Guest Reviews
- CAN (10/5): Quite Large Central Flat with Huge Terrace - Quite large flat with nice living rooms, kitchen and a very huge terrace, close to the center and all train/bus connections very near train station, restaurants/bars around, very kind and helpful staff Would be nice to have cups/mugs in the kitchen
- Neil (9/5): Recommended - Great accommodation. Loved the outdoor space. Comfortable sofa in living room. Great bed and pillows. Loads of storage. Good location with good transport links and plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
- Monika (9/5): -
- Pavol (9/5): Výborná poloha blízko železnice i metra, priestranný a komforný apartmán, ochotný správca, blízko dobrých reštaurácií. -
- Michalina (10/5): -

Nada, realmente no tuvimos ninguna dificultad.

- Craig (10/5): Beautiful oasis in Rome to relax and escape the hectic city. - Apartment was huge, clean and comfortable. Most of all was extremely quiet and perfect retreat after all the hustle and bustle of the city. The outdoor space was fantastic and great place to relax. Location was great with short walk to train station and transport options with lots of restaurants very close by. none.
- NICOLETTA1968 (9/5): - Appartamento situato in centro a Roma, moto grande e ben tenuto. Zona super servita dai mezzi.
Nulla. Torneremo sicuramente
- Ozlem (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all touristic places - Comfortable apartment for family Nothing
- Emma (9/5): Superb - Lovely property, walking distance from supermarket and other shops but still quiet inside the accommodation. Was clean and staff were friendly.
- Dominique (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonescu (10/5): The best acomodation i’ve stay in Rome - The apartment is very big, clean, has everything you need.
- Nikolov (7/5): Not bad. But will not stay again. - Huge space, but in practice only one bedroom.
Good kitchen. Nice space to sit in the terrace.
Good internet.
Washing machine and well equipped bathroom
Very polite staff!!!
It was clean! Seems that there is space to improve the interior.
The sewer in the bathroom was clogged
There was no good water pressure on the second floor
There were scarring dolls on the second floor. My daughter didn’t want to sleep there.
The interior in general was exhausted.
The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable.
Very noisy place. We could hear all neighbours.
- Penny (8/5): Great for friends travelling - Large and spacious
Short walk to trains and metro
Several good restaurants within walking distance All good
- Foo (8/5): Very good - Friendly host who assisted us during check in. The unit is spacious and equipped with the necessity for our stay. There is no lift. So for big luggage, this could be tough.
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Susy (8/5): Good place , all facilities , excellent staff - Nice neighborhood, clean, all the facilities , The sofá cama
- Steeve (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is perfect to visit the city of Rome. Everything is accessible by walk. Host is very kind and give a lot of information. The terrasse on the outside is huge. Air conditioner is working great on the first floor but fresh air does not reach second floor. It was not an issue for us since we are all staying (2 adults, 2 children) on the first floor.
- Jose (9/5): Excellent price per value - The location The beds were super soft and there was no AC.
- Paula (7/5): Good - Location was good, close to the Train Station and lots of restaurants. It was really clean and Feven, who did my check in was incredibly nice and gave me a lot of recommendations for the city. The upstairs its really hot, no AC, just a fan which is not enough for Rome heat during summer
- James (10/5): Very good stay for the end of our vacation. - Location was good. Able to get to our destinations quickly. Comfy furniture and good size rooms. Very hot during our stay. Air conditioning only in two rooms and the upstairs was extremely hot.
- Leon (8/5): We had a very nice stay - The appartment is very nice and clean, seperate kitchen, extra dining room, a top floor with extra bathroom and a huge terras. It's a quiet neighbourhood and directly outside there's multiple restaurants.
Metro and busses are easy to reach for traveling rome. Also a supermarket is not too far away. The shower has problem with hot water, the fold out bed in the living room is not for bigger people and in the summer you realy miss an airco upstairs.
- Ashley (10/5): We would absolutely stay again if we have the opportunity to visit Rome again. Thanks for a wonderful stay 😊 - We loved our stay here! It was so convenient to the train station, market and restaurants but just enough away to enjoy a calmer side of Rome. We felt safe and very comfortable at this location. There are two very good restaurants right outside the doors! We stayed here with our two sons in their 20s and they were very comfortable and we all had plenty of space. Feven (who is who we dealt with while in Rome) was so helpful and kind- thank you! None
- Marjaana (9/5): Nice cosy place to stay - Location is very good. Also apartment has all You need. In winter you can heat it up on summer cool it down. Big terass is a cosy place to enjoy morning coffee or evening dinner. I could not get hot water from kitchen tap 🙂 I think there was a trick how to get it.
- Victoria (10/5): Charming apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Rome - Excellent location, the apartment looks better than on the photos and is very charming and spacious. It is covered in beautiful artworks and has a lovely patio to have breakfast. Kitchen has all the needed supplies. Quiet neighbourhood walking distance from all attractions. Small things - coffee machine was leaking. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings so I hit my head a few times; it would be fine for shorter people or kids.
- Deborah (8/5): Great location, cosy stay for family of 3. - Great location, comfortable beds and size. Shower was fickle and the dryer didn’t work.
- Dmitrijs (10/5): Exceptional -
- Disha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gio (9/5): Great apartment for exploring Rome - A quiet, comfortable apartment in an excellent residential location with good bus and metro connections. A good range of restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. The shower was a bit temperamental.
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - More then enough room. We were welcomed warmly, every thing about the room was explained. How each key works ( main door - building door - room door ) they made sure we knew where any extra supplies would be if we needed ( toiletries). Made sure we had hot water ( we never had a problem with it running out) made sure we were able to connect to wifi and that if we needed anything to call or text.
Several restaurants on the same block as the apartment which is a life saver when you have walked all day and want to eat then go right to bed. We tried all but one and each one was fantastic as well.
Close to lots of sights. We walked to all major sights with St. Peter's being only a hour walk and it was the furthest spot. Most less then 30 minutes to get to.
- Ana (9/5): Superb -
- Nikolay (9/5): Superb -
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - We were met at the apartment by our host, who made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice, some we found invaluable. The apartment is very spacious, clean and was well equipped. It is also set back from the street, which made it extremely quiet.
I would highly recommend this apartment, it is as close to feeling at home as we could wish for. The balcony was also amazing, which was a fantastic addition. It's hard to find anything we didn't like. To be over critical, the apartment was large, and there was only air conditioning in one room. So some areas weren't as comfortable.
- Alasdair (8/5): Great for an extended stay - Very quiet (it is on an inside courtyard). Lovely terrace. It has a washing machine (very useful) - dry everything on the terrace. Great AC. Equidistant to two Metro stations. Staff not on site, so communication can be a bit tricky. No elevator (but it is only on the first floor). As is typical, the coffee machine only makes espresso (go out for your cappuccino), and there is only one minute ice tray!
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cherisse (10/5): Cozy home for your family trip - It was stunning! Comfortable and welcoming. Felt like being at home. It was great.
- Abdel (9/5): Superb -
- Yu (8/5): Very good - Spacious and relaxing, located in the centre with several restaurants surrounding. The interior is decorated with antique and has a nice authentic Italian touch!
- Nick (10/5): Great apartment, excellent host, convenient location. - Excellent location. Short distance to Roma Termini station. Accessible to trains, buses and metro. Apartment was very comfortable and the terrace was amazing. The host was extremely helpful. She gave us lots of information for restaurants, tourist attractions and how to get around on various types of public transportation. She was incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again next time in Rome. No lift, only stairs but wasn't really a problem for me.
- Lea (10/5): we had an amazing time and I loved the apartment. - Beautiful and huge! amazing balcony. nothing. I loved it all.
- Charlene (8/5): Lovely apartment - Comunnication was great throughout. Staff where friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed ie iron, hair drier, extra blankets which we used in the evening to sit out on the lovely balcony and plenty of toiletries. Beds were comfortable and heating was kept on for us. We where told that on departure to leave the keys in the room as the bottom door is almost never locked. Typically the one time it was we were on on way home and so as instructed, we had left our keys in the room. This was 7am and we had a taxi waiting. Had to knock on the other apartment doors to get someone to let us out with their key. Unfortunately this resulted in waking people up which was awkward. Hindsight, we should have checked the bottom doors 1st!
Also could have done with some tea, coffee and milk... shops are 2 mins away so not much of an issue. Wasnt any cloths or washing liquid to clean utensils after use.
- Sohad (9/5): A wonderful experience - I had wonderful experience in R. Sallustiana. The owner answered my queries within 24 hours, which I was very satisfied with. The agent who should hand the keys kept communicating with me from the time I was in the airport until we reached the apartment. She's very fast in answering any question, which makes her more trustworthy.
The agent, Feven, a very nice lady show us the apartment and how different things functioning. Then gave us a map of Rome with all attractions areas and how we get there with many useful advices.
The apartment clean and spacious. The place was very quiet and we didn't hear any noises from the street during the night. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The terrace is big, but we didn't sit outside because it was a little bit cold (first week in March)
Overall it was amazing experience and I will not hesitate to repeat it :) The shower hot water is not stable and can suddenly be cold. I don't why, but this wasn't a big issue.
For late check-in you have to pay extra 35 euro and I think think this is traditional in rome, because I usually don't have to pay extra for late check-in or late checkout in other places in the world. It would be nice if there is more flexibility in this process without paying any extra :)
- Shirley (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was excellent It was spacious and very clean
- Boriana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roman (9/5): Superb - This is a perfect apartment for summer time. ( All pics are real) . We have used just a half because of winter time (no heating at the big dinning room and surely at the huge terrace). Nearby there is one of the best city's gelateria - La Romana . All windows face the covered terrace so no enough day light in winter time
- Nandini (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isidora (10/5): Exceptional -
- Murli (7/5): Conveniently located but need to attend to some details at the apartment. - It was very conveniently located, close to the station, about 7-8 min walk, easy to get bus etc, grocery stores close by. It was not clean though. The huge terrace was the best part of the apartment though. Cleanliness!!!!!!
- Sofia (8/5): nice flat, toiletries are a joke - large apartment and balcony toiletries are a joke: we had only one (already open) roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days- of course we had to buy more; there wasn’t any handwash, just a little shampoo, no shower gel, etc. they ask us to leave the dishes clean but don’t provide cloth/sponge to wash them with.
