• Steold (8/5): La vicinanza a S.Marco è una cosa fantastica, i vaporetti sono tutti vicini per visitare Venezia. - la posizione è fantastica, vicinissima a Piazza S. Marco. Nelle docce c'era un po di muffa nelle giunzioni della base, IL portasapone di una doccia non era fissato e la luce sopra il lavandino ha dei fili scoperti. l'interno è stato ristrutturato ma la scala e l'esterno lasciano molto a desiderare.

Tienes todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Venecia Nada. Solo a tener en cuenta las escaleras para llegar a el, por si se va con carro

• Marcelo Enrique (10/5): Excelente estadía en Departamento San Marco en Venecia - Nos gustó el estilo del departamento y la comodidad, al tener dos dormitorios y dos baños, se puede tener privacidad. Nada en particular, todo estuvo muy bien, se encuentra muy bien ubicada a pasos de la Plaza San Marcos, como consecuencia infinidad de opciones de restaurantes, gelaterias y cualquier tipo de comercio.

• Ramsamooj (8/5): Highly recommend - Location was excellent. Spacious. Clean. Host was very responsive. Great value. The apartment was secure and safe. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer and dryer, kitchenette with everything and sofa. Nothing to complain about. The air conditioning unit started yo give trouble on our 1st night of 3 night stay. We opened the windows for breeze but that brought in the mosquitoes. We did have repellent. The host tried several ways to fix the unit but was unsuccessful. Host was very accommodating and offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience. Not the host fault that the ac unit started giving trouble but they did try to fix the situation which we appreciate. Next time we visit, I will definitely stay here again because the location is exceptional.
• Anonymous (6/5): Our stay was enjoyable despite a few unusual requirements. Great location. - No breakfast. Location was excellent. Close to everything of importance. Apartment was clean and well equipped should one wished to prepare meals. Host responded quickly to enquiries and was helpful. Some cabinets were marked as "Private" which were disturbing. The trunk in the main bedroom was full of hand tools which created a bad impression. The sign indicating that one will be fined with 50 Euros if carbage was not removed on leaving, was found to be ridiculous. One would think that was the duty of the cleaners.

• Wendy (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Beds & kitchen ok Shower broken, no forwarning or apology, bad communication. Not fixed. 2nd shower temperamental & plug no good even! Not acceptable! Renovations/building nxt door noisy from 8am, other noise from 6.15am! Entry door beneath scaffolding. Square extremely shabby. Name of square for location would help as no light on arrival, couldn't believe this was the place!
• Tomas (9/5): Superb - The apartment was more than adequate for our needs, located nearby Piazza San Marco and easy to access once we figured out exactly where it was and how to get to and from it, during our 4 night stay. Anyone who has been to Venice knows that it can seem like a confusing & complicated labyrinth of alleyways of varying widths, lengths, turns and intersections; which in many ways it IS, but this was not my first visit to Venice (more like my 5th, since my first childhood visit as a 10-year-old, with the rest occurring between when I was 20 y.o. and when I was about 50 y.o.; I am now 67 y.o.) and the host for this apartment did an excellent job of providing various "tools", (including photos & a video, containing both narration and printed guidance information) that helped us to arrive and enter the apartment. The exterior of the building is typical of the older structures common in Venice residential neighborhoods, but the interior is fully modern with comfortable and effective basic interior facilities. The four of us, all adults, utilizing the two bedrooms and full apartment facilities were both comfortable AND satisfied; including to be able to prepare some meals in the kitchen and to launder some clothing in the washing machine; while there IS also a dryer, the apartment was warm enough that we were able to hang-dry our clothing. Finally, it was a bonus to be living in a local apartment/neighborhood, along a "deadend" alley; no through foot traffic. Nothing. We found what we had expected, based on the information provided about the apartment and reviews of prior guests, and highly recommend the property to those who have similar needs and interests for lodging in Venice.

• Alicia (8/5): Great two bedroom place - The location was extremely convenient to the water buses as well as St Marks square. It was also very nice having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer were great to have. It was a little tricky figuring out what exactly to do with the trash. And then just a suggestion would be to maybe include directions on how to use the washer and dryer - we had to google the manual to make sense of all the symbols.

• Bruce (9/5): We all enjoyed our stay for six days very much. - Location perfect, a short walk to St. Mark's Square, vaporetto access, shopping, restaurants. Apartment was very nice and generally very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone except anyone disabled by age or excess weight. Directions to location. Address provided is difficult to find. -- Off the record, If the owners would like to email me and request it, I could provide written specific directions to reach the address without use of the video. The address listed for the property is unknown even to merchants close to the property.

• Johnvee (9/5): Great location, extremely helpful host - a superb stay - Everything was highly organised, the apartment was clean and well-appointed, even with a washer and dryer. Communication with the host was simply outstanding and answers to questions were rapid and very thorough. We used the apartment only for sleeping but this suited the excellent and central location, close to the key points of Venice, including San Marco and Rialto. Instructions for disposing of trash were not very clear. One of the showers had a dodgy handle, which made us think it was not working. Having some complementary tea and coffee would have been a nice touch and we sort of missed that.
