was very good indeed and the kitchen had modern appliances which were spotlessly clean and in excellent working order. There was plenty of space to put clothing and belongings and the living area was well set out and comfortable. We didn’t use the aircon, tv or sofa bed, so cannot speak for these. The terrace was perfect to relax in and to enjoy the outstanding beauty of the surrounding gardens and pool area. We had the sun from around midday until the evening, and there was shelter too. The pool was just a few steps away and there were always sunbeds available while we were there. Our host Valentin was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were extremely impressed with the flexibility with regard to check in and check out times. This made a huge difference to us as our arrival was early and our flight out was late. Our experience really was exceptional and we are very grateful for having the opportunity to stay in this delightful apartment. Thank you.

• Joe (10/5): Brilliant apartment, with great pool complex and perfect location - Host was waiting for us with the keys to the apartment, explained everything we needed to know and left a contact number in case we had any further questions or needs. Apartment was spotless and has all the facilities you need including a great shower and good patio. It is right beside a great pool complex and it has direct access to the promenade, on the other side you are direct onto the golden mile with all the shops, pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again Would have preferred a double bed but the two singles pushed together very easily

• Karin (7/5): Prima verblijf op de mooiste locatie van Parque Santiago. - Locatie. Weer. Niet elektrische keukenuitrustig is wat bij elkaar geraapt. Prijs/kwaliteit: voor 100 euro meer heb je een zelfde appartement met de full service van Parque Santiago.

• Croucher (8/5): Lovely, peaceful location right in the heart of PDLA we will definitely be back. - Location, peaceful apartment, cleanliness of apartment, lovely sized pool one heated. Sheets didn’t really fit the bed, and pillows could really do with being updated. Towels could also do with being tumbled they were quite hard. Facilites washing machine brilliant.

• Afacq (9/5): Emplacement magique, appartement confortable et un hôte d’une gentillesse incroyable. Une adresse à garder précieusement - Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique ! L’appartement est idéalement situé dans le complexe Parque Santiago IV, avec accès direct à la piscine et de superbes plages à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Tout est à proximité : restaurants, commerces… on peut tout faire à pied, c’est un vrai bonheur. Le logement est très bien équipé et nous nous y sommes sentis immédiatement comme chez nous. Un grand merci à Valentin, un hôte exceptionnel, d’une gentillesse rare et toujours attentif. Il a même accepté un check-in bien plus tôt, ce qui a sauvé notre première journée et nous a permis de commencer nos vacances dans les meilleures conditions. Son accueil chaleureux et la ponctualité des personnes travaillant avec lui ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Franchement, difficile de trouver un point négatif ! Si je devais donner une toute petite suggestion, ce serait de renouveler quelques oreillers/draps/serviettes et peut-être ajouter quelques produits de ménage (chiffons microfibre, produits d’entretien) pour les familles qui restent plus d’une semaine avec enfants. Mais cela ne change absolument rien au confort du séjour : nous avons pu trouver facilement ce dont nous avions besoin sur place. Et je suis convaincue que si nous avions mentionné cela à Valentin, il l’aurait réglé immédiatement, tant il est réactif et soucieux du bien-être de ses voyageurs. Encore un immense merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse !

It’s comfortable, has all amenities needed for a stay, is near to all shops, restaurants, the beach near is amazing. I would definitely come back to Tenerife and for sure at the same apartment.

• Monique (10/5): Great apartment, location superb, views spectacular. - The location of the apartment is the best of the best, views are spectacular. The Golden Mile (the buzzing centre of Playa de las Americas, no noisy disco's, just great live bands every evening, cocktail bars, plenty of shops, and an extensive reasonably priced supermarket) is just outside the Parque S complex, but on the street side, so no noise whatsoever in the apartment, very peaceful. This is a lovely ground floor studio with all mod cons like big flatscreen tv, aircon, the wifi is excellent and as it's pool & ocean facing it has fantastic sunsets. Host Valentin has been amazing, very quick to respond & very kindly let my daughter and me stay longer on checkout day.The 2 huge pools (1 heated all year) are surrounded by beautiful palm trees & plenty of comfortable sunbeds. There is a taxi stand in front of the complex, always plenty of taxis, reasonably priced. Totally not a problem 😉👍, but there is a really nice huge palm tree in the garden which sheds seeds continually on the garden furniture & inadvertently the seeds get into the apartment (we sweeped them up, no issue at all!) We didn't mention this as it obviously was no problem, but apparently the lvly cleaning lady came during our stay to mob up the seeds outside, while we were sleeping in, excellent customer service😂👍

The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were also very good. It was perfect for us, and we were very happy with our stay. Valentin was a great host who communicated very well and made sure everything was okay for our stay. We would highly recommend his property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tenerife. Nothing to dislike – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

• Hayley (10/5): Fantastic host & lovely apartment - Valentin was a fantastic host, always available if had any queries & resolved an issue we had that we were struggling to sort, which was nothing to do with the apartment or him but he still helped us, which we were very grateful for. The apartment was Lovely & clean, had everything we needed and in an excellent location, right in the centre near all the restaurants, bars & shops. Apartment grounds are lovely & although very close to centre was very quiet with direct access to the beach. Apartment had a lovely sun terrace to relax on Would definitely go back again Nothing

There was no soap to wash the dishes therefor the glasses etc were not very clean. We missed a warm welcome, eg personal note, suggestions for nice restaurants, a bottle of whine for the first night, like we are used to in other accomodations we rented.

• Heli (10/5): Great studio in one of the best locations in Playa de las Americas - This clean and cozy apartment had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay in las Americas: fully equipped kitchen with big fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, washing machine, fast wifi and big screen smart tv. The apartment is part of the Parque Santiago IV complex that has also hotel rooms and everything is super clean and well maintained in the pool/garden areas as well as in the other common areas. The garden around the pools and own terrace is also really beautiful and there was also a small playground for smaller kids. The two pools are just a few steps away from the studio's terrace, other one is heated and temperature was +26 C in December - really pleasant and when too hot, you can dip in the refreshing 18 degrees C in the other pool :). Location is best you can get in Americas - close to the beaches and just outside the garden you can watch amazing sun sets. It is really quiet corner as well - no traffic / night life noise reach this apartment. I would come back here any time. You need to agree check-in and check-out times quite precisely, but luckily our flight was in time and we had no problem with that.
