Cory (5/5): Nice environment, yet not ready for rental. - Clean, convenient and comfortable. No hot water on arrival necessitating a search for the hot heater. No instructions on either the heater nor in the unit. Therefore, we had no hot water for showers, dishes, etc. Instructions from the after hours staff member directed us to a fuse box that could not be found. No instructions on site for appliances, general information (ie., trash pick up, Internet access, automatic lights, etc.). Promises made to provide the needed information/manuals were never fulfilled.
