- Shari (3/5): Poor - Only one wall power socket in all bedrooms so inconvenient. Every room had to use extension wire. The extension wire for kitchen kettle was short circuit in the morning so can't make coffee & Host had to replace the kettle in the evening. We had to use the bedroom extension wire. Evening Grab from Aeon Tebrau to ARC is RM37. So not convenient location. Kitchen has no dishrack. So we had to buy kitchen clothes to put the wet dishes on the table after washing. One of the "3rd" bedroom has no a/c.
- Hazel (7/5): A Very Basic Unit - At least the air con is working well. The unit smelled of mothballs the min we entered. The smell lingered for the two nights that we spent there. I expect at least a water dispenser, but there was none. The beds are all very low and dun recommend for senior citizens.

With the main door closed, you get screaming spud from outside by adults and children. Very bad atmosphere

Cannot cancel and you dont know how much additional charge would be untill you finish fill up. Then before check in you need to transfer RM200 as safety deposit. OMG... even its refundable,, thats gonna make thing more complicated. No wonder got ' passable'

- Sheila (4/5): AVERAGE - One of the prime location, fully equipped with iron, hairdryer etc.. wifi connection satisfactory but do get weak sometimes, spacious dining area There were cockroach infestation throughout the house, even bedrooms..certain rooms had only ceiling fan, even highest speed was quite slow.. Beds were too low, quite uncomfortable No mirrors at all, it was difficult for us to get ready for an event I hope the management will look into this matter..tq

It was easy booking, getting in and checking out. The only suggestion I might have is maybe can provide some coffee & tea sachets, and perhaps two bottles of water. Otherwise, everything else was great:) 👍🏼

Should include in the ads that only one car is allowed in the premise since we are travelling separately we don't know this and need to park outside hopefully not to get summon (as mention by owner). The rfid given is not working which make the guard not happy, so do us. We found cockroach and bug in the main bedroom.

Rooms are clean but the toilet is not as i expected, heater not hot, air cond not cold in master bed room, toilet rusty shelve, toilet seat worn off and the whole apartment was not maintain well. Washing machine very old and dirty. Sofa seats has bugs and dirty. Overall is not satisfing. Will not booked this apartment next time especially under the same management. Lady was not friendly when call her.

No prompt response from the agent. Very bad service and late response. Need to wait for the refund of deposit which takes 24 hours after several messages. That night itself was more cockroaches from the dining table. Couldnt sleep well at night thinking of this cockroaches Water pipe leaking in the bathroom Stain on d sofa Very upset with the agent
