• Jeremy (8/5): Pratique et agréable - Logement très bien situé dans une partie plus résidentielle et calme de Los Cristianos, tout en étant proche du centre. Je n'ai eu aucun problème de bruit à signaler. (séjour en janvier) Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix est intéressant compte tenu du prix des autres logements mais il ne faut cependant pas s'attendre à du luxe, c'est un logement avant tout pratique, propre et bien situé. Je n'ai pas de commentaires négatifs à faire. Il y avait 2/3 insectes le soir (des petits blattes) dans le salon / cuisine mais personnellement je comprends que ça arrive compte tenu de la situation géographique de l'île, et je n'ai pas spécialement peur des insectes, j'ai vu bien pire à la campagne en France.
• Eszter (6/5): Összességében sajnos nem nyerte el a tetszésünlet a szállás. - Az elhelyezkedés nem rossz, közel a part, a sétálóutca, üzletek. Éttermek és reggeliző helyek. Sajnos a franciaágy nagyon kicsi, a másik szobában lévő ágyak inkább kemping ágyak volt. Ellenére szól, hogy alatta van egy hangos étterem-konyha, ami miatt nem lehet nyugodtan aludni a csörömpölés miatt. Ez vasárnap és hétfőn nincs csak így. A legnagyobb bosszúságot viszont sajnos a csótányok okozták, ami elég sok helyen előfordul a szigeten.

• Amalfy (6/5): No repetiría - La ubicación La limpieza no es la mejor, la ropa de cama no se veían recién cambiados, las cosas de cocina con grasa, había que lavar todo para poder usar, alguna cucaracha. Es un piso antiguo, cerca de la playa y de locales comerciales, las habitaciones son sin ventilación, lo que hace muy difícil el descanso, pedimos a la empresa a ver si nos facilitaban un ventilador, después de tanto insistir a cuarto día nos dijeron que compráramos uno.

• Mirko (1/5): Scammed by the Host - Do not go to this apartment or any Paramount Holidays apartment - Absolutely Nothing This host scammed us. The check-in was at 2 am. When we arrived at the apartment, it was extremely dirty (insects and beetles everywhere, including the kitchen, inside the pots, around the cutlery; there was a used razor in the shower, dust everywhere, etc.), so we decided to spend just one night (because it was very late) and asked the host for a full refund. The agreement with Paramount Holidays (the host) was made via WhatsApp for a full refund except for the first night (during which we had nightmares because of the many insects). We agreed to this to avoid further problems. However, a few days later, we were surprised to find that the host sent only a partial refund, as they also charged 80€ for cleaning fees (a robbery, since the apartment was not cleaned at all), without any prior mention of this fee. Booking did not help us at all, so in the end, we spent one nightmare night for over 140€. Huge scam.
