• Emma (10/5): - Super comfortable room with a private bathroom and shared kitchen. There is a laundry machine in the kitchen you can use and places to hang clothing on the balcony. I loved that! Very friendly people to help check in. The bed was so nice. It was not a problem for me but please be prepared to walk up a good chunk of stairs to get to the room.

• Adam (9/5): Value stay in Bilbao old town - The owner is very helpful and friendly, provided us with some tips for the town, eating out and so on. The place is basically right in the old town center (5 min walk) There are some complimentary coffee and tea bags and a kitchen has good utensils and some basic groceries (oil, spices...) The place is clean and quiet. The price is very agreeable TV with chrome TV (Netflix, HBO, Prime...) huge trouble parking (which is understandable in the town centre) you get one room in the apartment, the other two are available for other guests and you share the rest (there are two bathrooms, kitchen and a living room)... for the price thats ok... so many steps to the apartment :D (house is like 3 storeys from the street and then the apartment on the 3rd floor)

• RebeccaEvrrt (7/5): Praktisch verblijf - Netflix tv, badjassen op de kamer, koffie en capsules, centrale ligging, makkelijk en persoonlijk inchecken. Gedeeld appartement met voldoende privacy. Rolluiken in de slaapkamer. Badkamer was erg klein, lavabeau ook erg klein en dus niet zo gemakkelijk om te gebruiken. Slechts 1 handdoek per persoon is nogal weinig voor 3 nachten. Wij misten een extra handdoek, een badmat in de badkamer en in de keuken misten wij ook een extra keukenhandoek (1 kleine handdoek voor 3 appartementen is erg onhygiënisch)

• irene (8/5): Quitando el mal rato de los escalones , todo ha estado muy bien !!! - El piso excelente! La zona muy cerca de todo .La habitación, sabanas, almohadas ,lavabo, todo muy limpio y ordenado , Jan el anfitrión es súper amable , atento y pendiente de los detalles Llegar hasta el piso son 150 escalones... no sería un problema sì se informa antes , ya que uno puede o no elegirlo , pero llegar allá y encontrarse ese montón de escalones y tener que hacerlo 2 veces al día ....la verdad que ha sido muy incomodo. Es un extra para todo lo que se camina cuando se está de turismo . No me ha gustado esa parte

Od kolnog ulaza do apartmana ima 141 stepenica,u oglasu ne piše da se u apartmanu djele kuhinja i dnevne prostorije sa gostima iz druge sobe koja je u apartmanu.Nismo mogli znati iz oglasa da nismo sami.

Al dar a un patio de manzana en lugar de a la calle, pude descansar sin escuchar nada de ruido aún siendo una zona de bares y fin de semana

• Elena (7/5): Casero excepcional - Me gustó la ubicación ya que en 5 minutos estábamos en el centro así como también la atención de Jan que fue ejemplar. Es una zona de bastante fiesta y suele haber gente conflictiva aunque en ningún momento te dicen nada. El alojamiento no es apto para personas que no estén dispuestas a subir escaleras. Para acceder al portal del alojamiento hay bastantes escaleras y para acceder a la vivienda son 3 pisos. Por otra parte, mi pareja mide 1’92m y no cabía en la cama. Debido al reducido espacio de la habitación, es difícil poner una cama más grande.

En general todo perfecto y el trato por parte de los responsables y limpieza muy agradable. La casa muy limpia y moderna al detalle equipada. Volveremos pronto! El baño igual un poco pequeña la ducha, pero te apañas aún así está bien y todo muy limpio

• Luka (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - Was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Our host Jan was brilliant and offered us plenty of recommendations for Bilbao and replaced our towels after 2 days. Great location too. Right in the centre of the old town 'casco viejo' and 5 mins from the metro and 10 mins to the tram line. It wasn't a huge problem, but there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment building and then again to the room. So be prepared with suitcases, etc. Jan also helped us with our luggage.
• Alexander (9/5): Excellent stay, would happily book again - Highlights of my stay in this habitación: - the location is more than perfect, with everything you'd want to see of the Casco Viejo at walking distance, and very near public transport to go everywhere else - the hosts are very nice and helpful, simply amazing people - the facilities in the house were perfect - the location was much quieter than I expected from a room in such a lively downtown area. I could sleep with open balcony door without noise issues It was unseasonably hot in Bilbao (38˙C), so the house became quite warm, just like everywhere else. In a place where temperatures hardly every go above 25˙C, only few houses are equipped to deal with really high temperatures, so that's not surprising

• Michael (10/5): What we needed as a base with a bed to see the football. - The friendly host. Although for us it was a very short stay as we left early in the morning. There were plenty of little touches like bathrobes, coffee pods, toiletries, even sweets in the shared areas. Very good location for the centre. Clean linen and beds were comfy. Rooms include plenty of storage and a desk for working. The price was too high for one night for somewhere with shared facilities. We were staying for the Europa league final, so all the hospitality places had raised their prices. Lots of steps, okay for us, but may be a problem for some. There was a chair lift leading up to the property.
• David (10/5): A great getaway!! - A very friendly, kind host that even created a Camino 'Compostella' stamp of his place for our pilgrim passports! Provided all you would need for your stay: washing machine and soap, drying racks, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, comfortable bedroom, lounge area, eating area, bath towels...and bathrobes!!!! Very quiet for sleeping. There are a lot of outside stairs, then a few floors of inside stairs to get to apartment, 142 in all. Still, it was worth the climb! Apartment is centrally located for groceries, restaurants, etc.

• Anna (10/5): A wonderful place to stay! - First, absolutely the staff! You don't often find management that truly cares about the comfort and happiness of the guests, but he was SO kind and helpful, always making sure I had what I needed and was comfortable. He even made sure I had a bedside lamp. He helped me with everything. Truly outstanding and attentive. Second, the bed was super-comfortable! I also liked having my own bathroom, and the kitchen had all the basic things you need, and there's a washing machine and drying rack...so important! The room had plenty of places to put away my things, so I felt at home, and I really appreciated having a desk, a TV, a view of green, and how quiet it was. It's convenient to the Casco Viejo, too. I liked it so much that I extended my stay twice. Nothing, really. The only thing that I didn't love was all the stairs, but that's not anyone's fault, just a thing to know if stairs are difficult for you.. It's great exercise! 😄 My legs are stronger now!
