• iris (5/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder!! - Nette Nachbarschaft, schöne Häuser, nette Umgebung Es war nicht besonders sauber, so war in der Spülmaschine das schmutzige Geschirr der Vormieter und im Bad waren überall Zahnpastaflecken. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist ziemlich abgenutzt und abgewohnt. Stunning waren nur der Kamin und der schöne Holzfußboden im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Zone drei/ vier vom U-Bahnnetz , was einen weiteren Weg von/ in die Stadt bedeutet.

• Jocelyn (5/5): Apartment was described a "stunning" - not exactly what we thought. Needs TLC inside & outside. - The apartment suited our needs having enough bedroom and bathrooms. Not exactly "stunning" but could be nice if the property was cleaned up inside & outside. The first impression arriving at the property was not a good one. Garbage spilling over on to the walkway. The walls were in desperate need of cleaning/painting. There was a stain on the sofa cushion - we turned it over.

I had to find somewhere for myself and family at 7 o’clock on a Saturday night. to stay The whole experience was absolutely terrible. It was my daughters birthday so really upsetting for all

• Tony (8/5): Pleasant experience in a lovely place. - Great location. Rhythm and Brews cafe around the corner is very good for breakfast. Also, a pub around the other corner, The Queens Head, had a lovely garden. Lack of hanging space for clothes. No batteries in the TV remote (therefore no TV) No batteries in the Cooling unit remote. Host/cleaner came in unannounced in the morning! Would have expected a ring on the doorbell. One of the toilets could have been cleaner.
• Gilly (2/5): This property is not what it says on the booking.com website as it is far from stunning, it needs the decor and crockery - It’s potential ! location good but very tired and unloved. When we arrived the driveway was a mess of litter and rubbish as bins were overflowing. The garden needs some serious attention. We were sent a code for the lockbox and when we opened it there weren’t any keys. This was resolved by a call to obtain a new code for another lockbox. Poor bed linen. Uncomfortable beds and not enough seating in lounge. No info on wifi and more importantly no info on local area, ie cafes, restaurants and public transport.
• Bruce (5/5): Roomy and convenient, but needs some maintenance. - Located equidistant from two different tube stations, which allowed us to select which line was most convenient. The flat was very roomy. There was on site parking for one car. The carpet was worn, stained, and dirty. There were water stains on the ceilings. The handrail to the second floor was loose, and did not extend to the top step, which I found potentially dangerous. The showers did not drain adequately.

• Richard (7/5): good location if it was £200 for one night it’s good value at £305 standards or not anywhere near that - The property is located in a great area very close to lots of shops and transport facilities to the centre of London. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The property is a large property and caters for two couples or like us three people but facilities with in the property are very good however the price is a little bit over for what you get we arrived at 2:15 and check-in was at 3 o’clock there was no key available for us which is fair enough because check-in is 3 o’clock we rang the number supplied the person said the cleaner was in the flat and check in with 3 o’clock which is correct we came back back at 3:15 still no key in the key box rang the person again who said he would sort the problem out he never got back to us. they have never answered our phone since then or messages does to apologise for the issue that called when we got in at 3:30 when a cleaner turned up the flat was still a mess from the previous tenant. The cleaner did their best to to clean the flat. However the decor is starting to get a little bit Jaden when you walk in the stairs have stains all the way up them but don’t let this put you off. General cleaning is very very good but detail is very cool when it is claimed that it is a stunning flat.

• Hazel (1/5): Bad - My experience with this property was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I noticed dirty stains on the carpet, which made the apartment feel unclean and poorly maintained. However, the real issue was the behavior of the host. I was accused of planning a party and was unfairly blamed for damages caused by previous guests, with the host stating, “You people ruined the flat last time.” This was completely untrue and incredibly unprofessional. The host’s tone was rude and hostile, and as a young woman, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying in such an environment. I ultimately decided to cancel my booking and leave because I could not stay in a place where I was treated so poorly. While I initially didn’t mind paying extra, the treatment I received was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values cleanliness, respect, or professionalism. Would definitely avoid booking here again.

• Megan (3/5): Great location with a wonderful large space but left us sneezing and without WiFi - It was great to have such a large space The house was extremely dusty and the kitchen window would not close entirely and the WiFi did not work and we didn’t get adequate assistance with that when we contacted the host about it.
• Kay (8/5): Spacious property in great location - Spacious, clean property in fantastic location close to 2 underground stations , multiple pubs , restaurants,cafes and supermarkets. Quiet location and very low neighborhood noise. Warm , well heated property with good off street parking. Property felt safe and secure . Guests should be aware that there is no dining table - the dining area noted in the property description is the kitchen bench and 4 bar stools. Despite the kitchen being large with a fabulous oven it has limited cooking equipment. No oven trays were provided . There was a random selection of cutlery. No teatowels or paper towel were provided . The beds are old and sagging and need replacing. Potentially the mattresses are domestic beds being used for commercial purposes and just worn out.

• Carolyn (9/5): We loved our stay here. - Cosy, clean, well located flat. It had everything we needed for our stay in London and we felt very welcomed. The owner was very helpful and responsive and we would love to return again. Thank you for having us. Slow draining shower upstairs as previously mentioned in a review but it really wasn’t a big issue.

The rooms were so big, lots of space for us to spread out. Great location to head into Central London. Supermarket right up the street. Nothing. It was great.

• Rebecca (6/5): Disappointing. Wouldn’t stay there again, and do t recommend - sorry owners, but not value for money and could be so m - Location suited our needs. Party of 5 for 7 nights and all found all beds extremely uncomfortable - dipped in the middle, even the single bed. Apartment not clean. No hanging space in second bedroom. No mirror in en-suite on top floor. Apartment has potential to sleep 6, but only 4 wine glasses and 4 cereal/pasta bowls. Poor variety of cooking utensils and no serving bowls or platters. Carpets badly stained inside front door, on stairs and burn marks on floor in top bedroom.

Loved the off road parking and location - Location was great, was there for my daughter’s wedding on Chiswick high road Off Road parking was great Two of The windows in the living room didn’t close properly and allowed road noise in which was annoying because we were in the bedroom next to the living room. Could have done with a chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom and maybe a hanging rail rather than a sofa.
• Catherine (5/5): Aesthetically pleasing on initial glance - The location was great! Served a purpose for the evening. After provisionally booking the accommodation, I contacted the host to explain that we were attending an even in gunnersbury Park and requested a check-in from 2pm. I was assured that this was not a problem when the fee was taken. The confirmation I received did not confirm the earlier check-in. I messaged and was again advised that it was not a problem. On the day of the event, 2 of the party arrived at 1:45, waited until 2 before finding the lock box, and on accessing there was no key. I telephoned the host and was told the cleaner was there.... was still there at 3pm, where she proceeded to throw the key out the window to two of the boys waiting... The stains on the carpet are a little off-putting. The bathroom on the 1st floor pooled water and took an extended time to clear. Windows are old, and the catch was difficult to close. The carpet of the 2nd floor bedroom with the en-suite was again stained, the shower head was unclean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable despite looking aesthetically pleasing, and, the corners of the frame should be altered to prevent further injury to others. Generally pleasant place. I just feel that there is a misrepresentation in the title of the let. On leaving it was lucky I checked the app and check out process as the instructions changed, from leaving the keys on the counter to the lock-box. The damage fee waiver is immensely excessive based on the current state of the apartment in my opinion. Alarmingly, none of the fire-alarms had been tested within the last 12+ months.

• Stephanie (8/5): Great stay! 35mins away from central London, and comfortable apartment - Fully equipped kitchen with olive oil, salt pepper, coffee, tea, sugar which was a first among all the places I’ve booked in UK! Rooms with double beds were HUGE. Room with 2 single beds were smaller but still comfortable:) 2 baths with 1 shower on L3 and 1 bathtub on L2. L1 is just the entrance up leading to the bedrooms and living area Both toilets has heated up floors which is a blessing in cold London :) Tower and linens were clean as well 35mins train ride away from a lot of tourists spots in London which was great! About 8-10mins walk away from Chiswick station. Oh there’s a Sainsbury just across Chiswick station so getting groceries was a breeze En-suite toilet on L3 has issues with the shower. The drainage was VERY slow, probably an issue with the floortrap or the water discharge pipe. Only I used the shower up there as I had no issues showering with a pool of water clogged up in there. Took 15 mins for the water ponding to clear up Trash outside the apartment seemed like it has been there for more than a week, garbage trucks apparently don’t frequent the place often. We had a homeless guy rummaging the trash which again, no issue for us. Just that he left a mess with the garbage sprawling all over the driveway which we had to pick up after. Not the property fault as they have no control over this
